I visited about a week ago in hopes of lowering the APR in my used 2020 Nissan Altima. When I had first bought that car, I had no credit and was barely taking baby adulting steps. After my trip at the Razzari Nissan center, I have more of an idea of what to look for when buying a car. Thanks to my car salesman, Richard Valencia, I had an easy experience, I left with more than what I initially went in for. Not only did my APR drop down to half of its original rating, but I also got to leave with a 2021 Nissan Kicks! I feel this car for me was a perfect fit, it’s not too big yet still has all the space that I need. I was even taught how to use all of the cars’ new features, including the car Apple play and cruise control. I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. The people working there are kind and easygoing. I guarantee you an unwavering experience.

Richard Valencia provided such a high level of customer service and professionalism. Within a half hour of my submitting my interest in purchasing a vehicle, I received a phone call from him to gather information about my vehicle needs. Once at the dealership, I was greeted by Richard. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle very easy. Originally, I was looking at a used Sentra, but he provided me an excellent opportunity to purchase a brand new vehicle with a low 2.5% interest. He walked me through every step of the purchase of my 2021 Sentra. He gave me a tour of the dealership. I was introduced to Randy McGuire who provided me with the financial end of the purchase and options for protecting my vehicle. He too was very friendly and professional. At Razzari, I was made to feel that I mattered and was given excellent customer service. Upon delivery of my vehicle, I was explained by Richard how each feature of the Sentra worked. The only glitch of the process was somewhere in manufacturing or delivery, two tires sustained some sidewall damage. However, Richard brought out a gentleman who inspected the tires and took pictures. I was told I would be receiving a call to have those tires exchanged for new ones. The whole process was expedient. After driving the vehicle for a few days, I received a call to schedule an appointment to have my protective coating done. Again, I couldn’t have asked for a better car purchase experience.

I went in to trade in my old Nissan and was super satisfied with Richards support. Everything was easy, fast and thoroughly explained to me. Richard provided me options and rates. I think the longest process was just me making the decision of which car to choose. When filling out the paperwork with the finance manager, everything was explained in terms that I understood and all of my questions were answered. This is my second time purchasing a car through Razzari, and definitely won’t be my last. Thank you for the amazing experience!

They went above and beyond!! I was there for an oil change and asked them if they can put a small plastic piece back on that fell off after I got my windows tinted somehow else….not only did they put it back on but they corrected the mistake the window tint place made when they incorrectly put my door back on. Amazing!

The um service clerk for parts department was a little less than accommodating and or friendly . i mean if i had to rate my experience strictly on the customer service skills of the guy at the counter of parts department then maybe 2 stars buuuut the service guy younger goodlooking was very helpful an went out of his way to help me thank u to him no thats to the other dude.!!!!! he is only reason i gave 3 stars.

Bought a Sentra 5 weeks ago. Staff very polite but I had to pay for the Shield system ($1500.) even thought it had been paid by the previous owner. No disclosure until I saw it on paperwork.When I questioned the finance manager got huffy because he said it was posted on the window...no such animal. Also, if you want the option to return a car, you have to pay upfront. I consider this dealer underhanded if not misleading. Guess they saw me coming, but I will never go back there. I think they had some sketchy paperwork and couldnt be bothered to even wash my car. I will say that the engine light went on a few days later and they did follow though with that, shop manager is a gem.

I think there was a breakdown in communication in the Service Dept regarding a repair I previously had done to my 2010 Nissan Rogue. I was rather upset to see one item on the list of recommended services. According to Max whoever did the multipoint inspection on my Rogue was not in the loop??? so a very expensive serving was indicated as needing to be done when my Rogue was ready for me on Tuesday 07-12-21. Thankfully Max cleared up the confusion. I am still unclear if my Rogue needs the 120,00 mile servicing or if everything is caught up. Some clarification on this point would be nice.

I went to Razzari Nissan on the Costco pricing option looking for a reliable commuter vehicle. I was greeted by Erik who handles the Costco program. I found Erik to be professional, and patient he listened to our needs very thoughtfully. We finally found the right car and the negotiation process was simple clear, effortless. JC the General Sales manager came over and saved us thousands on the deal! Great store excellent customer service. I highly recommend. I would also like to mention Shaun in finance he was very helpful, and Robert in sales he very is kind and assisted us on several visits, and finally Phillip the Manager of Nissan he handled a due bill that needed to be followed up on with excellence and professionalism. Took over 4 days to diagnose, without a phone call, plus i had to call after the 4th day. (Warranty repair is free money) after the 5th day i had to message about our vehicle, then they said it was ready. No call on what they found, no call for authorization, and no call that vehicle was ready. Circus shop. On top of i contacted the service manager and no response.

