I was kind of hesitant to order from this company because of the last review but Im glad I did. I placed an order on Aug 20th and received my order on Aug 24th. Im very pleased with the prompt service and I love all 5 of my wigs. Captain Jack even went above and beyond to send a Thank You email. Im very please and will be ordering from this company again in the near future.

After spending almost $500 on a wig, they would not allow me to exchange two other items I bought which was under $7 for the correct color (I bought brown; needed black). They only give three days to exchange items. I was on the fourth day.

Would not recommend this company. The site kept saying no order placed, but my credit card was charged. Finally, got the order located, and given bogus information about my order. Requested a full refund. Hopefully, will get my money back in the next few days.

I ordered from this company & when my packaged got to my city usps which was the carrier had a new driver & she never deliver the package because she claim she didnt know where my house was at last Saturday. So I was told by customer service usps that they redeliver the item on Monday. Which that never happened because the carrier mayed a mistake & put return to sender on my package. Which it got sent back. Which is not this company fault. But I asked this company can they send me the packaged back their rely was they issue me a refund & that was it. Not happy at all because that was my 1st time ordering from this company & I should of just order from samsbeauty because the item was avail on that site. Now this item is sold out everywhere. My daughter really wanted that for her birthday.

Some of you need to realize that there is a huge Delay on Mail right now due to the pandemic. Be mindful of that.

I placed an order Aril 19th, before 1 pm and qualified to receive my order the upcoming Thursday, April 23rd. It’s Friday the 24th, and my package which shipped the 19th still has not even been received by Usps. I live in Illinois and the package is coming from Tennessee. I’m not happy with the shipping service. Had it not given me a definite delivery date I wouldn’t be so upset, but it did and now it’s not looking like it will be coming anytime soon.
