I bought a car not even thirty days ago from them and it overheated while I was sitting idle in my driveway. They had my car for two days only to call and say they cant get it to overheat there is nothing to fix. i brought a mechanic friend of mine with me and had him look at the car already he said the second fan to cool my engine wont turn on. The mechanics triumph has is saying there is nothing to fix because they personally cant get it to run hot instead of fixing the engine fan that my mechanic friend clearly told them was not coming on. They obviously dont service the cars in their lot and who knows how long they have been sitting there. This car is a year 2013 and i bought it with 103k on the odometer. There is no reason my car should have overheated, and mind you when my mechanic looked at it he noticed my coolant was nearly empty! They are not servicing the cars they are selling people

About a week or so ago I did a review on trial for a sales that was very unflattering. I had an issue with the warranty company and took it out on the dealership, and inadvertently canceled my warranty. The dealership and kindness called me back and settled the issue that I had with the automobile and spoke with the warranty company about re-activating my Service. I was more than happy with the service I was elated. I would give tryout five stars for customer service and working with a customer. I loved the vehicle but I knew a 5 year old Range Rover’s reliability can eat your budget. They offered a warranty which makes me sleep well at night. Drove from Louisiana to the lot at 5:00 pm, left with my new vehicle at 6:30 pm. They made it happen.

Recently Tried to Purchase A Car & being a millennial Very tech savvy tried doing things online & worked with sales Person J****, He got us approved Friday and told us to come in soon, alerted him we would tomorrow on Saturday which was next day. Message him we were on the way Saturday which lead to his Text saying The car was being sold already, needless to say its very upsetting having to do all the steps and having my credit run just to have Sales Person sell the car with no lack of communication or alert to hurry Saturday before he would sell the car. Which he reference to first come first serve that its like a loaf of bread at a grocery store if you see it and try to come back and someone else has it, you lost it...Clearly Their is a very bad communication skill & Unethical process of selling cars

I just bought a car last week from Jim Sawyer. It was a pleasant experience, went well, no pressure. Horrible service! I will not be coming here again! Not sure what’s the man name is but he refused to give service to me because I looked young. I was looking for cars like any other person would and he confronted me stating that he couldn’t service me because I looked “suspicious”. I didn’t get smart with him but I got my belongings and left. Never coming back again. YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE YOUR PRIORITY!!The man was african american and big ash, had grease around his mouth like he just ate a bucket of Popeyes chicken. I had an excellent experience at Triumph Auto Sales. I had come to Memphis to visit my so for the holiday but was searching for an Toyota FJ or 4runner. I had already been to a few lots. Triumph had a great selection of used vehicles.To make a long story short. There was no pressure and Jim Sawyer was very knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock. I finally decided on a 2007 FJ that was in near new condition believe it or not...less than 100thousand miles. They accommodated my request and made a deal. I feel I got the pick of the patch but there was plenty of nice rides to choose from. I will definitely check out there lot again for any future purchase.

We went to this place just kind of browsing and 1st thing was that I had to actually ask for help and stood around before hand for like 10 min. The cars were priced too highly good mileage or not. Cars aren’t in the greatest condition at all. Took a specific red BMW to my (foreign car) mechanic and he said it’s on its last leg. Had the same problem with a “Dean” as well with not being there at all matter of fact.

Glad I was able to find this place. Mr.Jim Land gave me no hassle and I was out the door with the vehicle I wanted the same day.10 out of 10 would recommend.

Took my daughter car shopping today. We had a budget of $10,400, and we were going to pay in cash. When I first came in the door, no one talked to me for a good 10 minutes. Finally one guy asked how he could help us. I told him I was looking for a car for my daughter. He said “well just kind of go out there and look in the lot and the person’s name will be on the car, and then we can get them for you.”So we went out, and spent 20 to 30 minutes looking through all of the cars. My daughter finally found the one she liked. After looking up the Kelley blue book value of the car versus what they had it listed at, it appeared the car was priced about $1800 higher than the highest end of the fair market value. I went back and told the gentleman we had the car we would like to look at, and it look like a salesman by the name of Dean was listed. He searched around, looking in every different room and office for Dean, and could not find him. Finally he called him, and he told me that Dean would be with us very shortly. We waited about another 20 minutes for Dean to show up.The man looked at Dean when he finally walked up, and said “they are interested in the Nissan Murano, but he wants to talk to you about the price.” Dean looked at me and very arrogantly said “price is the price buddy!” I said “OK no problem!” Then I turned my daughter and said “come on let’s go!”He began to follow me as I was going to my car, and said “I’m sure you’ll find plenty more used cars out there with 60,000 miles on them”, sarcastically. I said “hey man I really like the car I just feel like it’s priced about 1800 too high.” As I was getting ready to close my door he said “good luck finding your two dollar car!”The shadiness, and unprofessionalism was on another level with these guys. I would not recommend anyone go here to buy a car. Especially not from Dean.Went right across the street to city auto, and Maurice helped me out in less than an hour and a half!

Rip off car dealership. Sold me a 10,000 car that Ive had to put another 5,000 into. It broke down the day after I bought it. They took it back and fixed the immediate problem but neglected to tell me the turbo is bad and starting to go the reason for the ignition coil to be replaced the day after I buy it. A year has passed and its done it again. Took it to a reputable mechanic who told me the truth about this garbage I bought. So do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to buy a car.

If youre in a pinch and need a car, the staff are friendly, and will be more than willing help.Downside. They lenders they deal with are secondary. Meaning.... High interest rates regardless of your credit or income. Expect to pay double what youve thought with the warranty they put in place. On top of that, the vehicle i did purchase, obviously was not given a thorough inspection. The air filter box wasnt even connected to the filter, all of the fluids were low... Including oil which was 2 quarts, food wrappers under the seats, and a lack of detail to the brakes which I had to replace within 2 months of purchase.

DANG IT BOI. We are driving a lemon, I just purchased 2014 Kia optima for my wife. She drives the vehicle from home to work that’s it and it just quit on us today.The Warranty only cover up to $50 and we are on the Side of the road.
