The store owners was a nice older man. He gave me tons of goodies. It’s not my first time there, but i do like going every time. One of my most favorite beauty stores to go to when I’m in Memphis. They don’t treat customers like this anymore !

My favorite beauty supply store in Memphis. I moved out of the area but still stop by as often as I can when I need something. Service is great. They ever helped me figure out why my purse kept going off. The umbrella service is a wonderful gesture.

I dont care for being watched while I shop. Everyone doesnt steal. But they have a great selection of items.

The owners are nice. They have a wide array of products. I like that their product line cater more to minority groups. Its like one stop shop when you think of hair needs. The prices are reasonable. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of five is because their hair pieces are more tailored towards the younger generation with all of the exotic colors and lengths. Verses people like me who are middle aged with careers need more selections in earth tones.

Terrible customer service. They often inflate their prices so you never know what to expect shopping here. There was a customer ahead of me who was incorrectly charged & the cashier refused to reimburse her. That is completely unacceptable especially since it was an error on their part. I will not be shopping here again. they honestly deserve zero stars

After driving around for two and a half hours going to 10 different beauty supply houses in Memphis Mississippi surrounding area I finally found the product at this store and I got all that they had on the shelf.

They have funny employees and good customer service. I loved going to this Beauty Supply. Their hair products are very affordable. I would really prefer people to go to this store.
