Absolutely phenomenal. I live an hour away from the car lot, and came across the 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited on cars.com. I submitted a request for more information one evening and Joe got back with me first thing the following morning. I drove to the lot with my vehicle (which we traded in for a decent trade-in value), and after going over the paperwork…I was driving back home in my new vehicle which I love everything about! I’d also like to mention how thorough Joe was when it came to explaining all the features of the vehicle with me. Loaded with technology!! We went to Memphis to purchase a new car for me. I wanted a 2021 or 2022. I have never owned a brand new vehicle. We went to Wolfchase Hyundai. The salesman who greeted us was Fred Euell. He was very friendly and had a wonderful smile and just down to earth. Most salesmen Ive come across have been very pushy, but not Fred. I found a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe that I really liked. I didnt think I would be able to get it but they worked their magic and I drove out of there with my brand new car!! I couldnt have asked for a nicer group of people to work with on this car deal. Definitely get an appointment in advance if you can. You might end up frustrated if you need something done on a time crunch. With that said, I had to get my oil changed before leaving for a long road trip this week and I decided to try a walk in. I was able to leave my car there with no time restrictions, so they were able to help me. Everyone I worked with was so friendly and professional! I come to this area a few times a year and would definitely recommend Wolfchase Hyundai to friends and family, and will definitely come back here if I need to. Tyler was welcoming. He was not pushing for services that wasn’t due, but did bring to my attention issues that needed to be addressed at the time of the appointment or for a later service. Tyler took is time to explained what were the issues to be addressed, and gave me a good estimate on time and pricing for the service to be done that day. I first met Jay Mann, a Service Advisor at Wolfchase Hyundai, when I had moved to the area last year and was staying in a motel until we closed on our house. My battery died one evening so I called the Service Department and was connected to Jay. He got me in the next morning and got my battery replaced. Jay is very responsive to calls to schedule service and is very friendly and informative during the service appointment. He is up front about the amount of time it will take to service my car and it has never taken longer than he advised. I would recommend Jay as a service advisor in a heartbeat.

I greatly appreciated not getting attacked when I exited my vehicle ! LOL.. The low/no pressure sales was pleasant and the ability to take the car and drive it with my wife and be able to converse together without a salesperson in back seat was also appreciated. I didnt think about this till later but was also nice when narrowed search to 2 vehicles they were pulled out of the lineup and placed side by side away from others so as to be able to easily look and compare -vs- walking back and forth !
The only great thing I got out of this deal was my car. I’m a stickler for service and they just did not do it for me. If you aren’t talking to a manager personally much won’t get done. I understand the climate of the pandemic etc. however if you have no rapport, ability to be personable and simply know how to conduct business. Sales is not for you. This was my FIRST vehicle purchase. I’m originally from Memphis however I am in New Orleans for work. I came all the way back to Memphis to buy my first car and my experience has been nothing short of a run around. I’ve been waiting on my tags for 11 weeks. The establishment knew I was coming from out of town and I made that clear whatever paperwork was needed let me know so that I may provide it day of purchase. 4 weeks into my 11 week wait, I was asked to provide more information so that my tags can be registered for. The communication between myself and my salesman Luka/Luca has been very minimal. Only if I constantly call the establishment do I receive any updates. My tags were printed Aug 18th and sat in an office unconcerned about until September 15th. I love my vehicle! However my experience could have been way better. I would have loved to receive great service from beginning to the end of the deal. Thank you to Manager Tony for being consistent in helping locate my plates.

Brand new vehicle involved in a wreck dealership to get repaired paid out of pocket for what the insurance company do not cover got the vehicle back other things were broken like handles on the doors stated if you tell guy must have broken it also still leaking oil under the truck on a brand new vehicle that has 30,000 miles employee did not seem to be caring of the situation also had my vehicle over a month and a half with four weeks before letting me know that they could not get a hold of my insurance company besides the door handle broken also broke..... how can you respond back to my review stating that you do not repair wrecked Vehicles when my vehicle has been in your automotive department for other over a month and a half your company has broken more items on my vehicle stating that your detail guys broke it also gave my vehicle back with it leaking oil and it is still at your shop getting repaired so how can you state that you do not repair vehicles your company was supposed to repair the oil leak from the wreck also your company was supposed to repair front end damage to tires and alignment as well as my steering wheel?
My overall experience was great. Tyler was helpful, efficient and offered/provided awesome service! He also introduced the benefits of Sunbit financing; it really saved my bacon yesterday! Again, great job to Tyler and I will be back later this month to purchase some parts for my vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2015 Sonata from them, I already own a 03 so I knew I would love newer one. The guy who sold me the car was awesome he did great. However, Im only two weeks into having the car and Im having issues with my motor mount, not to mention I also have to pay for it because its as is no warranty. Yes thats not kosher, so I know once I pay off this car, if I dont ask for my money back I will not return to purchase another from them. They smile to get you in, but honestly this is why I dont purchase cars from dealerships. At least with private sales I know what bad Im getting.Update: My car is now fixed, I shouldve gotten an extended warranty thats on me. However, I still stand by what I said. Jay Mann in service took care of me and got me in immediately. He was very understanding of the situation and was very professional and honest. WHEN THEY ASK IF YOU WANT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY GET IT!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past you would think they would work a little harder to make a repeat customer happy. Was looking for a jeep also wanted some larger tires and rims added with a lift kit....willing to pay the extra price but they were not interested in doing this the way I wanted. I feel like they would rather flip a car as quickly as they can to make a buck...... but return customers are hard to find and they just lost one. In the end it worked out for me anyway found the perfect jeep for me at a different dealership with tons of options.
This is the only dealership that I had no problems at all with obtaining a vehicle in my entire life! It went smoothly, I wasnt there long and Mr. Puddephatt and the whole team were super nice. If I ever need another car, this is where I will always go.
I traded my vehicle in over a month and a half ago and it still hasn’t been paid off. The check was sent to the wrong address and I was told they would work on correcting it, but still nothing. I’ve been calling and calling, but the phone just rings. I’ve had to make two payments on a vehicle I no longer have just so the missed payments won’t affect my credit score. Simply canceling the first check and sending a new one to the correct address would fix the problem.

Went to buy a vehicle from them, everything was going good until i told them i didn’t need their financing. Once i said that the salesmen walked out without saying anything, was gone for 20 mins and came back with a crazy offer. Low balled us on our car and also had 1k in made up charges on the offer. I told them what i had and asked them to meet It, took them two seconds to deny me. Didn’t try to offer any incentives, didn’t try to find a way to meet what i had. Didn’t even ask my occupation to see if i qualified for any of those discounts. One of the worst experiences i have ever had at a dealership. They could have made easy money.

Horrible experience. I received a call asking about my online inquiry. I let them know what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. They told me to come on in. When my wife and I got there the car they had picked out for us didnt even start. Then next car was a little more than we wanted to spend...I guess that happens when you up charge a vehicle by four grand.
