The best and easiest experience purchasing our 2019 Chevrolet suburban. Justin our sales representative helped us through everything and found exactly what we needed from the Memphis location. All I did was call told him told him what I’m looking for he sent me pictures and I told him that I liked what he had to see. When you rent from enterprise you know exactly what you’re getting when it comes to the car sales side of it. It was fast and easy and was able to get it from one location to the Memphis location. Customer service could use some training. Came in and stood there for quite some time before I went outside to ask the available clerk a question about reservation time (which is a joke by the way) and he told me to sign in. No one inside had told me to sign in. I watched as people walked in and no one told them to sign in other than us Customers. A lady walked in to complain about a charge and she was assisted ahead of all of us with appointments. Saw another employee in the back who walked passed the lobby and did nothing to assist with the extremely busy lobby. The constant phone calls also took priority over us waiting in the lobby. Either training is needed or more staff. Once I was serviced the process took less than 10 minutes. Car was fine.

This was my 2nd experience with Enterprise Car Sales at the Memphis Covington Pike location.I do appreciate the no haggles aspect and the website is very user friendly.Jasmine Stewart was great to work with but unfortunately I had to ask for a salesmen other than Markous (I would NOT recommend using him for anything)I did have a few issues though:The website claimed that the vehicle was below Blue Book value and that was not true.The salesman (Markous) did not give updates on vehicle being delivered for over a week.The sale was a few weeks ago and I havent received a few of the things that go with the vehicle.Just a few things you should know before you purchase from this business.....

My experience with the salesman was great up until he finished the deal. After that, I felt rushed and unappreciated.

I got a great deal on my car purchase which was fabulous. The test driving process was easy and fun. It’s worth mentioning that no one in the office was wearing masks or practicing social distancing. Instead multiple people offered their excuses as to why they weren’t wearing masks (too uncomfortable, don’t like it, etc). I don’t care what reckless stuff you do on your own time, but while you’re guest-facing I think it’s important to wear a mask regardless how uncomfortable it is for you. I’m about to drop thousands of dollars on a purchase. The least you can do is not spread your germs all over me. (I purchased in late June for reference). Communication with my point-person, Jim, was challenging. He was hard to get ahold of and unclear in his answers to questions. It was my first time buying a car so I didn’t know protocol going in and the process was confusing, stressful, and nerve wracking. In the end I’m very pleased with my car, so no hard feelings. But I would unfortunately give my experience a C rating.

My salesman Brian, went out of his way to deliver the car I purchased as a gift to my wife for our anniversary on our anniversary. That required about 6 hours of driving for him.My only issue was Enterprises own polices. I planned to pay cash for the car, but had to cash out some securities to do so. I wanted to pay some earnest money up front to hold the car, they wouldnt do it. So I had to finance the car and cancel it within their 7 day satisfaction period. This process ended up affecting what was my really good credit score. Then when I had the cash, I had to provide a cashiers check, there were no facilities for a bank transfer. I ended up making the same 6 hour drive to deliver the check so they would have it within the 7 days. Absurdly ridiculous in the day and age.In summary Brian was great, a bit disappointed with Enterprise. We chose them because our car rental experiences had been positive, it turns out their car sales needs a little tweaking.

We just bought our second vehicle at Enterprise on Covington Pike in Memphis. We love their no haggle prices and the fact their vehicles are all inspected and you pick your warranty plan. Jackie was our sales person and she was great! She was very attentive to us, calling and texting to let us know what was going on. (We wanted something that was not on their lot) She made everything a breeze and we couldnt be happier!

Overall, I was satisfied. The salesman was very nice and I love my new car. But unfortunately, there was a crack in the windshield that had originally been plugged and it can not be plugged again. Well, I know this is going to cost me additional money down the line because it will eventually spread.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Journey with 44000 miles extremely nice, white with grey leather interior, three rows on the inside. Friendly salesman was in and out in no time, drove it home caught an uber back and drove my other utility truck home. May go back, my son needs a nice vehicle. Rental places usually keep their vehicles maintanced and in good standing you can get good quality for a good price. I bought my vehicle in Covington pike in the beginning if August. Im extremely satisfied with the vehicle. I believe it will be a nice travel vehicle.

I was told that I was approved for aparticularly vehicle with my down payment I wanted to pay. After consideration I decided to go with Enterprise. We had talked about this vehicle for 4 weeks. I get to location and its a totally different story. The vehicle I wanted was sold. Which was fine, I was told they didnt have anymore in stock. If they it in stock my down payment would br $3500, not $1000. Which I didnt understand . I was approved at another dealership for same amount as far as down payment and chose you guys. I test drove one car. It had a warning signal in the dashboard. So I tried another car and only because they where about to close. I felt as if I had yo choose something l was in the vehicle for 2weeks and the bank decided yo wait and verify employment. When I was just laid off 2days before.I returned vehicle and I am currently waiting in my refund which. I feel should be the full amount . Because it was truly not my fault I had to return the vehicle

From the beginning to currently, this car buying experience has been horrendous. I began this search and purchase about 3 weeks ago at the Memphis location. I went based on their “no haggle prices”, 7 day return, and partnership with my bank; this was a short notice purchase after my vehicle was stolen. Immediately I saw something I wanted and did the test drive and completed the purchase process. While waiting for the finance manager to complete his paperwork, I began to look up my vehicle and see how true this “no haggle price” is when I noticed the vehicle was priced about $2500 above market, I asked my salesman and the manager and they said we don’t set prices our corporate does, we can’t help with the pricing. My response if you all are going to sell this vehicle at a new price I want it to look new, can we get the scratches removed, they agreed. I took the vehicle the following Friday to have the scratches removed, arrived Saturday to pick it up and someone had backed into something and damaged the rear bumper of the vehicle. When I asked them (the original salesman and manager) about it no one knew anything and everyone had an excuse. I called Monday about the damage and set up getting it fixed and reaching a resolution for this unacceptable mishaps and no one knew what I was talking about, I had to call the salesman on his personal cell for answers and he said I could bring it back for the repair but they kept telling me “we aren’t sure if this can be fixed because it is a plastic piece, and you need to understand this is a used car” BUT it wasn’t a damaged car when I purchased it. I took the vehicle back up there Wednesday for the “repair” and they only painted over the damage which I could still see and it was VERY noticeable! Once again I am being told to understand it is a used vehicle we cannot make it look new, but that was our verbal agreement make it look as new as the price you are selling it. The value of my car went down tremendously when that damaged occurred. I have reached out the “district manager” with no luck. And still my vehicle is damaged and priced car above it’s value. If you are looking to purchase here, make it your last stop.

The experience was great once I started dealing with Memphis. The first call I placed led me to Baton Rouge where there seemed to be no other way to get things done except through paying a transfer fee. I was happy when Jim called saying there was a sales department there in Memphis which canceled the fee.