I did not have an appointment and had to do a walk-in. Max greeted us (my boyfriend and I) with a warm smile. Max got us in for an oil change. He told us it would be about 2hrs, since there were ppl ahead of us. Went home and left car, in less then 2hrs our car was done and ready. Max also let us know about other items we would need to get fix and that Razzari could help us out with these items too. Thanks Max and Razzari for doing a car inspection with oil change

My car broke down and left me stranded in modesto. I got it towed to merced and Pete was so fast to make sure my car got taken car of. The car was stolen before it was in my name and there was quite a bit of damage done and Pete took car of all of it and did I mention how fast it got done? Finally, I had some financial issues and they held my car on their lot for a few days until I, a single mom, was able to come up with the funds to pay for the car.

After many issues leading up to this appointment like multiple calls to TRY to make an appointment and being told that they will call me back, but never did, this experience topped everything else off. I finally was able to make an appointment and this was only because after months of calling and trying to set something up I took the 40 minute trip to just set up an appointment. I was told it was going to be the whole day because it was window tinting and cilajet (5-6 hours), so I made arrangements to have someone pick me up who lived 30 minutes away. I was sent multiple emails about my appointment and I even called down to ask where I was suppose to go for the service that day. When I got there I was informed that their tint guy was not in, so I would have to drive back another day to get it done. At first I was not helped and told thats all that could happen. I was sent from service and parts, to the Nissan service, to the Nissan sales and none of the managers were there to talk to. After explaining my 5 months of problems to everyone and being handed off to someone else to repeat what I just said I was able to get a rental car. When I picked up my car it looked good, but then the guy joked about me not coming in the next time and complaining about how they lost my paperwork (which was another problem that prevented me from setting up an appointment sooner). Yes, Nissan lost my paperwork and I felt like I was being chastised for it. The car looked good, but the customer service here has convenience me to not go to Nissan for my car needs. I should not have to fight and make trips to the dealership to make sure I get what I already paid for or to be serviced.

They helped us out a lot. Just didnt receive the same services that I had in the past when taking our car into the Walnut Creek or Oakland Nissan. They always washed the outside and cleaned out the inside as well. They also told us for free what fluids needed more or changed and if we needed new wipers or tires, etc.I mean you can pay $30 to get your oil changed anywhere and they will do all those services. But pay over $2000 at Nissan and they only do the things you already know are wrong with the vehicle? Im not an expert thats why I took it in!But Pete was great he contacted me every step of the way and informed me of all costs. Not his fault that the dealership is lacking things that other Nissan places are doing.

Razzari - INSTEAD OF DELETING MY REVIEW, HOW ABOUT YOU ADDRESS THE ISSUE?#1 - when I purchased my car, I was charged an additional $300 for a bunch of anti theft stickers I NEVER asked for nor was it ever disclosed to me.#2 - I was sold a car that had numerous issues as it in an accident & then self repaired to keep the title clean by a previous owner. When I brought up the issue of how certain things needed to be replaced/repaired, they obliged to make the repairs. I was then directed to deal with the used car managers across the street, Sal and another guy. When I came to get the car from repair, there was a HUGE, fresh scratch on the driver side door. After the manger took the car and attempted to buff the scratch out, and still, the scratch was visible. I left the car with them overnight, and when the car was delivered by the sale manager (with 3 other sales people) the damage was not repaired. The online used car manager I was dealing with told me after much arguing that they dont paint used cars and was subsequently blown off.When I made a complaint with the BBB, the response of the sale manager was that I was acting extremely upset & that they offered to take the car and refund me with a usage fee taken out (which was also a complete lie). I had the car deep cleaned & found several condom wrappers AND and the PAYSTUB of a RAZZARI EMPLOYEE, whom I would assume was the previous owner - it was dated 6 moths before my purchase date.Which leads me to today - I also found out the car some other damage which I was told was the result of an accident. I was also told that if this dealership had properly done the safety inspection, that management and sales people should have known. Sal, the head manager told me to my face this car was purchased from an auction, when in fact that paystub I found (that I still have, btw) would say otherwise.I also found that that these professionals were also were making fun of me back at the office and were mocking a extremely personal medical condition I was suffering at the time. This business also thought it was funny that I was upset that my car was damaged while it was in their possession for repairs.Do yourself a favor - skip these guys - in fact, skip all of the Razzari dealerships and go somewhere else that is trustworthy. If this dealership will do this to a local family who has purchased numerous cars over the past 40 years, then imagine what they will do to anybody off the street.To date, Ive told at least 400+ people, My pictures of the damage on a previous post currently has 1.8k impressions and these people still have not done anything to make it right.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR MONEY

Do not buy a used car from here. Cannot comment on new car experience. They mansplained everything. So demeaning. Forgot to have me sign paperwork. LIED about communication, FYI I (the lowly wife) work full time, dont say you made appointments with me during the day when there is no way I would make that appointment! Its been almost FOUR MONTHS we still have not received the tags or registration for our car. Horrible, if I could get an attorney and return the car I would. We specifically asked them if the transmission had been serviced, salesman said yes. ANOTHER LIE. My husband flushed the fluid and its brown. They were supposed to detail it, there are fingerprints on the inside of the roof of my car. RUN!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

The entire service staff were friendly, appeared knowledgable, checked me in quickly and performed the recall service within the estimated timeframe. As I waited I was offered refreshments. The service area was very clean and comfortable. I will return for my next service.
