I have not been inside of a hair & beauty supply store in ages. Whenever I did go,, this was my store of choice. The friendly staff, open air feeling of it and huge selections always were strong inticers. But not this time. The store has been remodeled. Theyve expanded the hair extensions area. But to get to that area,, dont suffer from claustrophobia because you will feel suffocated as you walk in. The entryway is tight with tall shelves that are all fully stocked. The aisles are tight and heaven please help if more than one person is on the aisle at the same time! I was just in awe of the closed in feeling. I only needed a rat tail comb and brush and that was ALL I purchased. Nothing else made me want to spend more time or money! The staff is still friendly and dont hover as much but its too tight for my taste!

Best one ever i always find what i need. The customer service is also great.

They were my go to place for glam,but sadly they no longer carry the wig I love and look glam in,I own 5 or 6 of them,so I keep them shampooed, conditioned and with the proper brush,they atill look fab !!

The people who work here deliver poor customer service. My wife trusted them to hold her merchandise that she purchased at another store per the direction of the store so she could shop in their store. The employee of the store gave her merchandise to another customer and when was asked about it she was told there is nothing they could do about it. My wife had to get the police involved to get her money back for stuff that was stolen. This is poor customer service on the store and attempted thief of property.

They sell way more than just hair products, etc. Been going to Golden Beauty Supply for maybe 20 something odd years. My last visit I picked up a few facemasks💯

The assistance they have for hair was phenomenal. I missed my flight this morning due to an alopecia outbreak and I was upset . Golden beauty Supply saved my life and my sanity. I highly recommend. 10 🌟 ⭐ 💫

Golden Beauty has always been a go to spot for finding new units. I was greeted by a wonderfully talented young lady in the back of the store who assisted me very patiently in trying on and selecting units to fit me. Although the color I desired was not available I was still so very pleased with my visit!

Frist time here, the store is clean and well organized and stocked to the capacity with hair products and other accessories.The cashier was extremely nice there system was down and she still handler business professional.and that was unique to me,she text me the receipt and I still got a paper receipt.over all my experience at Golden Beauty was good.

Upon my visit a few months ago, I tried to return a Dudkey product that had been used already before I bought it and the guy would not let me return it. Since then I have dealt with other workers with Great friendly customer service. The selection is always a wide variety and good prices.

Favorite beauty supply

The parking lot was riddled with trash & they didnt have a whole lot of choices when it came to hair weaves, braiding hair, wigs, etc. Ive seen better hair stores than this.

No customer service, nobody asked if I needed help.

They have the worst customer service. They harrass especially when you purchase something that you BOUGHT and the sensors go off like you stole something. I have had to go off and now Im taking it to corporate. Wont be shopping there again.
