Super impressed with the service center at AutoNation. Far more kind and accommodating than the Ford Dealer across town (would not recommend). Customer Care Director, John Stroud is honest, responsive and goes above and beyond in my experience.
My car was stolen from here last week. My car was at the shop for three days getting a tire repaired. I received a call Thursday morning from the manager of the service department informing me in a neutral tone that my car was stolen of their lot. No apology. No responsibility taken. No compassion. I was told, It happens a lot more than people think.Theres an implicit expectation a person should have of their car being secured at a place that specializes in securing vehicles. That being said, things do happen, and while I am disappointed that my car got stolen, I can understand that no one can secure 100% of cars 100% of the time. When something does happen on your watch, however, a company with integrity owns what happened in their part of it. They explain what happened, what they did to try and prevent it, and shows empathy with their customer who has suffered an expensive loss.I am incredibly disappointed with the response I received and if it is indicative of the overall staff culture, this is a company that does not care about its customers.
Giving these folks a 5 star rating. Very helpful even as busy as they are. I had the pleasure to deal with Derrick as my sales associate. He offered all the knoesge he could to answer my questions, and when he did not have the answer he did not try to feed me lies. I was there for quite a long time but was well worth it. Derrick was assisting with multiple things at once, and ofcourse having to wait for the finance companies to get back extended the time there. There was a wide selection of trucks that fit my needs and in the price range I wanted to stay. Ranging across many years and models.
The service department does a great job, especially considering the failures of Ford with parts availability. They kept me in a rental car when my A/C compressor failed in my new truck, even when Ford said they wouldn’t pay for it. They went out of their way in dealing with a difficult manufacturer on my behalf, truly advocating for me. This is the only place I will take my truck for service, and I hope Ford recognizes that people like this service department are the only ones keeping the Ford name good these days.
My experience with auto nations was great. I found them easy to work with and very friendly and they work to make sure you are completely satisfied. During my transaction I never felt pressured at any time. And at the end of the deal they followed up on every single thing they committed to do. I can honestly say the entire team worked together to make sure I was happy and that I am.
Went there with the intention of purchasing a vehicle today...even test drove the one we researched and wanted to buy. We were immediately turned off and left once we were told that there was a non-negotiable $2500 added to the sticker price. I could have saved him the hassle of pulling the vehicle out of the building for the test drive if that was the game his manager has told them to play.
I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer about three weeks ago. Since I’ve bought this car I’ve had nothing but problems. Problem number one, when I signed the paperwork, they told me there were no recalls. When I registered the car with my insurance, it had 3 recalls. Problem 2, My radio cuts off periodically while driving. I took back about a week after purchasing this vehicle. They ordered a part and can’t even give me an update. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The management from the general manager, retail, and service manager is absolutely horrific!! Idk who their superiors are but they need to come visit this store because if I’ve had this many problems, I know I’m not the only one and these issues need to be addressed!!!!!
We recently purchased a new work van from AutoNation Ford in Memphis, TN and had a wonderful experience. The process was quick and easy, and they were able to do much of the paperwork online. We are very happy with our new vehicle and would recommend AutoNation Ford.
Denise and her leader were very nice and helpful. 4 stars for their customer service. A bit more organized at the desk would be nice, it has an outdated approach where you sort of mill around until someone is free and approaches you. I couldn’t tell who was waiting to be helped or just waiting. No obvious seating, but I didn’t stay so maybe it exists.Parking lot was disgusting, trash and food on the ground. Hard to tell if that was a lunchtime issue or leftover from the previous day(s)Maybe some trash cans would help, but probably not:(. The area (lot, median, building) are tired and it looks like no one cares.
Purchase was done remotely. Vehicle was delivered and trade picked up. Easy process and i am very satisfied with the vehicle. Salesman was awesome.Updated review - found out at my first service (moved out of TN shortly after purchase) that there are locking lugs on this car. This was not disclosed to me. I doubt they even inspected this car as they should have found theses and removed them before sale. I have yet to find a tire shop that will remove due to them being so far inset. Everyone says they will damage the rims trying to remove.
