This is my favorite beauty supply store in the area. they have a great selection of products and the staff is helpful the only downside is a little pricy so I always spend way to much when I go.

Its really nice on the inside but the outside looks terrible its trash over flowing out the garbage and all over the ground it would be more appealing if the business had someone to clean up it felt really ghetto

Had items CLEARLY listed for one PRICE but wanted charge more. It wasnt about the money...but the PRINCIPAL! After it was it was pointed out to there attention the rodents tried to justify it of course...and then the hunchback went and changed the sign like it shouldve been in the FIRST place! I should have been sold the merchandise for what it was posted for but these clowns have ZERO INTEGRITY! I wouldnt spend a penny in there...EVER AGAIN!

I came here to browse and buy hair gel. Without failure, I come to these beauty supply stores and always feel as if Im being watched. I hate that feeling, but I never let it deter me from shopping where I want to shop...#1...because I have that right...and #2...I can afford it, or else I wouldnt have come. But the other issue, was the Under $5 Card Service Fee of .50. Granted, .50 is minuscule. However, there was no signage to make me privy to this info, nor did the cashier let me know he was charging me this. These convenience fees that are charged at places like this and corner convenient stores is outrageous. Maybe its because I dont know the underlying reason why they charge people that dont spend a certain amount of money, but it still seems like robbery. I feel like I was being convenient to them by even patronizing their establishment, because honestly I could have gone to Walmart or Target to get the same product without a fee. It may have cost more at these places, but at least I wouldnt worry about these suspect and seemingly illegal fees. If they had just told me, I probably still would have allowed it or even purchased something small to make my total above $5, but they didnt. Im avoiding this place from now on for being deceptive and honestly, biased. Do better, for ALL.

Nice staff. Huge selection of products. Prices are fair, some other places have lower prices. They had exactly what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised that the item I purchased was on sale. There were no sale signs hanging.

This beauty supply has everything you are looking for. I got a great deal on braid hair. The employees were very helpful. They have brands that other stores dont carry. Its my favorite beauty supply.

My favorite beauty supply store. The cashier at the front is always nice and welcomes me each time I come in. Even though this is a beauty supply store, this is the place go to for most of my tops. I like plain solid color tops, and they have the material that I like. Their joggers are pretty cool too. They fit just the way I like.As far as the selection of hair care products, it’s pretty cool too. There is a lot to choose from. I’m a natural girl, so I tend to shop for my spray bottles, wide tooth coms, shea butter, and Shea Moisture products here. If I ever want to switch over to extensions, I will definitely check out what they have. Another plus is that this location opens up earlier than most beauty supply stores in my area. I love this store!

This store is filled with people who do not care about customer they sold my mom some hair that said it was 20 in but it was really 19in & the other pack was 24 inches & they didnt offer to give half price on another pack or anything. They barely know how to speak English so they had a black girl come up & try to mediate but it was still unsuccessful. I need to see their visas cause something not right

Have amazing wigs on sale starting from 19.99 n up. I go here all the time when I dont have the time to sit n get my hair done and grab a quick sporty wig😉. Even have the croshet hair on sale as well too so if your a female whos ALWAYS on the run then heres a great place for u to go get ur wigs, nice fits and hair products while its on sale😊

Ghetto rude girls! You walk in the store & they just stare at you like they crazy. Say how are you doing or something. No customer service at all. I asked on of the girls that worked their where can I find some edge control. She pointed to the aisle and quickly engaged back into a conversation with some dude. FYI the store is huge and they have numerous of products on one aisle, so I still ended up finding it on my own.

Best beauty supply ever!!! They ladies are always so helpful. I come in not sure about a hair style. I leave with my hair, clothes and makeup on point!!! This is the only beauty supply I shop at!

The TJ on hickory hill has great service but the store they have on Shelby Rd. Customer services is horrible. I recommend shopping else where. Because they work at each location because they are owned by the same people. I purchased a wig that looked fine in the pack I sprayed the hair and brushed it to put it on my mannequin. The part looked like an open L part but with the hair covering it. This man told me I did this by brushing the hair. Then told me I cut it with a razor but the edges or not clean but raggy like it cracked. Then he went on to tell me $100 hair doesnt do that. Its not like I paid $1 I paid $30. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Tjs is the ABSOLUTE BEST! it encompasses great customer service and great products. The store is always clean, the ladies are always nice! The manager MS. Jenny is pleasant and the store prices are very reasonable. Also, the ladies do a fantastic job on lashes and brows. If you shop beauty in east Memphis, PLEASE VISIT TJS. You will not be disappointed.

While like ALL these places in the middle of Black neighborhoods, they keep an eye on ya, but more so by assisting you with your every need which was fine by me. I hadnt not been there in years but I will go in the future.

I bought Unprocess human hair wig the wig is terrible it wont keep a curl the pple are friendly but the hair is terrible I wont to get my money back but its ok. I asked them About the hair. She said it was great but its not so great Im upset about it.
