My car was towed in with a problem of the engine died and would not start. There was a noise before it stopped. George was the first advisor who actually communicated with me but after he took over after about 3 weeks of waiting, things began to move. This turned out to be a very good experience. He kept me informed as to the status and informed me when the warranty motor replacement was on its way. Once the motor was received it was a quick project and I am thrilled to have my Santa fe back. Sounds about like how my service went at wolfchase hyundai. Took my veloster up there because it was making a small noise. Was told before it even went back that there were recalls on my car. Dont get a call till about 3 days later after I had called multiple times. Finally when I get the call back I was told. One of our service men were test driving your car and the transmission went out completely. Though warranty was going to do something since I had the car only a month and havent even drove it 1,000 miles but no the fought hyundai and me. Was cursed and be littled and all hyundai would say because it is there job to do what the warranty company wants is you call your warranty company and see what they say needless to say my car is sitting in my driveway and still wont go into forward or revers

I brought my vehicle in for repairs. Was told it would take about 2 weeks for the vehicle to be diagnosed. It has now been 3 months and this place has only given me run arounds. I was given the number for the GM. The person I talked to told me he would make sure it would be taken care of and to call back the following week. I called back I can only get voicemail now. So I went in to find out whatβs going on and I was given the same run around. Was given the associates personal cell number. She said her name was Wynitta. Wynitta says she.will get the car in this week or next week. Another week has passed and Wynitta answered and said she would call back after her costumer. Itβs been 2 days and Wynitta will not answer the phone and her voicemail is a guy stating that I should leave a message. I left a message and I still havenβt gotten a call nor can I get in contact with anyone at this place. Do not. I repeat do not send your vehicle to this place and do not purchase a Hyundai because there are not many mechanics that will not work on Hyundai vehicles. So if your Hyundai needs work. You will find a very hard time getting your vehicle fixed.
James Anderson was my service Advisor. He was TERRIBLE! It took 2.5 hours for my car to get a oil change. My truck sat on the outside for 1 hour. I asked him and he said really.. yes you know my truck had been waiting for PAPERWORK FOR A HOUR. I told him I would never come back to this location. He has 0 customer service skills! Iβm really unsatisfied. It was a time I came before where his boss called him over the phone and asked him why wasnβt a gate open and he acted liked he was slow then to. He had the boss on speaker phone. He is AWFUL!

Worst experience. My car has been there for a week and still has not been fixed. Everytime I call to see what is going on they say they will call me back and no one does. I will be paying almost $2,000 for them to fix my car when they finally do but yet the service is terrible and slow.
They took 3 hours for an oil change and induction service, and they tried to charge me more than we agreed upon
Nice people. I had a light come on and needed to get it checked out. I went with no appointment since it was a dash light and I felt it needed addressed right away They got my Elantra in right away and fixed the problem.
I made an appointment to get my brakes fixed that was covered under warranty and while my car was being serviced the tech Antwan informed me of a computer recall and stated they were going to take care of this as well. I would say the staff was not too friendly, maybe just another hard days work so I get it & they were not rude either. What I will say is the staff was very respectful and very thorough and took good care of my car. I actually was referred to this location by Fidelity but being unfamiliar with the local area I chose Wolfchase Hyundai instead, after speaking with Scott the Service Manager at WH location who totally was impressed by my research and knowledge of my warranty policy, Scott was somehow degrading at the fact that I was a women of color and proceeded to make gestures of βYou seem to be pretty & smart for a Ladyβ, YES Scott I am so at that moment I cancelled my appointment and scheduled with Gossett Hyundai... Best decision I made. So you see knowledge is Power even if Iβm a Pretty Ladyπ₯°.
Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars or even negative stars. Literally the worst car dealership experience of my life. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This post is not a reflection on their actual service but just the trouble I am having getting it. I used the online appointment system and received a confirmation by email. Doing do due diligence, I called to confirm my appointment and make sure I could get the service I was looking for. On the phone, John said he could not find my appointment in their system (!) but was extremely helpful and re-booked me for the same day at the same time, took my email and phone and send me a confirmation.I showed up on time and was told they were short handed and it would be 1 hr 1/2 before they could get to me. I took time off work and drove across town for this and definitely didnβt have an extra 1 hr 1/2 to spare, so I had to leave without service.Which is not great since I have to drive out of town tomorrow.But mostly, when you make an appointment (and it is confirmed) I would expect to get service at the appointed time -or- a call or email letting me know there would be such delay and offer a different time. Weβre all busy and things happen, but I know the dealership can do better.

Willis was awesome to work with - he showed us the Palisade and CX-9 and was very knowledgeable about the brands. Although we ended up going with the Telluride at another dealership, Willis deserves a shoutout and your business, if youβre looking to buy a new car.

I only deal with Antwone! He has the BEST customer service. He goes above and beyond when it comes to working on your car. He is very personable and he explains what needs to be done before he takes your keys and move your car.
I own my Hyundai outright and have never had such exceptional service from a dealership. I had taken my car in for maintenance and there was an error and they promptly called me to come have it fixed for free as usual. I serious thought about buying a different type of car for my next car but Ive changed my mind because Hyundai is the best to their car owners. 100% satisfaction all the time, I couldnt say the same for any other company out there and Ive had a few. I purchased my car here used 2 years ago and I also take it there for service and I have YET to walk into the service area for what I donβt leave owing them $4-500+ dollars. I go in for an oil change (prepaid) so free, and I guess because I am a female they feel that they can just take advantage of me. I return there because I want to know that the person working on it with my vehicle is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel defeated every time I go there and say to myself Iβm going to another Hyundai dealership the next time but I try and give them another chance. Well, the honeymoon is over! And I do mean OVER! Thank you for all that you have done and for giving me My last wake up call. BYE!