This dealership absolutely sucks. I dropped my truck off, after 5 days of waiting and not receiving any communication from the service people, I decided to call. I call only to be notified that they are not working on vehicles with my specific issue. They advised I come pick up my truck or leave it with them for 2 months. They were rude and have the absolute lowest levels of customer service I have probably ever experienced. Do not go to this dealership for anything!
I worked with Norm Gilbert in commercial sales and purchased a used truck completely remotely from CT. It went really smoothly. Was having trouble finding a truck near me at a reasonable price, but found the truck of my dreams online. They shipped it to me and it was a great experience.
Customer service is everything! Sonjia delivers! My go to tech Terrell is always on top of things. AutoNation is the only place I take my car for service! Everyone there from the the rep who answers the phone to the parts counter rep are 5 stars!
My sales men were Jacob and Jabari they were excellent! Did everything they needed to and more! They made sure I left a happy customer. Was willing to put fourth all effort to help me get my new vehicle. They really went above and beyond and my family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you guys so much!
My wife went in today to test drive and buy a pickup truck. The salesmen jerked her around and constantly made changes to the deal as things moved along. They offered her a preposterous interest rate far beyond what the lender approved her for to try and make extra money on the back end and screw her over in the process. They thought they could bully her because they pegged her as an ignorant woman. When she tried to leave she was literally cornered inside the cubicle and told she had no options so she should just take the deal. None of this was true and they lost a sale worth over $30,000. I would not recommend anyone do business here because they clearly have no respect for their customers, and employ these sort of shady characters.
Bought car from California. Dealership arranged for transport at very reasonable price. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition. They took good care of us. Trustworthy and honest.
Ive been waiting to post because I want to make sure I am not seeing any oil leakage after spending $3,000. We have seen a couple of drops and still watching it. My vehicle was in your shop for 8 days. I definitely expect there to be no oil leaking at all.I first noticed the leak several years back and you all have checked for the leak a few times and couldnt find anything (check your records). Then it was found last year. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles with you and have had both serviced at your service department for over 15 years now. I just hope I do not have to bring it back in for the same issue.I have no issues with customer service. Everyone there great and attentive.I will be bringing the car back in if the leak continues. I am hoping the drops were residual and it has ended.
The lady who checked me in was pleasant.I am afraid they went far too quickly in checking things out on my truck. They did not note the thickness of the tires or where the brakes stand. They did not notice a nail stuck in one of the tires and clearly did not inflate the tires to the proper pressure. They also indicated that the check engine light was not on, even though it is.
Best customer service ever! I was impressed by how professional John Stroud was. Will go for all my repairs!
When I push my start button on my car it would start quickly but occasionally it would take a few seconds longer as if it was the early stages of problem. Ms Denise kept me updated as my car would not duplicate my issue. Autonation kept my car two days but was unable to duplicate my issue. Their courtesy, professionalism, updates and no charge insures my return to this shop for service
I was helped by Ashley. She was EXTREMELY professional & kind. Definitely knows what shes doing. When my truck needs another service, shell be the one I work with. She was multi-tasking while helping me, because there were phones ringing and not being answered by anyone else behind the counter (who seemed to be just standing around), but while she was doing that, she never once paused on my paperwork..she continued checking me in. Im positive the customer on the phone wouldnt know she was helping anyone other than them either, she still seemed to give them 100% of her attention as well...how did she do that?! Helping 2 people at once, yet still managing to get everything accomplished without a hiccup. FANTASTIC!She kept apologizing for the slow down, telling me they were learning a new system, but it seemed to me she had been doing this for years! I didnt notice a alow down at all!I noticed lots of other employees not really doing much, but she never stopped getting things done. I would definitely give her more stars if I could!
Always very nice when checking in and out, they do great service.
