Used to love this one when I lived in Memphis years ago. Small, but the staff was so gd stylish. They inspired me to up my game every day. The music was always bomb. They had a pretty good selection in spite of their size and you could find some really good stuff in the sales. By comparison, the Nashville one has nothing. And even the Knoxville one, which has 3 stories, isnt quite as good as this one somehow... I couldnt say why.

For any occasions 70 party if you dress modern or vintage this is the place for you

TERRIBLE customer service!! I purchased a pair of skates online and was not notified until AFTER I purchased them from the confirmation email that the skates would not be available until after June 16! So I spoke with someone from the chat line and they are very helpful! They even informed me that a different color of the skates would be available next week on May 11! Unfortunately they wasn’t able to put the purchase in for me so after speaking with them I went online and tried to purchase the green pair that would be available! I noticed that I did not receive an confirmation email but I received a notification from my card saying that was payment was made. So I reached out to someone through the chat room again to inform them about my issue. I was told someone would contact me within 24hr. No one had contacted me so I decided to contact them by phone. HERES WHAT ALMOST JUST MADE ME CRY! The lady I had the pleasure of speaking with was completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE from the moment we began talking. I am not sure if she hates her job or maybe had just finish speaking with a rude customer before but I never got rude with her. I tried my best to look over her rudeness because my goal was to just get my skates ordered even if it meant I needed to reorder & maybe use a different card or whatever needed to be done. I was prepared to even give them more money. That is just how bad I wanted the skates. But now the green pair are saying they will not be available until June 16 as well and to them it didn’t matter that I had tried to purchase it when they were available May 11. I even tried to compliment the lady & tell her to have a wonderful day and she just say “umhm you too” then disconnected the call. I’m not sure if their calls are recorded but if they are they will see that I had more professionalism than their own customer service staff and that is very sorry to say. My experience has been extremely unsuccessful and I feel I just had a whole runaround.

The cashier was extremely slow and didnt ring the items properly (overcharged). Low selection. On sale items are scarce and in disarray.

Just because I love them! They are pretty low stocked in store but online they are super loaded! Just ordered 6 pairs of shoes online!! Im now waiting on my last 2 pair!

The overall atmosphere was great but I had to vomit out the bad vibes later; everything was so expensive but I guess that is part of the appeal of the place. Really thought about giving it 4 starts

Urban outfitters is an expensive thrift store. What they charge for the lack of clothes they have makes no sense. Good vinyls though

UO is my favorite clothing store. The items I purchase are so versatile. They ALWAYS have the best items in their sale area.

Cute stuff. Doesnt carry enough large sizes and their ladies britches fall apart after 2 washes.

I went and took my Grandchildren..my Grandson who loves the store allows me to check out the retail and it has a nice atmosphere not crowded, nice merchandise one of a kind stuff. Go in and you will love it. I got a cute outfit 😊

Fun place to visit and shop. Very eclectic. Clearance items snd high end options available. Small parking lot, but there was one available spot when we pulled in and it seemed the turnover was good for parking.

Very trendy and popular, but like most of those places, if you are a size XL guy youll be hard pressed to find anything more than gifts for your skinny friends and some socks. Always good stocking stuffer type gifts in there. Parking can be a challenge. Shops next door tow on the regular so be careful!

Very neat clothing concepts! I love the 90s theme they currently have, and how fast they keep up with modern trends. They have many decorative items particularly great for dorms like picture frames, inflatable foods, and artsy posters. They have all the latest vinyl, and compact cameras even. Definitely worth checking out! Cons: very pricey, not too many clothing sizes to choose from.

Good location and funky range of unique clothes. However, a little bit too hipster inside. Would be ok if it was busy but was dead inside. I think the staff should lighten up and interact with the few customers they have instead of just talking to each other

Absolutely gorgeous and fashionable clothes, shoes, & so many accessories. There sale are unbeatable. This is by far one of my top 3 favorite stores in Memphis. The sales associates are always so friendly and helpful.

Some nice selections, if youre a teen or hipster. But the customer service is always terrible. Cashiers/sales associates cut up with each other behind the counter or around the store but act as if there are no customers in sight. And they are rude when ringing up hundreds of $$$ of clothes! Ive had very similar experiences each time Ive shopped there. I hear it from 20 somethings as well as mothers shopping for their kids. Learn something from a Chick Fil A, FedEx, etc...they ace customer service!

Wow! the WORST customer service experience of my life !! have my daughter in from japan, shopping the afternoon away, my daughter trying on clothes so i ask- do you have a restroom?- the dressing room guy tells me - no we dont have one. Strange -what do the employees do? - then we go to check out and i hear a woman ask the cashier - do you have a restroom? - so he calls someone and says you have to walk down the steps and they will let you in.why is that? suddenly a restroom ? because i am 58 and white? because they dont know the state law says its illegal to not provide access ? and i know because i own retail stores? because they discriminate on age? color? Trendy clothes, nice atmosphere, but the staff could be a bit more present. Sometimes forgot we werent in the store by ourselves and the dressing room assistant looked very unhappy.
