Hi Cindy,Heres my review:I brought my Lancelite cab-over-camper to APR RV and asked them to come up with a creative solution for a unique issue: a front window opening that had been boarded up with wood by a previous owner. They removed the old wood, cleaned up the opening and replaced it with metal that matched the camper. They also sealed other areas on the camper, and I now have peace of mind that my camper is water-tight. They did a fantastic job, were on budget and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. APR RV was recommended to us by our local Lance dealer when we needed a door replaced. They were able to get it taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. You cant ask for more than that.

After a failed roof installation from a different RV company, we selected APR RV because they said the spray on roof would be the same cost as a new rubber roof and have a 25 year warranty. The cost was $1500 lower than my previous failed roof install and it has a 25 year warranty! You can’t beat that anywhere! Customer service was top notch professional. I highly recommend them to everyone that asks about my roof.

The folks at APR RV were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process and let us know what was happening with our insurance as well. (A few hiccups with Safeco, but they were able to work those out, thankfully). The work they did on my door turned out fantastic and the roof as well (zero leaks so far). There was a minor issue I found with the door after getting the RV home, but they came to me within an hour and took care of it, which just reinforced my opinion of them and their professionalism. It was clear to me that they take a lot of pride in their work. I would use them again for sure!!

We were very happy with AZ RV Specialists. They replaced our rubber 5th wheel roof with a lifetime Xtreme roof coating( Polyurea). The best thing about this roof is that my husband wont be up on our rv 3-4 times a year for maintenance. And its damage resistant. From the first call I spoke with Susie. She explained the roof and all that they would do when replacing our rubber roof. Her son Michael also went above and beyond to install a fan we had wanted. The job got done earlier than expected and everyone was very helpful. And the roof looks beautiful.

We needed to repair or replace the roof on our 5th wheel due to age (10 years) and some leaks. Having done significant research into the issue, we decided to replace our roof with the RV Flex Armor product. The closest location to our Seattle area home was APR RV in Mesa, Arizona. We contacted them and asked a million questions, but Cindy was extremely patient with us. We scheduled the installation and went to their location, where we met Cindy, Michael and Chris. You couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience. The installation process went very smoothly and done as promised. The two layer product stopped the leaks immediately and have not returned after almost 2 years.We did encounter a problem a few months after the initial installation. As mentioned, this is a two layer process. The base layer is what really protects from leaks and has worked perfectly. There is a layer, really a topcoat, that puts a white coating on for cosmetic purposes only. That topcoat failed during our winter snows. We contacted Cindy, and she and Chris researched and found that they had gotten a bad batch of the topcoat product. They were quite accommodating to our scheduling. We returned to their facility and they got us in, re-coated and out very quickly, all under warranty. Cindy, Michael and Chris were again great to work with. They are the most customer centric company I have ever dealt with.We just completed (hopefully) another winter of snow and the roof has come through just great. With all the snow, no leaks, the roof is clean and looks great.We would highly recommend APR RV and the RV Flex Armor product. They both have been a great experience for us.

Im happy now with the roof of my living quarterd horse trailer by APR RV Jim made it alright after I complained that the roof was still leaking a lot after having RVSeal put on the roof. Turns out Jim says the air conditioner unit was causing the leak. He made repairs to the AC and I believe when the rain comes again I will have a dry place to go camping with my horse. A honest place to do business.

I recently brought in my 32 class A for a windshield replacement and major fiberglass tear on the rear of the RV. What a pleasure it was working these people. All was handled professionally, courteously and expeditiously. They assisted me in coordinating with the insurance company and kept appraised of the status at all times. Be aware of the warranty. I had about $5K in damage that they repaired. The paint matched great and everything looked great, until, I took an RV trip some months later and the front skirt that was replaced was blown off. It was being held in place mainly by silicone caulk. I went back to them and they wouldnt do anything, NOT HAPPY and will not return for any future service.

If quality, and honesty are as important to you, as it is to me? Then I would highly recommend Arizona RV Specialist. They completed a repair for us( in Oct. 2014), that involved straightening a rear section of our 5th Wheel, fiberglass repair, and difficult paint matching. They stayed on budget and schedule.The work was superior, the staff(family run) was considerate and kind, and they have a great dog! .I would travel a great distance out of my way-if possible-should I need these type repairs again. I can recommend these folks without one ounce of hesitation. Do yourself and your RV a favor, and use Arizona RV Specialist.

Excellent customer service with honesty you would expect and quality workmanship.

The roof itself is a wonder ! Leak free and bullet proof. The problem was the reinstall of my solar panels. My 8 panels where rewired incorrectly, the 4 main panels were wired together and the two smaller ones were wired together, the four large panels were over amping the charge controller and the two smaller ones were under ampepraging the charge controller. I had to bring my rig back to the shop that installed it to figure out what was going on, it cost me an additional $400. When I called your shop I was told I was Trying to extract money from them and was verbally abused by the owner

My experience with APR RV was great, they Installed a new roof on my RV following a hail storm, working with my Insurance company and myself to complete the repairs flawlessly . Brought my week end warrior 40 outside in for 2 roof leaks. One in the back and one in the front corner and delamination on the front cap. They were able to rebuild the front cap due to the wood rot and the rear also. Decided on going with the lifetime roof. And Im sure glad I did! They did a fantastic job from start to finish, while keeping me up with the damage that was there and through the repair process! Before deciding on choosing them as my repair facility they took me to the back showing me the process of applying the lifetime roof And showing me other repairs that other units were in there for. They do great work on any repair needed to your rv. Thanks again to Cindy for being so great to deal with!

I recently had a blowout on my Motorhome and it destroyed the Grey tank, fender and shower p-trap along with many other issues. APR was the only one that would even consider talking to me as I needed everything fixed in less than 2 weeks because I had a trip planned to UT. They not only accepted the work and started the second I dropped off the Motorhome but they also worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was accomplished as fast as possible. Their customer service was AMAZING!! They kept me up to date with everything that was going on and made sure I understood everything. APR has gained a customer for life. Dont take your RV anywhere else for repairs. Great service, friendly and great work!!