My experience was great and my salesman was very friendly and very polite and he took his time and was very patient with us.and made sure we got was we came for. and the other staffs was very friendly to.i will tell peoples about them. Thank you all for a great deal . love my SUV.
Great experience as always with Autonation. Drop off was super easy and my van was ready quickly. Pickup was also a breeze. Will definitely return for more maintenance as needed.
Vert satisfied with the service. Very friendly staff, but left my truck oily and dirty.
This is the only dealership that Ive used since I bought my car from them in 2013. This last visit was great. Garvin was helpful and attentive and kept me updated on wait times. I really appreciate him and his service.
I had a great experience working with Sal and Abdul AutoNation Ford Memphis to buy my used Ford F-150. They made the buying process quick and efficient without any hassle. In addition, when buying, I had some issues with one of the tires holding air, and they made a replacement with a brand new tire, free of charge.I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car or truck to check out AutoNation Ford Memphis.
Great experience easy to talk to staff. Always receptive and willing to find a solution to your problem. I didn’t have to call to get a update it was sent via text which helps put your mind at ease vs tracking your car status. Ashley is awesome btw! My go to service dealership
BUYERS BEWAREMy husband and I went Friday (9/17/21), to purchase our QuickMetallic (silver) 2019 GMC Terrain SLT. We got there, and were first shown the wrong Terrain. The one we were shown was white. The salesman (Sal Gallina) was certain that was the only one on the lot. I told him it wasn’t. They, then, found the right one. We inspect it, ask questions, raise concerns, and were told “I’ll have our mechanics look at it” “I can get this fixed” which none of that ever happened. The car sat in the same spot the entire time we did the paperwork. Test ride went fine, but my husband asked about the sputtering, and when the last tune up was. The salesman (Sal Gallina) said he’d find out and ask his mechanic. Again, never happened. We told our salesperson (Sal Gallina) that we were aware our credit was not the greatest, so we anticipated a high interest rate. There was a lot of back and forth with the man (Moses) financing our vehicle. “Is there going to be money down?” “Can we get 3 months of bank statements?” and so on.The finance guy (Moses) told us he had “eaten some cost, and took the price down $2500”, which he didn’t. Then Moses told us he was able to get $XXX a month, for XX months at an interest rate of X% and a warranty. I told Moses quickly we do not need a warranty and that we had a GM certified mechanic in the family. Moses said Santander would only finance us the car if we had a warranty on it “High miles”. So I said okay. After doing some research, I found out that by law, lenders are not allowed to require you to purchase any type of warranty, GAP, etc. That warranty, come to find out, was $3700.Now we’re signing papers and its close to closing time. Moses is quickly trying to get us to sign papers so “the security guard doesn’t come and kick us out”, and we bought into that because it seemed realistic. He got us to sign everything swiftly and out the door we went. The next morning, I got five alerts for inquiries on my credit. They ran my husband and I’s credit five times. Totally ran out scores into the ground. To conclude:They lied about the lender not wanting to finance a vehicle with a warranty because of “high miles” and tacked on $3700 to the price of our car with the warranty. They did not take $2500 or “absorb some costs” by any means. They did not address any concerns that we had about the vehicle. They ran our credit FIVE TIMES. They got us to “sign everything quickly” so we wouldn’t read anything that we didn’t like. They gave us an absolutely outrageous payment and interest rate. So BUYERS BEWARE.
It was awesome, AutoNation is always the best place to go to buy your next vehicle .The BEST
I made an appointment to have an EGR recall problem fixed. I made the appointment online. When I got a phone call to confirm I was assured I would have my truck back in one day. I arrived for my appointment and was again assured I would have my truck back the same day. I was skeptical since he didn’t even look to see what was being done to my truck. About 3pm I had not heard anything so I called. I was told that one recall was completed but they found another one. The one completed was one I never knew about and the one they “found” was why I brought it in. Of course the parts had to be ordered since this is the first one they’ve encountered. They would be in in 3 days. Initially I was told I would get a rental car. I asked if my truck had not been pulled apart yet if I could just get it back until the parts came in. So that’s what I did and made an appointment for the next week to drop it off. I’m glad I called the day before because the parts were on back order and would have wasted my time by bringing it in. I finally did get a call saying the parts are in and that it would probably take a couple days since it is a delicate repair. I was told by my service adviser that he was going to be off Monday but would call me on Tuesday to arrange the repair appointment. That was 3 weeks ago…. I have not heard from him. I will call but I dread it. I hate dealing with incompetence.
