First few visits were great! I was astounded by the service and professionalism. But now I am not so much I waited a month and a half on an appointment and my vehicle is currently there and been there almost a month and a half and it has not been touched to my knowledge. I keep getting told they are short on technicians.Will re think purchasing another Audi unless I move where there are more places to get serviced.

I normally only give mostly good reviews but this has taken the cake here. My oil leak journey started June 18th 2021. When I dropped off my 2011 Audi Q7 TDI. 67 days later I got it back within 48 hours it started to leak oil more than it did before. So from the middle of June to Aug. they could not fix it and test it to ensure it was fixed. At the beginning of September I returned it the there shop and they said it was a second part that was leaking. We got it back Friday October 1,2021 almost 30 days later. At first it wouldn’t leave the parking lot because the shop “forgot” to plug something in and it had no power and was missing. They got it running ok. The final straw was tonight 24 hours after getting it back and driving it twice it is now leaking once more. Audi of USA has Been following my issues with Audi of Memphis they will be contacted by me on Monday. I never want to take my SUV there again. I will likely be driving it over four hours away to go to a different Audi location. If not I will be trading it in because obviously Audi of Memphis can not be trusted to do any repair work on my Audi. Lastly this a not a thing to do with covid if you can’t meet the mark due to covid tell your customers up front when they drop the car or suv off, I could have personally done a engine overall twice on my car in the time you all have had my SUV.

Hard to give a good review, when you cannot even get ahold of the service department after trying for an hour. Also attempted to schedule an appointment online, however it won’t like you select a date. So in order to schedule service you have to drive all the way to the dealership. Sorry Audi you can do better.

9/8/21- Updating my review. My A7 is now running great after the third repair. Audi had the car towed and worked on it for about 4 days. Ive had the vehicle in my possession for one week now and no issues anymore with engine etc. Thanks for the service and rectifying the issue Audi. I also appreciate the service advisor/service manager for their personal attention to the matter.-Michael

My vehicle has been in the shop here for an AC issue for over 10 weeks. There’s zero communication from the SA or the SM. Each time I did reach out to call, it would be ready in 2-3 days only to not hear anything back. If the car isn’t repairable, or if there are mitigating factors, at least let me know so I can legally move on (since this car was purchased with 29k miles on 3/27). The only reason I didn’t give a 1 is because at least they put me in a rental.

They sold me 4 defective tires that could have cost me my life! The very next day the tire symbol came on. One tire had a hole on the inside that you could feel like a gaping hole. I paid $1,500 for. I only took it for a service and they told me I needed tires. I consider this elder abuse because of my age. I want my money back and my original tires. I am not ready to die because of rotten tires. I cant get my medications because I have no transportation. Help Me Please!

BEWARE, they may tell you about a repair you need, WHEN YOU DON’T NEED IT. Took my car A4 for yearly prepaid service and was told I need a new tire. I believed them because I hit a curb a few days earlier. I told them to replace the tire. I get a call back an hour later, and service rep says now I need an alignment that will cost $450.00. He said if I don’t get an alignment the tire won’t last long. I felt he was trying to get more money out of me so I said no. Alignments in Memphis are usually $100.00. When I drove the car home I felt no pulling to one side at all. Took it to an honest tire shop and was told my alignment is fine.

I would give them 10 stars if that option was available. Excellent customer service all around. From the awesome, very attentive salesman Ricky who went out of his way to ensure I got just what I wanted, the finance guy Brian who was very professional and friendly throughout the process and the GM Chip’s overall reassurance of any future needs and support. This was absolutely my best car buying experience ever!! The process was very simple, straightforward with minimal paperwork. I will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a great Audi vehicle along with a superb buying experience!!

I had my audi towed in to this dealership on Aug 23 of 2021. My service rep told me that their team was short handed due to COVID -19. And he would give me a call back within the week to update me on when they would have my vehicle ready for pickup. Since that date even though I have contacted the dealership on several occasions only to hear “the dog ate my homework” type of excuses . Here it is the 28th day of Sept he has yet to call me with an update. I understand that the pandemic has been a strain on all businesses. The unprofessionalism is unrealistic at this point. If I had known better I would’ve never had my car towed in. I would have found a capable German car mechanic . If I didn’t need my car I wouldn’t have bought it. Sad, worried customer.

