When I entered I went straight to one of the floor people, told her what I was looking for them I ask for her help . 🆘 She proceed to take me to the area of what I was looking for was, she then disappeared. I tried my, husband trued, I went to ask for help she is what I got, she touched a few boxes while telling me that what was on the shelf was what they had, and she disappeared .on our way out we were ask if we found what we were looking for we responded no. last words from man behind desk or counter was thats crazy 😧😧 VERY Unprofessional I was disappointed ☹️☹️😞☹️😞

Crystal displayed a warm and professional attitude while assisting me with my needs. She was very knowledgeable of the products and sales throughout the store. I walked in there with my wife and was amazed. Place was big and well lit store, also had a lot of inventory to choose from. Was greeted when coming in and leaving the store. Apparently they have switched owners and the new management is amazing. Will shop again here and highly recommend others to shop here. They have decent prices on lacefront wigs & hair care items. They usually have a few really nice wigs on sale for only $20. They have a HUGE selection of weaves, hair for braiding & wigs to choose from. Store is neat & clean. Checkout is fast & efficient.

I hate dis place everybody is rude. If u cute or u feel u look better then them they will mess your hair up and by the way some of the lady who do hair will steal so please make sure u get your stuff back like hair glue, stocking cap left over lashes. These are very ghetto and will take because I quest don’t make enough many.

I have going to this beauty supply store for a couple years now. Getting my lashes done and purchasing wig. February 16 I went to this establishment and purchase lashes and paid to get them out on. That’s the only thing I brought. So I went out with the lashes on. When I walked out the store the detector beeped. The owner rush over and grabbed my purse and told me she’s has a right to check my purse. Never been in this predicament. She check my purse didn’t find anything. Then told me thank you. I was shock and embarrassed how she handle the situation. I will NEVER go back in there again!

You gave me life enter the store. My goodness, I spent more than 200.00 and seen all my money worth. Most of the items are on sale and some of them even buy one get one free!!! The store also has a security guy, so I feel safe shopping in the store. The security guy even knew where the products are and helped me find a chemical product I need!!! I have told all my friends so they can enjoy shopping at this amazing store. Love Love Love it. I wouldnt go to other stores for wigs or beauty supplies!

Ive been going to this place for years and I have yet to have a bad experience. They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products and about improving your hair. So they have given the best product selections. Everything I have bought from them actually worked like they told me it would. Great place to go!!

I just went in and brought some setting lotion and moisturizer lotion, for my hair I give them a four star because no one made you feel welcome nor asked if I needed any help, it took me longer to look and read the bottles trying to find good lotions for my hair, I ended up purchasing Lottabody setting lotions and African Pride moisturizer lotion I hope these are good choices.

A sweet lady name Alisha Johnson. Did my eye lashes she was very professional. And timely I didnt have a long wait. After I paid for my services she came right on and called my name. I LOVED the way she applied my lashes they looked very real and last a long time. If you want your lashes done go see her you want go any where else after seeing how ur lashes look.

Not sure of the service from the check out counter because I never made it to the check out. The young lady whom assisted me was very unprofessional in service and language. This was my 1st time going to try any hair weave and I informed her of that and asked for what I thought was the correct word and she said its over there. She pointed to an area where all the hair is located in the store. Then went on with a body gesture and poor language to say what do you want? She pointed to a package of black which I knew that would not work due to I have a shade of dark brown. I asked for someone else which has a little more experience, afterward the attitude came. She called another young lady whom was nice to help but I couldnt continue to shop due to she speaking aloud to other customers in the store regarding what I was looking for. I proceeded to the front counter to speak to a manager which she followed me to the counter. I explained that the young lady was rude then she went to say she wasnt a young lady. She was all in the conversation that I was trying to have with the Mgr. VERY POOR KNOWLEDGE & SERVICE.

When the only wig that is available is on display you get a 15 to 20% discount, this place don’t honor that, first place I’ve ever heard of that don’t. The discount is because the wig has been worn before people, bad business. I had money to spend as well. Cater to the customer always and girl begin the counter was snobby. Never going there again.