I’ve used this location before when my carwas hit, and they went above and beyond, fixing things I didn’t even know were broken and communicating regularly about the status of my repairs. Recently I needed to have my battery serviced and asked for a tire inspection. Garvin was friendly and provided me an appointment time early the next day! The battery test and replacement were costly but I appreciated the kind and knowledgeable service I received that day. I would highly recommend going to Autonation Ford for all your tune-ups and repairs!
The salesman, Darrell Spearman was Excellent. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle, and later purchased, Darrell kept me updated, sent and responded to my texts. Darrell emailed me pictures of the in-stock vehicles when I requested more information, he responded and called me to let me know more about the vehicles as well. Darrell was very professional made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked into the dealership to the delivery of my vehicle. Thank you Darrell, for all your services.
Made appointment online, arrived 15 prior to appointment time, Greeted by Ashley, she was very Professional and Polite, I was having The Works done, Ashley recommended at 40K needed interior filters replaced, I approved, estimated total time 2 hours for all, I was out in 1 hr. 45 mins. Great Job and Thanks.
This was my first experience in purchasing a new (not slightly used) vehicle. Our sales associate, HQ Rogers, was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all things Ford, and he has the warmest, friendliest personality. When we arrived on a VERY cold December day, he immediately led us to the SUV that we were invested in. He had it waiting inside the service area so we could look at the vehicle and try out all the features in the comfort of a warm environment. He went over all the features and answered all of our questions and we then took a great test drive. We loved the vehicle. Once back at the dealership, he complied all of our discounts and presented us with a figure which we countered and he accepted - making this transaction as easy as possible. A few days after the purchase, we were contacted by the General Manager, Jeff Smith, to make sure that everything went well and we were completely satisfied - immediately taking care of a minor issue. HQ, our Sales Associate, Curtis Jones, the Finance Manager, and Jeff Smith, the General Manager, each had their special skills to provide an excellent customer experience. Together they delivered a “wow experience” for us. We’re looking forward to working with AutoNation Ford Memphis in maintaining our new Ford Edge Titanium and will give them first opportunity for our next purchase.
They always Punctually, they are courteous & friendly staff the coffee always hot & fresh, Grant at the front desk welcome you with a smile.. I hope to see you there next time for this great service the best Ford dealership in Memphis Tn.
Ms. Sims was very polite and responded back in a timely fashion.
AutoNation’s Salesman Sidney Wallace, on MT Moriah is the best! My experience during the purchasing of my 2021 F-150 Lariat was amazing. I purchased several cars over the years, but never witnessed or gone through a process, as smooth as this one.He went above and beyond. Sidney was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle configurations, I was most interested with.My interaction with Finance and Sidney’s manager was also great. Great service and they know they’re stuff.Thank you all.
Norman Gilbert was easy to do business with. Very knowledgeable and always seemed to be available.
What great service I received on my last visit as I always do honest and quick service.
Has an amazing buying experience with my salesman Jabari Love at AutoNation Ford on Mt.Moriah! I highly recommend! He answered all of my questions, calls and texts immediately and I knew exactly what was going on at every step of my buying process and the finance team was also very helpful. Will definitely be purchasing all of my future vehicles from them!
