I love how friendly the staff is and the security fence. But I am not so happy that in just over a year the rent has been raised and now it is a place I rent and cant get into after 10 at night or before 7 in the morning.. I did have issuesgetting into my parking spot because another person refused to back his boat in. But. Yea they fixed it and I have no more parking issues . THANK YOU ❣️. Cant wait to get the other area paved and maybe get a lower rent...

My daughter rented a unit there rates are good great service and they are very accommodating plus you can also rent a U-Haul there for moving your items with out having to go to a separate business. So its a win win

A little on the expensive side but its clean quiet and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. Piece of, just in case, bring large garbage bags 4 when youre moving in and 4 moving out. There is not one garbage can on site unless its in the office or in the restroom. So be kind and clean up after yourself.

Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from but the fact that they’re very few and far between means people obviously don’t understand storage and policies, lol. Jenn & JJ are a great team and are very thorough when explaining those policies. Couldn’t ask for a better pair to run this place. I’ve been a customer for a long time and I’m very satisfied with the turn around over the last year or two.

Ive been shopping around for storage. My last stop was this place. Brandon was very friendly and welcomed me right when I walked in. He told me about the store and showed me a few units. I have a storage unit here. It seems safe and secure. I have one problem, every time I go to my unit, the front gate is open. I go in and out without punching in my code. It looks safe and secure but is it ? Hope with this review the open gate changes. I would really dislike having to have my belongings stolen for someone not doing their job properly.

This is w/o a doubt, the most customer friendly storage facility around. Jennifer is beyond amazing, extremly kind & friendly. The facility is veryy clean & well maintained. Also, super safe cuz the police station across the street makes the 24hr access much more likely that there wont be shady ppl hanging about. Ive gone to the unit at weird hrs in the middle of the night & never once felt worried; its more peaceful actually!It would be better if the website had a map of the facility with unit#s though, because when i tried to pay my bill for the 1st time, i couldnt remember the unit# at all. 😌 (Id recc writing the unit# down on the card they give u w/gate code) Itd also be nice to have an idea of what unit youre reserving when doing it online.Overall, location & facility quality helped me make the decision to chose this Apollo blvd Midguard but Jennifer & JJ are also vital reasons why it has good rapport. Thanks for all the help & awesomeness u guys exude!!

Clean, secure facility with decent rates for both indoor and outdoor storage. The one manager Brandon is awesome.. Knows his stuff when it comes to storage. I have had a storage unit here for about 2 years now and so far no issues. Overall this place is great for storage and I highly recommend them to anyone!

The rates are too high and every few months the prices go up and nothing changes in the environment of the facility. I am 80 years old on a fixed income and cant afford much more rate increases. Will look for someplace thats rates are more inline with my income. Have never had a problem with the service except for the rates

I use this storage place for my business. They are really good at accommodating my needs. The manager lives on site which makes me feel more secure considering some of the stuff I store is rather expensive. They came in cheaper than most places around but didnt skimp on anything

After having a rough experience with other U-Hauls in Brevard, this U-Haul location completely turned it around for us. Exceptional service and understanding. We called ahead to see if they had dolleys/rollers and the manager Brandon was ready to help and was very informative. Finally a storage facility with knowledgeable staff and great features! I just moved to the Brevard area and have been to several different storage places which proved pointless, because the people had no clue what they were doing and the locations were let’s just say “uninviting”. At my wits end I decided to try this place out and I’m so glad I did. Brandon was a super helpful guy and was so patient with me as I had my 5 month old daughter with me who was quite fussy that day. He even went above and beyond to talk and calm her down as I had to make a phone call to my bank. He took his time and told me all I needed to know about storage and provided me superb customer service and knowledge. The facility is nicely gated, clean and the climate control unit I got is so easily accessible. I’m happy to be doing business here and I feel my items are secure. Thank you!

Ive had a really great experience here. I just moved from across the United states and originally got a 5x5 unit. About a month later I had some extra things I needed to store. I was very specific on certain things and needed enough room. They worked with me even when I did not think it was possible to accommodate all my things. Jen helped me figure things out to make everything work and was helpful with paperwork. Brandon answered all my email questions and was very helpful. The staff is awesome. I was moving my stuff on an extreme heat day and they really eased my mind thru the process. I suggest this place to anyone, and there pricing and promotions definetly help! Bad, belligerent service, and the rent goes up often. If you are a SpaceCoast resident and want local, responsive customer service, DO NOT rent here. If you must rent at this facility for convenience of location, be aware that they will treat you like dirt. There is no electricity in the units, they do not permit renters to use the dumpster, and they have unfriendly signs posted on the property. The employees claim company policy prevents them from accommodating your needs. This national company is in the business for profit and they give nothing back. Check out their corporate website. You can read about the VIPs who run it and encourage investors. That is their interest--investors--not the customers of Melbourne.

Fairly priced and well managed. Know the rules of occupancy and vacating before you store your belongings at any storage place, I am tired of reading the reviews of people who dont realize they can keep your things if you dont pay your bill or those who get another bill that they dont pay beacause they did not give proper notice of vacating.

Would NOT recommend this storage facility. Renewals are VERY costly and customer service is unbeknownst to management. Save yourself the headaches and search for another facility in the area. Its not worth the aggravation with these guys.

These storage places are expensive, especially over many months !I could replace the stuff I have stored there for the $$$ I have paid (and continue to pay each month) but I am into it now, waiting til I get into a house with a garage and a backyard shed where I can store the stuff again.Think twice about how much the stuff you plan on storing is really worth !!

WoW WHAT A RIP OFF PLACE!!!. I leased a10X25 unit the evening before. The next morning I brought my boat to store it. I cannot get it into the unit. so I ask for my money back. They refuse, they keep my entire deposit of $40.00. Only 19 hours later. All I want is my $40 back?? I was never given a lock that most customers are given. I never put a lock on the unit?? BEWARE!! RIP OFF PLACE!! They say that corporate ties their hands so they cant give refunds. He never called corporate??

Bad, every month the price was increased by at least 30% with some lame excuse accompanying the increase. We left on the third increase.
