I visited Beauty Xpress- Greenwood today. I purchased one item that was supposed to be $5.39. When I got to the counter, the store clerk informed me the price was over two dollars more. When I inquired about the difference in price, she informed me that was the new price. She said they had to put new labels under the products. She said they had been busy “ people keep coming in”, “ they had no time to do the labels.” Confused by her response, I asked was she going to honor the price listed under the product. She said she couldn’t do that. I shop at this store often but I do not know if I’ll return. I do not like shopping at stores with mystery prices. I will be sharing my experience with their district personnel. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

The store was very clean, welcoming, and the staff was very pleasant it even had a product that I was looking for somewhere else. I will be shopping there again, thanks for the great experience.

No one help you. The prices on the wigs its the price. They took the price off of wigs so they can jack up the price at the cash register.. Do right by your customers. I wish I can give you no star.

This is the only beauty supply store in Memphis that I will go to. This location is my favorite! Im a wigologist so I frequent this place at least three times per month. Wigs are nicely priced and very affordable but its the entire atmosphere that keeps me coming back. The staff are all excellent! They dont crowd you but they is always someone right there to assist you if you need help. I love the fact that they make it a point to speak to you when you enter their establishment. A big plus for me is that everyone always have a positive attitude even the security guards are always nice and friendly.

I found everything that I was looking for I had been looking all over for me a real nice wig I found one very big place nice and clean ladys if youre looking for a nice wig this is the place to go just be ready you may have to wait in a line. But its worth it I promise you will get something I will be going back. 👌🏾

The store is so bright and inviting. I had been searching for someone willing to do my hair. My daughter suggested we stop in to Beauty and Co. I found there is a full-service salon. The stylist there was very patient with me. I had very little knowledge of hair since I have been semi-bald for over 20 years. She transformed me. I also like that she stayed focus on getting her customers serviced and out in a timely manner.

I’m bought a set of hair clippers but could not return them even though I have not opened the box. Really why are you all trying to use COVID to not do a refund. I have never had a problem ever at this store until I tried to make a return. I will not be shopping at Beauty & Company anymore.

Highly disappointed! I saw tv advertising about this business. So, I decided to try it out. My first impression of this business is to NOT go back and to NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE else to beauty and company. Customer service (manager) was awful and the ppl that work in this business had the worst attitude. I was the only customer in the store at the time, early morning, approximately 9:30ish. The associate couldn’t me help find absolutely nothing. While walking ahead of me in hopes she can find what I’m looking for, she then whispers and make faces to another associate while back turned to me, but I saw it. After all this foolishness, I decided to just get a couple of items instead of what I actually came in the store to get. She knew well how to work the register. When completed ckng me out, she hands me the bag and says, “here, here ya go”. Customer service is huge to me. I called back to speak to manager because those vibes from that lady was horrible to me. While trying to explain why I wouldn’t come back or recommend anyone else, he started talking to someone else, in the midst of my conversation. Terrible experience for a new customer

No good deals there anymore

You cant even return something that you didnt even open !! You shouldnt use covid-19 as an excuse, also the lady at the cash register cheated me out of lots of money, she scanned more items that what was put on the counter, she also picked over my items, never will I shop here again !!

They have gotten sloppy with customer service and the ppl they are hiring have terrible attitudes. Specifically a younger red skinned girl with short black hair, she loves to jokes and play with her coworkers and play with the wigs in between her customers resulting in a long wait time in the checkout lane. I was livid friday after being in line atleast 30mins and I still walked out with nothing due to her having system issues.

They never have lashes. Was told to go across the street for some to another beauty supply 3 times over 2 months. The other beauty supply store offered the same services and CHEAPER!!!! Really sad no inventory ever beautiful inside.

I love this store but I gave it a 4 stars because they have hired some new people since I last visit. I showed a worker a pic of the hair I was looking for and she told me they didnt have it, so I started looking for something different and came across the hair that I was originally looking for. Before then other workers just kept walking past me without offering help, so I took my business elsewhere. Although I will still shop at this location just during the day with the people who have good customer service.

I used to LOVE this store. I mean there was nothing bad you could tell me about Baha and staff. They were polite and provided exceptional customer service. That all changed after they hosted a mass job fair a while back. I hate to say it but after that the customer service plummeted. Some months ago I purchased an outre wig. This was a wig that Id purchased multiple times before, both online and in-store. So I was very familiar with this particular wig. When I got home and installed it I immediately knew something was wrong. There was a sharp stabbing pain my scalp. After taking it off and examining it, I found a sharp feather. I tried to reach out to tell them about my experience but I got the complete run around. When I finally did speak to a manager he/she (voice was feminine but sounded like a male, so Im not sure because I was not provided with a name.) was beyond rude and tried to make it seem like I was trying to be deceptive. I told him/her that I wasnt looking for a refund. I would be happy to just swap it out for a new wig. He/she proceeded to hang up in my face....and from that point I was DONE with beauty and company. I refuse to be treated poorly when Im spending MY money.

I had a ball there. They had everything from wigs, hairs beauty supplies and make up. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I even got my face made up before I brought the the makeup to be sure it was right for me. I would like to thank everyone there and a special thank you to the manger.

The store had many great deals. However,1. I went there to get my lashes done and after a couple days they were coming off. Typically when my lady does them they last two to four weeks.2. I paid to get a wig plucked and they didn’t pluck much from the wig. It still looked the same. A worker even agreed that it wasn’t plucked right. After voicing my concern, they still didn’t fix it or refund my money.3. I’ve went into the store a few times and workers have been more caught up in their own conversations versus helping me, even after asking questions.4. I bought bundles and a wig there and the quality was very poor.Moral is you get what you pay for

They have great advertisements but those bundles are the lowest quality ever. Theyre selling trash and playing it off likes its high quality hair. Im a licensed beautician and know how to maintain hair but this hair is unmanageable. Dont waste your money. 20 year licensed beautician

The prices are good and they have great sales and giveaways. I only heard good things about them until I started bragging and I started to hear bad news. I purchased an 18 wig from here and when I took it out it looked like a 14 wig. I tried to return it and I had to go through an entourage just for me to speak to a manager/owner, whoever. He was not trying to let me exchange it at least which is weird because I know theyll do exchanges and not refunds. After negotiating he let me get my 18 wig and it was lovely...for about 1 week. Mind you I paid $125 for this wig and it tangled up after 1 week. I thought washing it was going to make it better but once I washed it, it was intangible. I recommend buying basic products from this store but NOT WEAVE

Its ok,because they have so many good hair products,and other things that You need,but the help is so pitiful,thats because You have to find someone that works in there to help You out,then once they start helping You,they might say wait just a minute,Ill be right back,then after awhile You have to go looking for them,and they will pass right on by You,and pretend like they dont even see You,or forgot that they were helping You out,that is so sad,and its all the time I go in there.

The prices are cheaper than any other beauty supply ive been to. Also they have a big section of bows and i love bows especially their bows. Another thing is as soon as you walk in the door there is a big balloon arch, and the balloon colors are changed offten. Lastly they have great service.

I did like the service.... But its only been 2 days since i got my individual lashes done and All my lashes on my right eye has fell off.... I just dont understand. I do not advise any one to go there and get lashes done. From my understanding lashes should last for 2 weeks up to 4 weeks...NOT 2 DAYS!!!!!👎👎👎

I found a product (Eco Natural) that has saltiva cannibas oil in it & Ill never use another product to control frizz. Ive never found a leave in conditioner that works so well on my hair.
