Keisha at Sephora inside of JCPenny was super nice and helpful

Although a small store inside JCP it really packs a big punch of lovely goodies!!! They have FENTY BEAUTY PRODUCTS BY RHIANNA!!! They have so many great beauty products!!! There’s really so much to love ❤️

I went there for an in-store pickup of an online order it took about 5 to 10 minutes and I was out the door. I ordered pants not cosmetics!

My son gave me birthday gift card from pennys. Went to sephora pennys on Winchester. Very nice lady Sandra helped me with choices of makeup. She took time with me to get right colors and blends. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. Now will only go to this sephora. Use to go to wolfchase but stopped several years ago as, (manager) there very rude,gave me incorrect info and had me buy more than I needed. Example a lipstick she suggested,which I liked and needed to be sharpened so went back and ask how worked,told me I had to buy a sharpener,more money. After that I kept working with it..IT HAD A BUILT IN SHARPENOR!! VERY RUDE. So I will only see SANDRA (WINCHESTER RD). She explained everything and such a great technique in her selling. She was very patient&kind. She needs a Ten rating.

I am using my Fiances account to post this review, so please disregard the name. I had visited 4 different sephora stores. Tupelo, Collierville, Germantown, and finally this Memphis location. I was in search of a perfect nude based on my skin tone, and required the help of an associate. Out of 4 stores, Memphis is the ONLY store that offered me any type of help, instead of pointing me to the display with a 100 different nude lipsticks. I felt like I had swatched at least 50 shades, none of which I liked. When I visited this location, I asked Carissa for her help, and it was my perfect color the first try! She found the nude that absolutely perfectly complimented my skin tone, and even matched me with a perfect lip liner!!! She also gave me 2 loose powder samples, which the tupelo worker told me was impossible? Carissa is the nicest sephora employee I have ever encountered. I live in New Albany, MS. I am 1 1/2 from this specific location, and will continue to make the long drive just because of her exceptional customer service skills. I lost my original receipt from my first trip, so a week later I drove all the way back just to buy something else so I could get a receipt to compliment her with! A++ employee!!!

Do not shop at this location. Today, I went there to return two items I purchased on two separate days from the one in Collierville with receipts for both items. The return was declined. I bought one item two weeks ago and the other one three days ago. The associate who was doing the return asked another associate and she asked if I returned the items before and I told her no. She never looked at the receipts, but she said she would call an LOD. The LOD or manager then over and basically told me it was declined because I had probably returned it too many times. She also never looked at either of the receipts. The receipts were not return receipts but only purchases. I called the return center and they told me that my driver’s license number had been entered wrong when they were processing the return and that was probably the reason it declined. The manager’s name was Carey. I asked her for her last name and she refused to give it to me. I called the JCP headquarters as well as the Sephora headquarters. I spend a lot of money at Sephora and this experience completely ruined it for me. It was a JCPenney manager.

Avoid this Sephora at all costs. I’d rather drive out to the one in Southaven even though this one is closer to me. Workers are incredibly rude, and then get pissed when you’re browsing through drawers products because they were too busy ignoring you in the first place to help. One of the girls is always mean to me for no reason. Would give no stars if possible.
