Very disappointed was just there with my client sat July 28 to buy some hair.some lil black with red hair was very rude. She was trying to force my client to buy bundles she kept trying to make us feel less than for buying a cheaper brand. I’m mad cause the bundles she was trying to get my client to purchase was 3 bundles for 29.99 which was only a dollar more than hair we were trying to purchase. I explained to her we didn’t want the hair. She went in about how we weren’t buying real hair. I told her ik it wasn’t real and she continued to rant on about the bundles to my client I told her look that’s the look we’re going for it’s not the color my client want she continued to say we can die the hair with a rinse I told her we not trying to do all of that and we weren’t taking risk she blurts out I do hair ik what I’m talking about and I said well I have my license in certified I know what I’m talking about as well just ring up the hair that we asked for. As I’m leaving she’s promoting herself to the next costumer talking about no get that hair I do dress ik what I’m talking about.my things is this let me shop in peace I told from the beginning we didn’t need your help. Why are you there trying to promote yourself when your supposed to be working. Third why are you arguing with me. Fourth you have a bad weave job in with cheap weave yourself and your leave out isn’t even blended work on you first.

I really give them zero stars! Very rude employees with unprofessional attitudes. A business can suffer when the employees are foolish. TNT owner your employee Jessica at the Riverdale location gives your business a very bad reputation.

I will never shop at this beauty outlet Again .They have very rude and unconcern employees that work their..Not helpful at all..They have old wigs that they display on the back table.The wigs are dry, matted and they shed a lot.My mistake was when I brought two wigs on sale got them home tried one on, hair started shedding as soon as I ran my fingers throughout the wig.So I took them back to the store.They said no refunds or exchange what a rip-off you sale customers rotten wigs.Well you just lost this customer..
