So Ieft the previous Beauty Supply and I’m glad I did!! Went to C&C, met an AWESOME young lady named Nikki, and when I tell you she is the Real MVP here me what I say. I explained to her what I was seeking she directed me and came with me for the assist! Nikki definitely put me in the GAME!! Please give her a Raise!! One Happy Customer ❤️

C&c beauty supply store is a awful beauty supply store they have products thats been open where they are half filled and when you tell them about them they catch an attitude when they do not want to give you your money back or even give you a better product the employees are always hanging outside of the building talking to men is smoking weed I tried to give this company a chance but I dont know about youll but all you have to do is mess up with me one time and I will never come back again so please do not spend your money at this company

Customer service started off being helpful and then all of a sudden, I asked her to help me find a lighter color concealer than the one I already had, she became very rude and argumentative. I was looking for some makeup wipes and I asked the employee does the store have any, she replied “why!”. I responded, “because the store sells makeup and it would help the business”. She then became argumentative again. I personally, will not shop there again. I’ve never experienced rude customer service because I don’t give people a hard time but that employee was very disrespectful to me.

I have been coming to this location for years. I understand workers get irritated with the day but you are dealing with the public. The young lady was rude, she was yelling at the lady helping me. She was so loud I had to speak louder for the lady to hear me ask for prestretched braiding hair. The lady yelling was either Vietemese or Japanese not sure but i do know she was very rude. My entire braiding shop has stopped coming due to her customer service. This store has amazing young women working under the wrong management. Will not come back nor advise any of my clients to come here. CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE

This place had an item I couldnt find anywhere else in Frayser or Raleigh, which was great! Other than that, its your typical, crowded, run-of-the-mill beauty supply store.

Large supply of wigs and weave. Supply won’t be an issue but sometimes it’s too overwhelming and there isn’t always an associate to help.
