Worst repair Ive ever seen. Could have done better in a home garage

Driving down the highway after picking up my vehicle from being repaired at this shop, I thank my lucky stars my husband was behind me and signaled for me to pull over immediately. Matt accepted the responsibility that they didnt tighten the lug nuts and paid to have my vehicle repaired at another shop. This could have seriously injured me or someone else.

Fixed my fascia fast and for a good price. Recommend to 5 of my friends.

To keep it short and simple they did an okay/fair job. The three stars for being prompt, color matching the paint and leaving the interior clean(or a least not covered in dust or smelling like paint). The lack of two stars for leaving compound/polish residue in the door jamb and swirl marks from the polishing machine on the outter door and some low grit scratches in the paint. And the car had a little more mileage than I wouldve liked(which I was aware that it needed an alignment and it needed to be test driven). The residue was wiped down by Matt, and he asked me to bring it back for the swirl marks when I called about them. The only thing from that is, I, as a particular person(which I let it be known) look for any imperfections. So anything left behind and not addressed before the customer picks up the vehicle just tells me that the vehicle was not looked over in detail. Am I speaking negatively about them, no. They did fair overall, but I dont think I would take them my vehicle again.

Awesome staff and good prices. They make getting your car replaced headache free. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and had the car ready when they had estimated. Estimate was accurate. Very impressed with their work, the car looked brand new when we got it back.

I LOVE this shop!! I recently had damage to my front bumper repaired and Matt charged me a GREAT price. Matt is nice, friendly, laid back, but very fair with his prices and the work is PHENOMENAL. The work that was completed looks great, as if I had no damge at all!!! I have had my vehicle repaired at this shop a couple of times, and they never disappoint. I plan to utilize this shop for all of my collision needs in the future. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

This is one amazing shop. Matt and his staff along with his Magicians in the back really do an amazing job. Top notch quality to go along with experience and know how are a tough combination to beat. I knew right away that this want just a job. Matt showed great pride and passion in his shop. That means allot to me. I love my car and I need someone that will get her back to her old self. Accidents DO happen which I recently learned. Although it was a nightmare, Matt Govert and his team, especially Holly his Assistant, turned it into a dream. Matt’s kindness and efficiency in dealing with the insurance matter was seamless. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it was returned to the beauty i drove off the showroom floor merely a few short months ago. As Mat said, ‘An accident is stressful but choosing where to have it repaired shouldn’t be!” Those are the words he lives by and has built this incredible body shop around. I just want my Neighbors to know where to go if and when you need expertise and professionalism in auto body repair!!

It was so easy and uncomplicated to have my car fixed, after an encounter with a deer. They took care of all the insurance paperwork, gave me a loaner car for the duration of the repair. The work itself was flawless, car looked like new. I hope I dont have to visit them again, for obvious reasons, but would not doubt one second to choose them again for car body repair.

Had some paint work done to repair some road rash on my front bumper and mirror which got hit by some kind person who forgot to leave a note to take responsibility. What a surprise... Great people and they did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for quality workmanship and truly a clean professional operation compared to other auto body repair shops.

So far all is ok i have not got my car back yet .i will let you know what i think when i get my car...

They screwed me on my insurance claim on my Land Rover like I would not notice put the wrong center console in my vehicle it is 6 months later and they told me they guarantee there work and my car is Not drivable because the center console is falling apart and what they told me was go on google and fix it your self also my sun roof that you put in is malfunctioning and the headliner keeps falling down if I ran my shop like that I would be out of business # scammers

Not very timely. I was told 4 different dates my car would be finished, wasnt done on any of them. Also, the days the car was supposed to be complete, they did not call to tell me it wouldnt be done. Very unprofessional customer service. Extremely disappointed.
