I went in looking for gel polish and top coat. I found polish, but no top coat. So, I didnt buy anything. However, the sales associates were really nice and helpful.

I went to the store prior to closing time, but was told they already closed and had the door locked.

I was sent to Sallys for a wig, and they dont carry them.

I walked in asking for help, she did help and gave me different methods to try. I told her what I had done before and said I would try it one last time and then try her methods. They could’ve at least waited for me to leave to talk about me. Very rude to be talking out loud about one of the customers who are STILL shopping. I work retail and I don’t do that because I wouldn’t like it to be done to me. So rude.

Must be crazy. Thinking Ill buy my products, then charge me for a sack to put it in, miss me with that _ _ _ _ .NEVER GO BACK IN THERE AGAIN.

Even tho I have a legitimate medical exemption for not wearing a mask, and have been in the shop several times since covid began, I was told I couldnt come in and they wouldnt serve me.

The store personel were super helpful and nice. The item I was looking for was an uncommon hair product but they had it and helped me understand how to use the product. I am not a licensed hair dresser so the extra help was greatly appreciated. The store is well stocked but not junky. Easy access location! By the way, they were the 2nd beauty supply store I went to trying to find what I needed.

Literally the worst curbside service I have ever received. The young girl was confused and had a horrible attitude. The only reason I’m not giving it one star was because of the manager.

Might or might not greet you. Might or might not check you out. Who knows. Customer service isnt Memphis strong point. But the store is fairly clean.

It depends on who is in the store or what mood theyre in if you get any help! But never had too bad of an experience
