I bought a wig yesterday. I wore it today and the wig of the cap split/tore in half. I called store the to see what can be done to rectify this since I only bought it yesterday. I asked for the manager and was told she wasnt in but the owner was on site. The owner was a coward and told her to tell me wigs are final sale. I told her to tell him to get on the phone since the was only purchased yesterday and he was talking in the background. He refused to get on the phone. I will not shop here again and I am telling everyone I know to not to spend money in this store. I wish I could give no stars. Definitely wont be back!!!

I have been to many beauty supply and wig stores. This one is far better than all the rest in Memphis Tennessee. The customer service are very professional and helpful. Very friendly and understanding too there customer needs. Love this location and will shop here again and again. Wish I could give it 💯 stars. Please dont change anything.

My go to spot for lashes bc they keep a great variety at all times.

I picked up 2 Hair Bonnets same manufacturer on the same row got to the counter one was a dollar more. I inquired about the price difference and was told that one had color the other didnt. I asked could I get them both at 4.99 each instead of one for $4.99 and one $5.99. Since I was spending 75.00. I didnt that that was a big issue especially since both were the same minus the colors and they were together. I was told no they wouldnt take off the dollar even though my purchases were 75.00. I left it all there apparently they dont value my business or theres.

Great store a large variety of beauty products and I really like the location

A lot of variety in products, hundreds of possibilities for extensions and wigs, cute makeup, I love that they carry Nyx and its clean and the staff is nice and efficient.

They have a vast array of items needed to take care of your hair. Also, the ladies were very friendly and helpful when I needed help locating an item.

Nice selection, staff not watching you like everyone is here to rob them

This is a well stocked store but I can hardly ever get any help here.

Awesome experience. Top notch customer service and a huge variety of items to choose from. This is definitely my new favorite spot.

The owner a small Asian woman was so rude and mean that I almost didnt buy anything. Didnt like the way she talked to her employees. The store itself has nice but I will not be coming back

Customer service stuck, paid 150.00 for a wig got home it was the wrong one. They refused to help me and the women whom I bought it from was to busy trying to tell me about twp black female customers who smelled, instead of helping me correct my problem. Will never shop there again.

Very friendly staff and well organized store

This store is very neat and clean and has nice, wide aisles. Not cluttered at all and items are easy to find. There is a great variety and selection of products. We went to find a wig for a one time use and was able to find a pretty one for a reasonable price.

Extraordinary beauty supply store Ive ever shopped at! Im visiting from out of town, and they had tons of products that I couldnt find at other beauty supplies back home! They have absolutely everything! Very organized and clean! And the staff was very pleasant and friendly!

They usually have what I need. Store is clean but could be a little neater. The people are always friendly.

Never opens on time, I like the set up and Id rather shop here but I noticed prices are higher and I need a 8am Beauty Supply at least on Saturday. Last Saturday I sat in the parking lot til 8:37 the sign on the door clearly says 8:30am.Open your Business on time.

The Chinese people were very rude . Starred at my friend and I the WHOLE time. Then when we up to pay the lady treated us very rude. Will never go back to this place they have the worst customer service !

Hidden gem! The Asian male that works here is very informative about the products. His expertise on styling products was not only useful, but greatly appreciated.

My second time coming out here and I just worked a 10 hour shift and almost 40 minutes out. They never open up at 8am like google or the front of the stores says. Heard this place is excellent. I just need them to open up on time. Its 8:02 and I still no one here 🙄

I purchased some items the other day. My hair stylist told me the colors would turn my hair green. The information I was told no return only exchanges. If will never need these products. I hope to see the management.

I visited this store for multiple items. As for price, I cant advise as I very seldom go to beauty supply stores; hiwever, I can tell you it was well stocked and organized. This location was large and had a multitude of items to choose from.