Horrible service and experience. Wish there was more than one audi dealer in memphis. Had my car serviced here three times for the same issue and guess what? STILL NOT FIXED! They will give you the run around about repairs until you finally go somewhere else. Billed my warranty for something I’m not even sure they actually did. Fraudulent and shady. Will never do business here again. They want to drain your pockets first and if they can’t do that then you’re seen as second class. Also, they never have courtesy cars available but I’m pretty sure for “other people” they do. I’m filing a bbb complaint asap. Also they are short staffed and are skimping on parts. Beware.

We had a 10 a.m. appt that we got a month in advance. We live 70 miles away. After running errands we were told they didnt very to it until 3. We just wanted a warning light checked and turned off. 12 days later we got our car back. The light came back on the next day! Not happy to say the least🤬

The sales experience was best Ive ever had. The sales process was quick for a car purchase and most of it was made over the phone before I ever went to the dealership. The sales people I dealt with were fast, efficient, friendly and welcome to questions, concerns and making sure you felt comfortable while waiting. Surprisingly, the Sales Manager met with me and was friendly. The Finance Manager was fast, clearly explained everything and helpful with questions about the deal and options to add to the purchase and accessories that could be added to the vehicle.

We made an appointment to re-calibrate sensors for our Audi Q5 after a minor collision repaired by Collision Craft. The appointment was on 6/29 Tuesday. We were expecting to get it back in a couple of days. But we called on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to check the status. Out of our surprise, the work has not yet started as of now (7/3, Saturday morning).

Awesome Out of State buying experience. We had shopped pre-owned vs new both locally and around the country. We had a specific desire for a Mythos Black beige interior A6 quattro with drivers assist and a few other upgrades. After weeks of searching we found we could compromise or pick the best configured car located only at Gossett Audi in Memphis (they had 2 identically perfect 2017 A6s). I read all the online reviews and felt very confident that this was a solid dealership. My initial contact led me to Sameer (Awesome Salesman) that was quick to get me the details on the VIN I found with an online search. He provided me the extra pictures I asked for and followed up with the detailed pricing faster than I expected (in minutes not hours). The deal was great and everything worked out as expected. I told him we have a deal and the car was sold. Dustin (Awesome Sales Manager) came in to confirm the numbers and ensure all the details were set. Dustin was responsible for ordering the car and definitely understands what customers are looking for in an Audi. He specd out this car and is the reason we came to Gossett Audi. Dustin turned over the shipping to Sameer who estimated $600 to ship to our house in Tampa. They ended up working out a suprise delivery for me on Valentines day via an enclosed trailer for $400. Thats a pretty awesome Valentines day and one we wont forget! The car was in perfect condition and Sameer offered his help getting used to the car via facetime so the personal touch will be on our time (thank you Sameer). Alan was the workhorse behind the financing and fedexed all the docs overnight and made all the paperwork easy. He was a pleasure to talk and work with throughout. Yes, we bought this car without ever stepping foot on the lot and I would do it again however we did test drive several A6 & A7s first in addition to several other brands. This is a fantastic dealership that I will visit someday. In the future, when we are ready to buy our next Audi, I will check here first. If I can make it to Memphis for some BBQ Ill give yall a call!

We were leaving Memphis for a 13 hour ride home, when the blower for our 2009 Q7’s air conditioner died. We called the service department at Audi of Memphis. Great customer service at this location. I came in for couple minor things that was completely covered by my warranty. I was placed in a loaner 2020 Q3 for a week until my 2018 Q3 was repaired since parts had to be ordered. The process was well managed and my SUV was cleaned to my satisfaction. For a luxury car dealer, they werent overly helpful. Generally the service dept is the face of the dealership and make you want to buy a car from there, knowing your vehicle will be in great hands. Id definitely not buy an Audi from here based on this mornings experience.**Edited to comment the service manager was concerned about my initial 3 star review and truly wanted to understand my experience so it didnt happen again. His follow through was appreciated and gives me hope for future positive experiences there.

Max Foote is a stand up guy. I called a week out to get a part, drove 2 hrs to get it and it was misplaced. He sent me the part by FedEx for free, no charge for the part either. He owned it. Had an issue with the front passenger door on our 18 Q7. Brought it to the service department at Audi Memphis to get corrected. The service advisor and the technician working on the vehicle spoke with me about the issue. This was an issue they had not experienced before and did not have an immediate fix. The issue was a small nuisance, so at that time I decided to live with it and went about my way.A few days later the service advisor texted me to let me know that the service manager would like to take a look at the issue at my convenience. We scheduled an appointed and I met with the service manager and the service advisor a couple of days later. The service manager thanked me for giving them another chance to correct the issue. After looking into the problem the service manager decided that the door latch was malfunctioning and needed replaced. He asked me if I could bring the vehicle back (the latch had to be ordered) at a day and time convenient to me, and that they would have a courtesy vehicle waiting for me. To bring this home - the issue was corrected.For the Memphis Audi dealership to take enough interest in satisfying my service request that they contacted me, without me waving a flag that the issue was not corrected, shows outstanding customer service.In the past 15 years or so (before purchasing the 18 Q7) I have owned 4 different Range Rovers, and although they required servicing much more than they should have, I did not receive the level of customer service I have gotten with Audi. Plus, so far the Q7 has proven to be a superior vehicle.Again, thanks for the TOP SHELF service - the way to take care of business.