I’m very disappointed with my service at Ford Mt.moriah. They had my car for 12 days and didn’t even fix the problem I came in for!Not happyKaren Campochiaro
I had my vehicle less than 2 weeks and the check engine light came on... I have to leave it at their shop for a week before they can even look at it without a replacement vehicle.... I would have came out better keeping the rental car I was paying for. And my 1st note is due soon on a vehicle that messed up before I had it a good month... Communication is not one of their strong points in there
Very friendly and extremely helpful! Listened to my concerns and found the best solutions!
I wont buy another Ford or anything from Autonation. The PLASTIC oil pan on my 2016 F150 was replaced in 2019 by Autonation Ford Service. Its leaking again, and has been since I bought it in 2020. Im now using another Autonation Ford Service department and have been waiting 3 months on ANOTHER PLASTIC oil pan replacement that cant seem to come in.The biggest issue is Ford using a PLASTIC oil pan that has to be GLUED ON! I dont know if Ford is that far behind on their cheap parts or if Autonation is behind on paying their Ford bill.Bottom line...no more business for either one from me!
I dropped my truck off at 9AM for an oil change, tire rotation and to repair the front tire that had an air leak. At 4PM that afternoon it still was not ready...we apologize maam we are behind. Smh
Friendly sales associates. Made things happen in a timely manner for a dealership. lol
Easy buying experience. Derrick Sails was great to work with!
I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford. I worked with Abdul twice and both times he did an exceptional job with his customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Got the first service done on my vechile. they changed the oil and checked all my fluids. I was told my wait time in advance.Thats what I wanted. Thanks.
I took my truck in for service. The service writers were more interested in writing up new customers instead of taking care of the ones already there. Also, the diagnostic fee was almost double of what another Ford dealer charged. I decided to go somewhere else.
Auto Nation Ford on Mt. Moriah has always done an excellent job taking care of my car and changing the oil. It’s the only Ford place I take my car to because they do it right the first time. Sometimes they are busy, but I feel it’s worth the short wait to have things done right!! They always take time to treat me like I am important and also honestly answer all questions I throw at them. I know that takes a lot patience, Thanks for that! I always feel like a valued customer (that’s important to me). My service advisor this time was John Stroud who was very polite and patiently answered my questions. He also recommended wiper blades that I had forgot I needed to get, I really appreciated those when the rain came in! I can see much better. I also like that I don’t feel like I am forced to buy something I don’t need. Keep up the good work guys, I will be back.
There is a major break down in communication in this place. Too many moving parts and not enough people communicating about what should be done. You can never get anyone on the phone. Call center circulates and no one ever answers. If you do happen to get someone on the phone it seems as if they don’t know the person’s extension that you’re looking for. Then they seem to act as if you’re getting on their nerves when calling to check on your vehicle that if you didn’t call about would have no work done. Keep in mind I’m talking about the whole dealership with the exception of Taylor, my sales person. Second vehicle bought from them in a year and my family and I won’t be back. The experience was that much of an inconvenience for me.
Service manager Grant is in need of some serious customer service training. As for our personal experience with his service, he is disrespectful to young women on the phone and in person when they are unaccompanied. Somehow common courtesy regarding service ability and wait times are not part of the service expectations of his work ethic or quite possibly the company policy. An appointment was made with him and the customer was informed at that time the car could be looked at and the error code could be addressed on the day of the appointment, however after arriving for the service appointment we were told in a very rude fashion that the vehicle had to be let overnight for examination the next day and vehicle may not be available for pick up until the end of the week.
Parts department is a joke. I ordered parts online and recieved a call telling me they were ready for pick up. After thirty minutes of waiting, I left empty handed because they cant find anything.
It was just wonderful. I love the environment and my favorite salesman Jabari Love. My family and I just adore him. He is so helpful with all aspects of buying a car. He provides outstanding service whenever we encounter.
The service that I received during my visit at Autonation Ford met my expectations due to the Kind generosity of the service employees. Starting from where I left my vehicle to receiving my work order from a very respectable caring individual.. he took the time to explain things to me and did it with a genuine concern. And then, the most kind, Caring lady who has her customers best interest at heart checked me out I will never forget her sweet spirit, helping me to feel appreciated as a valued Customer.