Had my car towed to service center on 12/20. Amanda was great, very friendly. She contacted me the same day with the status of my car. Excellent customer service and good price. The last three vehicles I have purchased were from here. This time James Turner was my sales person and he was amazing. I saw a car that I liked from across the lot and when I got closer I realized that was the vehicle I would not leave without. Two hours later I drove off of the lot with it. He is going to help me and make sure that I will be taken care of if something like that happens again. Like I said I know things happen and it was out of their hands but I felt like they could have done a better job of taking care of me. But David has made me feel better about them and I really appreciate him calling me about the problem and talking to me. It removed my other post from earlier when I posted this but very glad that I had gotten help.

Got no answers about why my maintenance light was on. Got told to bring it back if it comes on again although this is the third time it has come on. This is a brand new car.
Gossett Hyundai charged me $1500 over 3 visits and still did not fix my car. One visit to Wolfchase Hyundai fixed the problem. I told the folks at Gossett repeatedly that the car gave me no electrical issues, but they replaced the battery and the alternator nevertheless, thinking it would help the engine turn over for some reason.I dont know if the individuals at Gossett Hyundai are incompetent or crooks but dont throw your money away at this establishment.

The service department took care of the loose bolts on a strut and fuel pump failure that were covered under warranty warranty hat the Wolfchase Hyundai refused to do without paying out of pocket ! The service manager assured me that our bumper to bumper warranty was just that to him. We will always come back to this dealership for any repair needs in the future!

Do not GO to the service department here. Antiwone is a VERY POOR service person and makes the whole dealership looks bad. They had me car for over a week and no reply back asking for the status of my car. Took two days to get in touch with him and I had to take it to another dealership.
Second time having service done. Always fast service, informative and lets you know of all recalls on your car. Only thing I didnt like was the run around about how long to leave my car. I had to have recall service done and the first guy told me 2 days, I rented a car and the lady told me 3 hrs when i brought it in. Wasted money on a rental needless to say but it was free service! (dont know if that is always good)

I had originally purchased my 2012 Sonata Hybrid in California. I had issues with a belt / pulley system, the District Manager came down and listened to the noise, (which a previous dealer couldnt find) and figured out what was wrong, ordered the part, had me come right in, and fixed the problem. They also reprogrammed the computer on my car, and now my car drives even better an smoother than before. Thank you very much, and will do business in the future. The sales manager, Brian is EXCELLENT, and a great asset to your company as is the District Manager. Forgive me I dont remember his name. The people at this dealership are SUPER awesome !!!

They wasted my time (6 hrs to be exact). The one car that I actually wanted and said I could get, they turned around and said well the bank want you to get a different car more updated less miles then the 1st one but same price. The car was extremely dirty, cigarettes ashes everywhere, and they had to boost the car to make it run and it drive horrible, I said no and the salesman got upset. I couldnt understand if it was the same price why I couldnt get what I liked. Im sure they was trying to get me to buy a lemon. I will never go there again

First they sold me car which has 5k miles on it and made me to sign on non-refundable form for 1k $ and told me that I need to take that car which has 5k miles, after discussing for 3hours they gave other one which has 300 miles on it, but price is high compared).For Car loan I was told credit checks will be removed in a month, but still(Purchased car on May 2017, still effecting me till date(Feb2018) those checks are effecting my credit history, if they dont know about when this checks will be removed they should not have suggested at all rather cheat me like this.As a complimentary for purchasing new Hyundai sonata, I was told total servicing will be free in 1st servicing, but when I went there they changed their words that only oil change is free. They dont stick to their words. Sales persons treat you well but their car pricing is not friendly at all. I would rather suggest to go and but cars in other locations than vendor.Overall I dont recommend to anybody.
I drive a Hyundai Genesis 5.0 and decided on March 20th (Tuesday) to get my left turn light bulb repaired at the Hyundai on Covington Pike. Upon arrival at 3:00 PM, I asked the service tech Antwon if the process was long. He stated No, it shouldnt take us any time to repair your light. My car was complete at 5:07 PM, two hours later. In a rush, I left without viewing the work done to my car expecting a simple turn light to be repaired correctly. On Friday, I personally washed my car and noticed the same headlight I got repaired was damaged and broken. Immediately, I called Antwon the service technician and left a voicemail. I called again on Saturday with no answer. He did not return my call. I returned to Hyundai on Monday expressing how I had not noticed it until washing my car and how I had not hit anything. No damage or scratches on my grill or paint, JUST a busted light that happens to be the same light I went to get repaired!! The manager stated it could have been hit by a cart, however, I have not gone to ANY stores and there are ABSOLUTEY NOOOO scratches on my paint. This has had to be the worse experience EVER and it has cost me $1,500 when I simply went to get a bulb change!! The manager David was dispassionate and immediately stated it was nothing on them. The GM Jason was as well. I had nooooo issues with my headlight prior to coming to this place and I completely regret it!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from Hyundai or get any repairs done at this location!!! They do a pre-inspection video that clearly shows no damage to my light, but no post- inspection video!! Horrible DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! AND CHECK ALLLLL OF YOUR WORK BEING DONE BEFORE LEAVING!!

Terrible. The recalls on these cars are insane and literally take forever. We are going on 4 months now waiting on the 3rd engine replacement. I wouldnt recommend these cars at all. Turbo edition is the problem.