We were very pleased with our Audi Memphis purchase on a new Q7. Your personnel, from the Sales Manager to the Service Manager were extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. I have purchased two A6s and two Q7s from Audi Memphis and was always pleased with the results, except for one sales person in 2008 that is no longer with your dealership. He has left your employ since that time but was rude and very non-responsive to our needs. We purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350 instead . I would like to commend all of your personnel involved with our new 2018 Audi Q7. Thank you.

I have to say thank you to Jeff Massey in Audi Service . I do window tint for Memphis Mobile Tint & I broke a mirror cover on a A6 . Well I order the cover from the parts department and walked over to service and asked how much to install this . I was shocked when he said its no problem . ill do it for free ! So I took his card and the cover to my client and true to his word he put it in and its not east ! Actually my entire experience from Parts to Service was excellent . Dropped the Whip off for its 15,000 mile service. 15,670 in 10 months. Driving it! Audi Memphis takes great care of me. Very professional. Attention to detail. Awesome folks. But I do think they are trying to up sell me with this loaner (Q5). Not going to happen. Loving my Q3.Next day, glad to be Back In Black. Jon and the guys at Audi Memphis Gossett took great care of me. Audi Care and the Audi Care Maintenance Plan are very nice. Treated like a king. I recently had my 15K maintenance on my 2016 A6. Jeff was friendly and got my appointment started. I was able to get a loaner Q3 so I did not have to wait. I dont remember the gentlemans name who assisted with the loaner paperwork, but he was nice as well. My appointment took a little longer than I had planned, but it allowed for extra time shopping.I have never had a problem with the service department. Earlier this summer, I called and spoke with Jeff regarding putting my college tag on the front of the car and they did it. Thanks guys in the service department!

Dropped my Audi off for a recall and to have the left headlight fixed, which wasn’t working properly for the second time in 2 years. They took over half an hour to get me a ride to work, the light was $700 for an electrical issue and when I came to pick up the car after work it wasn’t ready.

My friend borrowed my Audi for a trip from Springfield, Missouri to Atlanta, Georgia. About 3 hours in, my car started to overheat. My friend decided to refill the coolant and keep going. They got another hour or two down the road and it was leaking to the point of being almost empty again. So, they decided to stop at the nearest Audi dealership which happened to be Memphis Audi. They got them in immediately, fixed it enough to get them to and from Atlanta for FREE!!! Cannot say THANK YOU enough!!! There are still good people in the world...they work at Audi!!

Originally submitted an online service request for 20,000 mile check. I heard nothing for two weeks. Resubmitted another online request, heard nothing again, took a screenshot and emailed the GM. Heard nothing again, called and left VM for GM and Service Center. Finally got a returned call from the Service Center but they couldnt get my vehicle in for 3 weeks. That was somewhat understandable since there were several corrective issues with 2018 Q5s. However, in speaking with the Service Consultant, I was informed to not use the online scheduler and to call the Memphis Service Center. Get with the program, Audi is a luxury car and should have a functioning online service scheduler (Principle Toyota has one that works great for my wifes car). After all this, I received a call from the Service Center less than 48 hours before my appointment telling me they needed to reschedule due to being short-staffed. Fortunately, they were able to reschedule within a few days. Perhaps Ive just had really bad luck with the dealership but it has been extremely frustrating to say the least.However, Im inclined to think this is the norm with Audi Memphis - the Brand Specialist Id originally interacted with never returned my email after wed spoken on the phone and I emailed him the specs I was looking for in a 2018 Q5. A few days went by, and almost like what now seems like foreshadowing of my future interactions with this dealership, I heard nothing. After sending the same email to some other dealerships, I received several responses and had purchased my vehicle within two weeks.

A loaner car was at my disposal and ready for me when I arrived. I was able to get back to work in less than 10mins.