Love auto nation ford and great customer service!
Had my certified pre-owned car less than a week before check engine light came on. Took it back to dealership and they said it’d be a week before they could even look at it, so I took it somewhere else. Come to find out it has several thousand dollars worth of issues and was unsafe to drive — issues that should have been discovered during its 172 point inspection.Waiting to see if they do the right thing — would love to change this to a 5 star, because the sales team was great to work with.
VERY EASY QUICK PROCESS. TAYLOR, MATT, AND MOSES ARE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONGS, AND MADE THE PROCESS FRIENDLY.
Service overall was very efficient and a great value for the service. I see why now the Service Department has a full schedule daily.During the Pandemic, Management should reinforce the Masking for personnel that do not follow the protocols set forth by AutoNation in the Sales and Customer Waiting areas.
This is the first car dealership where everyone was completely honest, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and trust worthy. The sales representative Mallory went out of her way to help me choose the best vehicle that would meet my needs. She worked around my work schedule. Matt in the finance department was efficient and proficient at closing the deal. Everyone I worked with had my best interest. They did not try to sell me what they wanted to meet a quota. They made sure I got what I wanted because I am the one that will be paying for it. I totally respect their approach and expertise. I will continually do business at this dealership.
This was one of the best experiences for a Friday and out of town, I drove into the open shop and was given directions to solve my repair needs. A truly no stress experience.
One word AWESOME these people were amazing they went over and beyond helping us. It has really been a long time since I came across a Bussiness being professional ankd polite it took me back to the way it used to be back in the day and I must say it felt real good to be treated like I was appreciated. Keep up the good work because some business act like they could care less.
All work was completed as agreed and on time. I was very happy with their work. Will definitely use again.
Everyone was very courteous, respectful and Pleasant. They definitely didnt make me feel like they just wanted us to go away. I just want to thank them for the kindness they shown my granddaughter and myself.
Really bad dealership! Called about a car and no one bothered to see if they still had it until we drove all the way there and it was sold. They couldve easily checked when we called. Tried to use the chat feature the next time,, they set up an appointment at the wrong location, not the one that had the 2 cars we wanted to see. Left from there to the correct location to find that one car was a disgusting mess and the other wasnt there either for some reason. They dont seem like they really want to sell cars.
It was Great.. I put 2 stars on accident it was meant for another place... good service I miss my 2013 Ford Taurus Gladis 😞
Terrible service. I was almost to the dealership to buy a car that I reserved and they sold it. I drove over 3 hours. Definitely do NOT recommend.
Ashley is good at communicating about costs and services. Fast service
Mallory and Kristen were very helpful and worked very hard to get the car we wanted for us.
I truly had a great car buying experience on August 24, 2020, the day I purchase my 2020 Ford Escape. I was impressed with the salesmanship and professionalism of Ms. Mallory White and Carl as they got me the car I loved and one that met my budget. Mallory White is very nice and professional. I give Ms. White 5 stars for salesmanship, professionalism and for being customer focused. Ms. White reached out to me after I inquired about purchasing a Ford Escape a few days before I made the actual purchase. Ms. White is very pleasant and made my car buying experience absolutely great. I also give Carl 5 stars for his salesmanship, professionalism and patience in ensuring that I drove away in a brand new 2020 Ford Escape. If you are looking for a car, truck or SUV, look no further - AutoNation is place to go!Eric E.
Had a HORRIBLE experience at the service dept. They wanted to keep my vehicle for a week...yes a WEEK for for gasket seal. I had to rent a car for a week. I swore i would never go back..but I had to and dealt with another service rep. Service was much better..so I gave them a 3.
Bad experience and no communication had my car a month and nothing was done just got my car sitting, didnt even offer a loaner or nothing about to lose my job and everything..you think he cared . Excuses ..so yesterday I went and got my car ..it can just sit at home. Parts smh ..two weeks to tell me whats wrong ..then you tell me parts on back order 2 more weeks ..really disappointed in this place with that said never use this place again ..thanks garvin ...
