Tom & Eds Merrillville missed my estimated completion twice, costing me extra money for rental. They lack experience in BMWs which led to these oopsies. The tech left oily fingerprints on my oyster interior and stole my aviator sunglasses.

Tom and Ed’s is very professional and customer service is great. They kept me updated through out the whole process. The body work is amazing. I will definitely recommend Tom and Ed’s to family and friends.

When my car is in a wreck they are the first I consider for repair. I have been their customer since 2002. They provide top notch service and I do highly recommend them for auto body repair.

Jim and Andrew were great ! I know there were more people who had a hand in working on my car, but the faces of the company made my time doing business there exquisite. Tom and Ed’s is a great place to go for your car repair needs.

They do great work! Updates via text almost daily on progress and turn time was much faster than imagined. Had a minor issue after the repairs with a headlight and they took care of it within minutes when I stopped by.

Had a flat tire, stopped at a gas station to put air in and air compressor was broke......nice young man (with wife) works with Tom and Eds were nice enough to take time out of their busy day and put the spare tire on . Tom and Eds has great customer service. No appointments needed for estimates. One of their employees will walk you through the estimate. Scheduling to get your vehicle in had a time frame less than a week. Constant updates were sent by text as work was being completed. They work with the insurance company to get the money. The repair job was perfect. They even provide you with a flash drive with pictures of the repair and the lifetime non transferable warranty. These are pros that know how to repair body damage and provide great customer service!

Meant to write this review a few weeks ago, but time got away from me. Tom and Eds were great. Great customer service that went above and beyond to help me get an issue situated that involved getting the dealership/insurance involved. That act alone will have me returning if I ever need to and recommending others that do.

Very busy but best body shop around

A couple days ago my moms jeep was rear ended and put a hug dent in the bumper and made the left tail light cracked as well. It took them a couple of days to fix the issues which was fine since we had another vehicle to use for the time being. My mom and I are very pleased with the results of the repair on her jeep. The bumper looks like it had never been hit, which is how its supposed to look. The staff was really nice and was able to answer any questions we had about the repair. We will definitely come back to Tom and Eds if we need any body work done. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs body work.

Just had a simple trim piece hanging off my door. These guys took care of it very quickly and refused to take any money for it. Couldnt be more impressed. Next bodywork job I need I will be coming back!

I absolutely loved this place! Tremendous customer service and spectacular job on making my car look better than new. They were very good with keeping me updated through the whole process unlike a recent experience I had with Gerber. 100% recommend them to anybody looking to repair their car.

I they do not stand by there warranty. Its fake I have problems with my front an they will not replace. I will not wreck amend anyone to this place

Went to get my car inspected for an estimate for damages. the so-called inspector, asked me what was wrong with the car so I pointed out a couple of the flaws. he stood there and barely even looked at the car, he even missed a big scratch on the side view mirror (I had to look myself because he was just standing there asking me). Come to find out when I took the car elsewhere to get repaired, I ended up getting a call back asking if I was aware of damage is done to the pillars also. I said no. The inspection was not thorough whatsoever. It was pointless to even come here. My insurance send me to this place. Hopefully I Neve have to waste gas driving back.
