I never wrote a review before but I’m extremely happy with this that I felt the need to do so. I brought in my 2015 BMW X5 in to refurbishing my wheels and paint them satin black. They did an absolutely fantastic job on the wheels, they look better than new. They got rid of all the curb rash and straightened out the rims. These are honest guys who earn an honest living. They have the best prices around, I’ll be sure to stick around for more future business!

With Chicagolands unbearable potholes, I got caught by a particularly nasty pothole that not only cracked my rim by the bead but also cracked the rim along the inside as well. Replacement wheels from Germany are extremely expensive and I thought it would be a total loss. Custom Butiek was able to repair the wheel and I cannot even tell where the repair is located. Incredible job performed with courteous people. They kept me informed as to the status and what to expect which means a lot. Now that I cracked another wheel on my other car(1 week later), I know where I will be bringing my cars from now on...

Had a 22 rim that couldnt be saved without going over the real purchase value, but he got another rim and tied to match the rest to use as a spare at a very fair price so I could still use my ride while u walked for my new run to be delivered. Small place, off the beaten path, blink and youll miss it. My initial review right after getting my car back, I had a massive dent/flat spot from a Chicago pothole. It took them awhile to fix it, but it rides a lot smoother. Definitely reccomend.

This shop is THE place to go if you have bent rims. I didnt even know about this place until a week before I went. I have very expensive rims and I was hoping that they could fix my rims so I wouldnt have to buy another set. They took the time to show me each rim before and after they were fixed. It turns out all four of them were bent. Custom Butiek was able to get all of my rims straight again. Overall I would say they are now at 98%. Considering how bad they were before, I am very happy with their work. If I need this kind of work ever again I will absolutely be back. Thank you for saving my rims and a huge chunk of money too. Tony went above an beyond on all 3 of my rims, From taking away curb rash all the way to matching up the exact paint color of my rims and them looking the same when i first bought them. If you want good quality work done on your wheels I highly recommend taking it here.

Tony is a real nice guy to deal with, certainly knows his stuff. He was kind enough to give me a tour of his shop and show me some of his latest repairs, including a few which I would have thought near impossible to do. The 20 BMW rim he repaired for me, bent and scuffed, came back perfect. I would not be able to tell the difference between the repaired one and new rim. Prices were very reasonable, nearly half what I paid for another, same wheel type, repair a year ago in California. The guy is very busy, for good reason. So dont expect an overnight repair.

I had a bent rim after hitting a pothole last week. When I first arrived he said he had a few cars ahead of me. Joey, the worker, called me a little while later and told me he put me ahead, for whatever reason. When I arrived, my tire was ready. He had even painted the inside of the rim. I took my car back to the dealership to put the tire on, the serviceman even said the job was well done. I was very pleased.

I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado Midnight Edition. I love my truck. I curbed two of my wheels, one really bad where it was gouged/bent/required filling in after hitting a curb really hard. Went online and researched 6 different places that claim to be the place to get rims redone. I sent pictures and three responded. They are in Addison. After getting various quotes I went to the one with the best reviews. Dropped my rim off and on my return home, got a phone call, that my 24 inch rim was too big for them to fix. Disappointing. Then I found Custom Butiek. So I decided to give them a try. Folks, I picked up my wheels today and I was blown away. I am extremely picky and grew up around the automotive industry, brothers all mechanics and fabricators. Tony and Joe are awesome. I do not know who wrote that bad review but IGNORE it. I seldom write reviews but after the outstanding and hands down perfection of a job that was done to return my damaged rims to LIKE NEW condition, these guys deserve a fair shake. In my experience you seldom find this kind of expertise and fairly priced to boot. I unreservedly recommend Custom Butiek to refinish and repair all your wheel needs. Had an 06 Mazda 6 that blew out a tire. Reason why it blew was a bent rim. Brought it here to get it fixed. They had a replacement rim in incredible shape for a used rim that was an exact match to the bent one I had brought in. They charged me the same price for the replacement rim that they were going to to fix the bent rim.

Good communication, honest work

I damaged my rim, and brought it in to be fixed. I was quoted a price, put down a deposit, and told to come back two days later. Picked up the rim, and that weekend put it on my car. Noticed it was flat (5psi). Aired it up to 32psi, and decided to check the next day. Once again, flat (4psi). I brought it back in. Was told there was a crack in the rim (in an odd location), and it would be more money to fix. At this point, I could have purchased a new rim for what I was being charged. I explained that they told me it was fixed, and didnt bother to check the rim for leaks, leaving a customer to go out with a leaky damaged rim (major liability issue). That with the odd location of the crack, it may have been caused by their repair methods. Also stated, I was asked to be charged again for what I already paid for, and was quoted to repair it, was unacceptable. They refused to budge.Do not do business with Custom Butiek. They have deceptive business practices, and do not check on their work to make sure you are going to be able to drive a safe vehicle after their half hearted repairs.

They fixed a football size chunk from my rim that was missing after hitting a pothole from scratch Flawless would recommend to anyone!

Took rim in because we hit a pot hole. Picked up rim, looked completely different and scratched up. Either they completely scratched it up repairing it, or they gave me a completely different damaged rim. My wife and I looked at the rim when we took it in. It looked nothing like the damaged rim we picked up.

This is the worst place to go to. Had my rim spray painted with cheap paint doesnt match the other rims. No finish coating at all, not powder coated like it should have been. Got told inside of your rim doesnt matter what it looks like. Wrong i care about my car, sad bs excuse from a person who takes no pride in his profession, but at same time he knows crap except how to be a lazy ass. I would not waste your time on this and/or these morons. No pride no customer service equals garbage work. If your one of the dealerships that do work with this idiot id check your rims again bet no finish coating was done.