Amazing place to purchase a vehicle! The entire staff makes you feel like family instead of another customer. Super friendly and very knowledgeable! Have purchased several vehicles here and will continue to send everyone I know their way!
Was greeted very pleasantly when I arrived at the dealership.
If your looking for a vehicle AutoNation is the place to go very very nice people ask for ask for Carl very friendly will work with you answer any questions you may think of even after you leave he will call you back. If I decide to get a truck AutoNation is the place.
Really good selection of cars and the sales representative was very helpful. Going back to try and get a car.
Ive been a customer of Autonation Mt. Moriah in Memphis Tn for 3 years. The service has been nothing short of horrible. Just last winter they took 3 months to repair my vehicle. Which caused me to lose a good job due to lack of transportation. There is hardly any communication on any level at this branch. I have to relay messages from mechanic to front desk just to speed up my service, simply because they would not.October 22 2020 I waited 7 hours for an scheduled appointment that I was told prior would only take 30 minutes. Ive had countless more poor service occasions such as these, that I dont care to name. This is only the first formal complaint that Ive ever written but it is well overdue. I understand that jobs/work can be excruciatingly hectic at times but it is what you signed up for. I am a loyal customer and would like to treated with a sense of importance.... as I was before making a purchase of $35,000.... I surely mattered then.Sincerely Alvin Williams
Not a good dealership.I was sold a car pre existing conditions when I went to go pick it up. They didn’t do a good on inspecting the car before I went go pick it up. I told them about the issues but they don’t want to fix them.
I did not have a good experience here. I set the appointment online for first thing AM and dropped my car off. I mentioned it was important that I get the truck back that evening for a commitment I had the next day. They told me they were busy but were going to work to finish that day, but worst case scenario the work would carry forward to the following morning. I didnt hear from them so at the end of the day I called and the service coordinator said that they didnt have time to work on it. So I came and picked it up and it was clear it hadnt been touched at all that day, it was in the same parking spot where I dropped it off.
We spend about 150-175k dollars a month in Ford parts. We are currently building roughly 400 to 500 engines a year and most being Ford. However we also do many GM engines. All of which are for diesel applications. One would think, that if that much money was being spent, that service would be of a top priority to said customer. However, amazingly enough, service is horrendous at Autonation Ford at Mt. Moriah. We cant get anyone on the phone. And we email them to get parts. We dont receive promptresponses. It really has made me decide to go look for a better service department elsewhere. Maybe to salvage the relationship between our company and yours we could speak with someone in an authoritative position. Give me a call
As always, Ashley was extremely professional and helpful. I try to always deal with her when I come in, she’s very friendly and makes everything so easy.
John,Thank you for reaching out. I will fill out the survey but I will never set foot back on your facility again. I actually bought my truck from that dealership and Ill be buying another in a year or so and due to the horrible experience I had I wont consider your dealership or any other autonation. In short - you had my truck for 4 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) and all you were able to do was fix a recall. I needed an oil change and some other things done, that didnt get done. The best part is you charged me $191 for the assessment of the other stuff I asked to have done but you couldnt get done. Im assuming you couldnt have a car in your shop and not charge something - whatever, we all have to make a living somehow.Anyways, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had:1. I had no idea you would have to keep the truck for more than 1 day2. that was mentioned Friday morning (7am dropoff), I needed things done so I was willing to sacrifice for it3. No one called Friday - I called at 5:00 and thats when i found for sure that you were keeping my car into Saturday4. No one called me on Saturday - the day I was told the truck would be finished5. I guess you dont work on Sundays - no one called with any updates6. Monday - no one called. I called and couldnt get through, finally did and your team was all over the board saying they hadnt even started working on it.7. When I told her i was going to pick up then they had started working on it...of courseThat was my experience - pretty awesome isnt it?Thanks for letting me park my truck at your facility for 4 days and doing the recall work for $191, it was a huge help and not inconvenient at all.
