This is my go to store but after today I’ll pass.I came to the store at 7:54 and they had the doors lock. All I needed was some freaking rollers. If you say you are open to 8:00 don’t turn a customer around that’s trying to support you.

I love TJ Beauty And (Everything) Supply Store. Entered into the store to a smile and lots of different supplies and I asked about my type of hair oil and I guided to it. I love Everything about this business. I was very IMPRESSED and Happy when I left and I thought of something else that I needed and I entered the store, asked about the product I needed but they didnt have the product but I was told where I could find it and I appreciated the information. The staff was attentive and helpful. The stylist helped me find what I needed to look for. I had no idea, I described my end goal. She told me what I needed to purchase. She even showed me some better options.

I will not recommend anyone going to this hair store. The service at this store is horrible. I use to go in this store several times since the five months cause I do hair. I brought a wig and less than 24 hours I opened it brushed the hair while cardboard and paper still on the hair. Sprayed the hair with the detangler spray and took the paper out and put it on my mannequin while putting the wig on there notice the part was opened and it was suppose to be closed. To make a long story short he was rude on the phone they hung up in my face. I went the store it went on to tell me I cut it like that. I told if I did why its ripped and jag it. Then he said it aint $100. If I got that it wouldnt have happened. He told me new hair dont do that. And I wasnt getting any thing. This man is the one who cashed me out the even before. I ADVISE ANYBODY DONT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT US BEING RIGHT AND GETTING OVER.

The service was horrible. The man at the register is always rude. But has good cheap hair if you balling on a budget.
