The sales team at All Approved, Jenna, Ellen, and Matt, were all incredibly genuine and helped me get into a very nice car. There was a minor fix that needed to happen to my car and Matt took care of it before I could blink! I would recommend them and will definitely come back in the future.

I bought a car from these guys, and they wanted me to do a review before I left the dealership. Well, the car I bought needed some work, and I new that, but they hid so much more, I don’t even know where to start. Very dishonest people. I wouldn’t send anybody I liked to this dealership. I can’t stand dishonesty. I hope one day the Attorney General finds out about these crooks and shuts them down. This is a True lemon lot. The cars run good enough to drive off the lot, then the engine lights come in. Take the car to a mechanic shop and checked before you buy from these crooks

This dealership is a scam!!! My son purchased a car from them and they said they would get his tags and add the cost of the tags into the loan. It’s been 2 months and still no tags! He went by there today and the gates are locked!! I felt this place was a scam from the beginning!!!!! I’m reporting them to BBB and the finance company!

They don’t deserve one star.....they guaranteed me approval on a 08 Subaru Outback for $500 down.I did the paperwork, gave them $500 CASH, and three hours later they denied me my loan. When I asked for my money back I had to wait on someone to come write me a check. I couldn’t get the check cashed so I called them and they said the check was good there was something wrong with me and refused to give me cash. Now I can’t find a car in time for work. Do not give these people your money!!!! Beware it is a scam!!!

I haven’t even had my 06 bmw for 2 months and it’s already sounding awful. When I first got it they failed to tell me I needed a blower motor for the heater. 5 Days later it was installed all wrong. When I turn my defrost on it’s loud like a leaf blower. I’ve been trying to see the mechanic but he’s never available and the sales team NEVER calls back like they say they would. I also got my tags switched over but as of yet I stil don’t have tags and they want to charge me for another set of drive outs like it’s my fault! Worst dealership ever period! The female on the team is the only honest one! I’m one irritated and unhappy customer. If I could give no stars I would! Oh yes there was this slight ticking sound that I asked the mechanic about the day he put in the blower motor and he assured me it’d go away! My car now sounds like a lawn mower! Not even 2 months!

I had a customer that brought a 2003 Volvo S80 from this place. She took it in to have it checked and it needed almost $5000 worth of work!!! It wasnt even safe to drive and she just bought it 6 weeks ago! They may have nice salesman, but I have never seen a car in such bad shape or so dangerous that was being offered for sale. Whatever you do stay away from this place!

3 months and 3,000 miles later, BOTH of my Catalitic Converters are bad, have BEEN bad, and I have to pay 2k to get my car fixed.I payed 6k for a Honda Fit in April. I was assured by Robbie that they did a 167 point inspection on the car and everything was great! Even gave me a fancy report saying so.I am BEYOND disappointed. I am extremely angry and unfortunately, Im not covered under Tennessee Lemon Law. Do not buy anything from these guys.

This has been the worst experience. The car I got was a lemon from the start. I have only had my car for 3 weeks and two of those weeks I couldnt even drive the car it been at their shop. They kept telling me that they would fix the problem. When they gave it back it ovet heats on me ten minutes down the road. Called back to let Matt know and he was very unprofessional even told me that I must havent been praying or living right because Im having problems with this vehicle. He joked about it as if it was funny when I was stuck in the middle of the road with a bad car. The situation is very frustrating. These people are rude and the customer service is terrible. The owner himself Matt hung up in my face because he didnt want to here anything I was saying. Please dont be fooled by the look of his inventory because once you give these people you money you are no longer an factor to them

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!¡!¡!¡! The day I brought my car it caught fire and they towed it back to the dealership. They signed a paper stating they would put me in another car after MY insurance was used to look at the car. We got close to 1000$ from MY insurance and Im still without a car a month and 2 weeks ago. My job wont hire me because I cant get there without a car which I was promised by the owner, I got in writing and he has yet and wont deliver on his word. I would NEVER do business here again and recommend you dont either!! Just read the paperwork and youll be given another RED FLAG. My car threw a rod because it had no oil in the car and it caught fire after 24 miles of driving it. Plus it got sideswiped and thats what the insurance check is for but theyre wanting to replace the engine and not fix the doors, theyre shady at best. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!!
