Whoever the manager is, please fire Loren (or Lauren, I dont remember the exact spelling of her name). I was in line, but there was another woman next to me on the phone and I didnt know if I was next or not. Loren just stared and didnt even bother to help or say I can get you at this register. She was helping me at the register and she had such a poor and negative attitude. Then when we was done bagging me stuff, she slid my back across the counter so brutally and didnt even say Have a good day!. Ive worked a retail job before and Jesus Christ, Loren has terrible customer service. Every worker Ive met and seen every time I go to Bath and Body Works is so nice and helpful, and this is the first time I see Loren. Shes ruining the atmosphere.

I love bath and body works in the Wolfchase mall. They are always well stocked and clean. The employees are so nice and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at a bath and body works in the 18 years that I have been a customer. They have great service. The employees always make me feel welcomed. They dont follow you around like most stores in the mall. They are watching but they do it in a more professional and helpful way than a criminal way.

Very busy store this time of year .. But we had an AWESOME experience . Cant remember the sales associate name but she was very friendly with a big smile glasses and cute curly afro. While helping me search for my favorite Moonlight Path she introduced me to a new fragrance. Into the Night which I also purchased. No one appeared stressed. We were in and out in about 25 only because we were have such a great time with the displays featuring some new products..

I love shopping Bath & Body Works especially at Christmas! I think they have some of the best smelling candles on the market. Im always pleased that the smell is consistent that their candles are truly fragrant and they have both simple and beautiful fixtures to display it in. I also like to get some of their fragrant soaps to use in the different seasons. This Bath & Body Works has some especially helpful Clerks.

Go to place for hand soaps. Got to have kitchen lemon for all the smells that get on your hands from cooking. Onions, garlic and etc. Picked up a couple of new fragrances this time. Vanilla Sage, Crisp Morning Air and Mahogany Teakwood. And the price was right, 5 for $23!!!

There were two beautiful young ladies with a bubbly personalities telling us about the different sales & savings. One in particular was amicably helpful to customers, running the register when guests were ready, and organizing/stocking the store all simultaneously!!! It was so graceful and appreciated by us all. She even cracked a few jokes with some of customers with disabilities. It was very beautiful and genuine. Definitely multiculture worthy of revisiting and recommending.

Went on candle day and surprisingly they were very organized and had plenty of associates to help. Always have a pleasant experience with this store

Bought the Noir body wash and lotion.The Wife cant keep her hands off me!Beware this stuff is strong it man does it draw them in.

Most of the time that I go there are always workers eager to help! Their black cherry merlot is the most amazing scent ever! Prices are a little high but you get good products for your money!

I LOVE this store. I cant wear perfume because its too strong but I can wear every lotion and body spray without issues with my asthma. The candles and bathroom spray work very well.

Aside from losing my sense of smell every time I step foot in this store, the deals are pretty great with array of options for both men and women. The customer service are very nice, patient, and will help with questions regarding product choices. Plus, o really loved the little testing section of sinks for the soaps.

So many wonderful scents! Its hard to only choose a few. Great deals are going on now, so head on over!
