I brought in my 2009 VW Rabbit with 3 bad rust spots, peeling paint and a falling down headliner.. .the passenger door was also dented right at the latch.Justin made it look like a new car! I cant believe how good it looks! Im fixing this car up for my daughter and she is going to be amazed! They did such a great job at such a great price, Ill never go anywhere else! Heck they even detailed it and steam cleaned the engine at no additional cost!! What great guys.

Merriam Body Shop went above and beyond to help me with a few scratches on my daughters car. Justen at Merriam Body shop is a true Honest American! I would recommend giving this shop a try to earn your business, they earned mine!

Went by this establishment to get a quote for repainting bumper because clearcoat was coming off... no problem. I called back the next day to schedule an appointment and simply asked if bumper would be removed before being painted or if the paint would be blended in. The owner abruptly said, I decline the work and hung up. I was taken aback because I didnt say anything that should have been taken offensively so I called back and kind of sheepishly said, Im sorry, I didnt mean to imply your workmanship isnt excellent, Ive used you in the past and youve done a wonderful job. He responded, good, Im glad! Then he shouted (Yes I mean shouted) If you come by here Ill take care of you and your bumper! and then hung up again. It was disturbing! I mean, there was no reason for a reaction like that. I was pleasant and didnt raise my voice. I certainly didnt argue with him. I cant imagine ever doing business with someone like that. Imagine if you actually had a problem with the work!

Really great people here! I had a problem with my door handle, it had been pulled off and they got me in as a walk in, were super quick and very very kind. I will 100% go here again for any other body related issues I have in the future.

Stopped by yesterday to see how much it would be to replace a door handle on my Nissan Versa. Not only were they able to repair the broken handle, they did it for free even after it took 45 minutes! I offered to at least pay for labor and they declined. I will only use Merriam Body Shop from now on.

I had run oversomething on the road and my plastic cover underneath my car was dragging. I called and spoke with he owner on my way there.  He got me in immediately.  His wife was in the office and very friendly.  I sat with my baby in the office and waited maybe 20 min and they fixed it!! I asked how much I owed and they said dont worry about it! Will be going back for any future auto body issues!

If I could give Six stars, I would. These folks at Merriam Auto Body did insurance work on my front bumper/quarter panel area, paid by the at-fault drivers insurance company. The job was professional, was Very reasonable for insurance work, and looks Great. But that is only half of it. he noticed that my front press-fit bearing was a casualty also, and I knew something might be up. He got one put in by the place that did my front-end re-alignment. That extra service was Great. Nice folks, also. You should take your car here.

This place is the place to go for body repair. They worked with my insurance company seamlessly, gave me great advice, did excellent quality work and the customer service was fantastic. Family-run outfit that has been in business a long time.

What can I say I like the people and the service. My son and I have both used the service of this body shop a number of times over the last 20 to 25 years. This is a small owner operated body shop here in Merriam run by a Belgian couple. The service and integrity of this shop is a rarity in car repair places. Many insurance companies refer clients to them for estimates. Ive used them a few times and have been extremely pleased with the whole experience!

I had two panels replaced after an accident. A front bumper and a door. The estimate I got was the exact price, and they even filled in a deep paint chip on another door.The turnaround time was 4 days, which I felt was reasonable. They were not the lowest price but were very close out of four estimates that I had received.Easy parking and right off of 135 and Johnson Drive. Can get there easily from anywhere. Open a little early (around 7:30 a.m. most weekdays). Good customer service as well. Would send my family there.

The quality of their work is amazing - I am beyond happy! My looks just as good as the day I bought it, with no signs of being in an accident. It took roughly 6 business days, which in my opinion for the quality is incredibly fast. Even if it were to take longer than expected, or cost more, you cant be upset due to the beautiful body work they do.

Manager told me to leave after I said that I wanted to be sure they would do a good job. Said he didnt need the headache. I would not take my car here.

Manager was horrible - when asked questions about the work, he became extremely rude, cursing, yelling, insulting - and not all the insurance-paid work was even completed, after keeping the car 2 days beyond when he said it would be ready. Do not take your business here under any circumstances!

Good work at reasonable prices. They did a great job on our Mini bumper scratch, and were headed back for a nasty door ding.

Called down to ask what a ballpark would be for attaching a fender to a car (already painted) - the man on the phone replied that he was not interested and hung up? Isnt this a body shop? What?

Good work but the are expensive.
