They are so fake. They act so nice and caring and really don’t care about you. I told them I have twins and that I need a reliable car. They gave me a nice looking car with a lot of problem with it! I had problems with that car the first day I got it. They’ve been working on it ever since then. It’s was a red 2015 Jetta Volkswagen. To make a long story short. I Recommend that nobody goes there! Please listen to me! Do not go get a car from there!!!

I had an okay experience with buying my vehicle from Rogers Used Cars but,I feel I could have done better because I have known the owner since I was a teenager and used to buy cars from her.The owner is a nice lady personally but, when it comes to business all she cares about is putting a person in what she chooses them to ride in and that is not the way car buying should be, as a customer I feel like I should have been able to pick which car I wanted instead I am stuck with an older vehicle that is overpriced and now I am in a upside down loan contract on a car that is no longer even sold anymore.Yes,the car runs and drives great, has low miles for it’s age and even comes with warranty but, I feel like I could have done better. I am not going to talk bad about this company but, the owner should try to make sure a person is happy with their purchase and not force them into a car she needs to sell, as for myself it’s a lesson learned because right to this day they call and leave voice messages on my phone about a 200.00 dollar balance that was left on the account.The owner asked me to refer her some customers to help waive the fee I sent my niece to her who purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima with the down payment of 2500 or 3000 and she still have her secretary to call and try to collect money.I ain’t no saint or perfect but,I know that is wrong.

I dont usually write reviews but Rogers is the best place to buy a car. They dont play the numbers game with you. They are upfront an honest with their prices and their cars. They were so polite and patient while i was making my decision. I would definitely buy another car from them.

We bought a car here years ago, and its one of only 2 places on Summer we really considered buying from after checking them all out. No high pressure sales tactics here, and the staff and owner were all completely forthcoming about known and potential issues with the cars we were interested in. We ended up getting a very affordable 1990s Saturn which ran for many years and only needed minor repairs we were expecting (new radiator, a new tire here and there, stuff like that.)Well probably be buying another from there soon.

They do not sell realizable cars at all. Since I pulled off the lot, my 2014 gave me so many problems. A broken belt, my car not starting sometimes, my ac going out, car shaking, and lastly my transmission going completely out in a 2014 car!!! What a waste of time and money!! They did not try to help at all with this issue, except trying to give me numbers to a transmission specialist. Then the funny part is, it seem like they ALL knew my car had a transmission issue. I was explaining the problems to her and she straight out said “we don’t do any transmission work.” How do you know it’s the transmission if you haven’t look at it yet?? Sounds shady to me. You all should get your cars inspected and stop playing with people’s money and time!!! Avoid this place at all costs, please. Or you will regret it >>>>>>>>And To the owner: I did NOT state that I was having transmission issues AT ALL. Transmission did not come out of my mouth. I told you the issues I was experiencing and YOU said it was my transmission. And you ALSO stated, I didn’t even have a warranty on the car anymore otherwise you would have assisted me more professionally. Your business it to blame because you should have your cars tested before selling a piece of junk to a customer!!

The staff is nice until you get frustrated bc youve taken two days off and wasted gas twice to go get your vehicle fixed and they dont think they should at least give you the curtisy to call and reschedule you if they dont have a mechanic there. And her response to my frustration was she doesnt have to fix it, but she told me before we even came back to buy it they would fix it. The door isnt latching and is very unsafe for my children. If it wasnt a safety issue I wouldnt be so concerned.

These people were great! Terri helped me out tremendously, even went so far as to take care of getting the appropriate insurance while i was at work so when i got off all i had to do was sign the papers!

My car motor went out and she said she cant do anything about it a month later come I would have not buy any 🚗 there anymore she is not honesty cause if she was she would gave you your money back or fixed your car I had to take her court and credit acceptance to get my payment back. And credit acceptance got the car back and took out my name so please think twin before buying a car from there

Hi, I am disappointed.. DONT EVER GET A CAR FROM THEM!!!! They seem caring and nice but they are evil.. I didnt even have a car 30 days, I kept bringing it back even first day I purchased it due to riding so horrible.. They know how to patch up a car till you drive off lot and drive around city and it start sounding like a whole nother car...i kept hearing noises like it was gonna fall apart and ticking, especially in wheels. They repaired my wheel bearing on right side and when I left I still heard stuff. I am single mom and am left without vehicle now due to on my way home thanksgiving my car veir to left then wheels at axel or whatever were rusted and snapped and wheels fell off sending me into other side of road... I went up there keep in mind within 30 days of purchase this happened. I had a bad experience with the Rogers used car she all about that down paper I brought a car from them in may of last year and June the motors went out i went up to her and she said she could not do nothing I call credit acceptance and they take back tell her to exchange and she said Im losing out I said Im the one losing cause i dont have a car and cant get to work so I kept calling and telling a1000 dollar I call credit acceptance and told them and I went to court and I got my car payment back and she gave me a little money back i could have fighting to the end i just said i report business association and I did I advance nobody to go there if you do take the car to a car dealer before you purchase it and dont just take it around the corner that not a drive trust me i never went back so im just warning you all
