Well it just opened so cant really say I have a really solid opinion yet went with my gf only getting 4 items guys could find something here to but its still more for women. They seem well stocked (WELL STOCKED) so I dont think itd be hard finding anything for a women. But I always believe the best choice depends on people. They seem nice enough n professional so for a strong bade opinion Id say more visits required. Hopefully everyone who visits gets a good to great experience 👌😉

I love going here. Its reasonable employees are friendly. I cant say if they are following me. Maybe they know me and I spend a lot and I dont steal.Maybe thats why they follow some of you around . You walking around the store with stuff in your hands and walk out with nothing. And you one size and when you walk out you bigger then you really are. So dont get mad at the employees get over it.

My daughter whose 11 wanted to learn how to braid hair and do different styles. I took her there to buy a mannequin heaf. We were very happy with price and young lady that helped us was very helpful as well.. And the price was reasonable.

There is a lot to choose from. Staff was willing to help you find what you need. Good experience

They will have their employees follow and watch you!While they do have a large selection at affordable prices, a black person really can’t take the time to really spend money and shop because they are being watched and followed.I will not shop here again. I’d rather spend double elsewhere.

Its has a huge variety of products and wigs and weaves

Staff did not know answers to questions. Item that was supposed to be 30% off but wasnt. Cashier said it was already 30% when it wasnt. It was the same price as it was when I bought it weeks before and it wasnt 30% off; it had 2 seperate price tags on it back then as well.

Customer service awful!

I am basing my review on the customer service over the phone and from when I arrived at the store. I called 3 different hair stores for a particular brand of hair for clip-ins. Neither store had the brand or sold it anymore. I called this store, and a young lady by the name of Areli answered, and she was extremely friendly. She also assisted me when I got to the store. The store did not have what I was looking for, but she took enough time to recommend what they had that was similar to what I needed which none of the other hair stores did. I appreciated her making the recommendation due to I was in dire need of what I wanted. I like stores with employees with that type of customer service and knows how to at least help you find something close to what you need. Sometimes going the extra mile can bring sales. I will be going back in the future. Will update my review if my store experience changes the next time I come.

Dont appreciate not being able to get a refund, while still in the store. Made an exchange for a different brand of hair. A $50 difference.

The hair care products and accessories arent the problem. Its the workers and owners who are watching certain people. Thats the problem. Everybody arent thieves. You have security cameras. Let your cameras do their job. Treat your customers with respect regardless of nationality.

I always find exactly what Im looking for and I change hairstyles often. I like that someone gives you a warm greeting when you walk in. Kendra is fantastic! Shes always so kind and patient! Love this shop!

I dont like going to any beauty supply stores because they are always watching you from every angle. I went with a friend. I dont frequent them at all. I rather buy out of sight and out of mind than deal with the scrutiny of store owners thinking every person who walks through the door is going to commit a robbery. Again this is my experience and view. Thanks for reading!!

I will never do business here again you purchase something wrong not hair but a sealed hair product you cannot take it back or exchange it. I understand doing that with hair itself but a sealed container. Its amazing we need more beauty supplies owned by us because this is ridiculous. I recommend to no one.

There a lady that work there she is very gifted cutting and trimming wigs, and piercing ears, doing eyebrows. Knows about products and where to fine it.she is simply the best.and I hope you pay her accordingly. Cause she worth her weight in gold and then some.

Well first off they watch you while youre walking around the store...could do better on there Ill merchandise

Its doesnt make sense for the workers to follow me around the store while I was shopping. Then the young lady had the nerve to look at her watch as if she waiting until I finish shopping. I put their merchandise down and walked out the store. I will not shop there anymore, because everyone is not criminals and shouldnt have to be treated like one.

The people running the place need to tell the cashier about her attitude problem cause its a rude and nasty one and she smell funny