Today was our second time buying from AutoNation Ford, we received exceptional service both times. Great staff, great prices, and great vehicles!
I love how fast my oil was changed and l was back out the door in 1 hour.
Grant in the Service Department was very dependable and trustworthy and honest. Really was a Breath of Relief to find Someone these Days and Times that shows Compassion and Understanding!!
Had the parts I needed when I needed them the service was great
Busy but got the job done in a timely manner..
Received an email that my vehicle had a recall. The email states to call and they will schedule an appointment based on the part being available. They scheduled the appointment for 7:00 am. I decided that while it was there I would get the oil changed and tires rotated. My truck stayed there 1/2 day and they did not have the part for the recall. I was able to get the oil changed and tires rotated. I am glad I needed these services or else I would have really been upset
This has been the worst service I got in the 10 years I have been taking my car to AutoNation at Mount Moriah. I wanted to fix a nail in one of the tires and change the oil and filter but the person asking for what service I need left before I had the chance to explain all the details. The results is that the nail was removed and when i tried to ask what was done the mechanic only told me without even stopping it is all fixed. No explanation whether the tire was repaired or not. The result was that two hours later the tire was completely flat. They removed the nail but did nothing else!! I had to take my flat tire to the closest mechanic I could find and pay twice for the same service.I plan to have my next service again at AutoNation. If I see the same people i may go to another place. My car is a 2016 model and i was also planning to buy next year another Ford. Maybe not. Across the street another brand has a similar car I like. Maybe is time to move there if the service is better.
I was asked if I wanted to get some new windshield wipers for a sale price & I said yes. Got back to pick up my car & they gave me a different higher price. But other than that I always have a great experience with you all.
Our Sales guy Abdulghani was great, very helpful, great communication skills, and no high pressure sales tactics.
Very disappointed in the sale people and Auto Nation!!!I feel like they just let us walk away, that they couldnt cared less. But in the end we took our business else where and got what we were looking for.
My truck was at Auto Nation Ford on Mount Moriah, for my regular service, mounting and balance two front tires and a front-end alignment. My issues was there service promise that they will top off all fluids. The window washer fluid wasnt filled, my coolant wasnt top off. Makes me think did they really change my oil?
During our road trip in June 2020, the air-condition of our Ford Explorer Sport stopped blowing cold air. We Visited a Ford Dealership in Mississippi, and they stated that it would take two to three days for the necessary parts to complete the repair. The dealership service representative recommended that we travel into Memphis, TN, and go to a larger Ford Dealership, and we did.Upon arrival at the AutoNation Ford in Memphis, TN, the service rep., Mr. Kyle Flynn, and the service technician, Mr. Carl Harris, assessed our situation and immediately informed us of their findings, and made their professional recommendations. Since it was late evening and the shop was about to close, Mr. Flynn suggested that we return early the following morning, and so we did. Upon arrival, Mr. Flynn and Mr. Harris were present and took the vehicle immediately. Mr. Harris worked diligently and expeditiously repaired our automobile. We later traveled over 3,000 miles, and everything worked perfectly well. We stayed comfortable the entire trip. Kudos to Mr. Carl Harris and Mr. Kyle Flynn, for making it all possible. We highly commend Mr. Kyle Flynn and Mr. Carl Harris, for a Job Well Done, and for exhibiting such Outstanding Display of True Professionalism. Both Gentlemen went out of the way to assist us. We highly recommend that both gentlemen get awarded for such Exemplary Performance. Thanks to both Outstanding Gentlemen and Our Universal Creator will continuously Anoint them and their entire family exceedingly. Thanks Gentlemen
I checked into the service department today after being told by auto zone that I needed an alternator. Garvin was so awesome! Had my battery replaced and repaired a recall while I waited. Service Department Rocks! I will be returning and recommending to all my friends. My day went from bad to wonderful! Thank you AutoNation Ford Mt Moriah!
