I had a great first experience here, and I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of pain! My only complaint is that I did not receive a first timers discount- I did not even know the first time was free until after I spoke with a friend who goes there! I purchased a 12 month package, and I think they did a great job. I just wish I had known about the first time discount- so make sure you ask!

Katie is great! She makes you feel so comfortable and have a good chat for the 15 min or so ordeal. I always have a great experience. The process here is clean/ easy with a cleansing wipe then a powder to make the waxing effective.

Yesterday was my first time getting waxed and I was extremely nervous. All the staff members were so friendly and fun. Olivia did my wax and she was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We had a whole conversation my entire wax and I honestly forgot i was getting waxed. I would recommend going here, they are absolutely amazing.

When you drive over a hour in bad traffic and you walk in and they tell you they will not service you. Then you walk in the back to see there are people just standing around. I asked if someone else could if my regular person was not able to and was told no. But they service the other person who is with you. Now I am here 15 minutes after 6 still waiting on someone who come with me. It takes about all of 5 minutes to do what I get done. I passed for a wax pass that I don’t even think I am going to even use. What great customer service skills. Not happy at all

I went to this place to get a Brazilian wax. First time ever, by the way. When i walked in the atmosphere was calming and quiet and the receptionist was very courteous and professional. I waited only 10 minutes to be called to the back for my service which isnt long at all. So be sure to make an appointment for easy check in. I went to the room led by my wax specialist. Her name is Meghan and she was amazing. She was very sweet and professional. And i loved how we carried on a conversation with each other in spite of the AWKWARD position i was in. Talking makes it better and takes your mind off whats goin on, trust me! I walked out feeling like a brand new person. It was such a wonderful experience and not expensive like most wax spas. I will be returning! And Ill definitely be asking for Meghan!

No walk ins

Everything is okay I just wish that other wax specialist take their time and go over the spots that they have waxed more than once because they never get the hair 100% waxed and because of this I will be switching to laser hair removal because wax specialist do not get everything.

It was my first time getting my legs waxed. It stung a lil but for my newbie legs but the waxer made sure it was comfortable.

This is my second time going and i wanted Jessie. Unfortunately, she was booked my first tome but i got to experience her this time. She was amazing. She talked me through it explain a lot more about the Brazilian process, what products to use. I will be booking with her from now on. The first girl was good to, i just enjoyed Jessie more. :)

I love getting wax services but for some reason everytime I go to these popular location I always have trouble first I had trouble with the reception at the front desk she told me if I didnt want to on my wax specialist they I could go back and get on top of the other client as it was a joke.I love the prices but some of the girls I not are not experienced as others theres this girl working there Sarah do not go to her she likes the rush and she will tell you that she wont go over your face more than one time and thats not fair to people who have coarse hair like me.

The only place I go to get waxed... their prices are reasonable, and Im in and out within 15 mins of my appt time. There may be about a 5 min wait in the lobby. Be sure to be on time for your appointment. They only allow a 9 min grace period.

I recently started comming to the European wax center when I moved to midtown, and every experience Ive had there had been wonderful. Allie has provided me with more than I could ask for, well knowledgeable about products, and a quick experience. I highly recommend seeing her.

Today I got my first Brazilian wax and my experience was out of this world! I was running a little late but that was not a problem after I called to inform them. Thank God for their 9 minute grace period! Once I arrived I was warmly greeted by the lovely ladies at the reception desk. Immediately after checking in my wonderful wax specialist Alana came out to escort me to the waxing room. I was super nervous, but she made this experience worth it. Not only was she very professional, she was also knowledgeable about waxing as well as the after wax care. Her skillfulness and the conversation we held took away from the pain and awkwardness for sure. Afterwards, she informed me of some of their after wax care products and helped me make the right purchase. I definitely scheduled another appointment; thank you so much EWC & Alana!

I have always went to Cordova location and never had an issue. I decided to go to the poplar location back in APRIL for a brazilian wax due to it being closer to where I live and it was the worst decision ever. The girl kept waxing one area over and over again to the point where I was red in many areas. Now months later I am still dealing with the worst in grown hairs I’ve ever had. Typically I get maybe 2-3 hairs, but now they are everywhere and deep under my skin, causing a lumpy texture and dark spots. My skin in that area is completely ruined. Will never come to this location again.

I only go to see Carolyn and on appointments where she cannot make it I just reschedule for her next slot. The facility is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is great about calling to remind you of your appointment and they are informative about their products but not pushy.

Went there for SIX YEARS but done as of today. If you are 9 minutes late, you wont be seen. A few months ago, I waited forty minutes for my appointment. 40!! No apology. Last month, the wax was poorly done and left me with a rash. The quality has gone downhill since my regular waxer moved earlier this year.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax. Yes it was painful, but Nicole made me feel comfortable and she was hilarious and talked me through It! I will be back! The front staff was very polite and I did not have a long wait!

My very first time I was really nervous, trust me if you can take tattoos and piercings you can take a wax. I got the Brazilian wax and my wax specialist was Allison . She was very nice and she talked to me the entire process she made me feel comfortable and she told me everything I needed to do after I wax . And btw your very first time is half off . So I only paid about $27 bucks plus I bought extra products ( you don’t have to you can go to CVS or wal-mart) after I left I felt like a new women and rejuvenated . Don’t worry girl you got it . Call them they will answer any personal questions
