Claim to be able to ship large packages and are go to for it . Needed a package sent out that was 36X17X17 and couldnt get the job done . Said they could try to ship it in a 49X16X16 but would have no room for bubble, and said I would but that I was going to insure it but manager said would not cover the insurance even with them packaging. Said they could make me a box for $130-$150 for cardboard ??? So decided to go hunt down my own box and make myself for way cheaper ... Free ! Ive been here a couple times and each time has been too serious like they dont like their jobs . My advice is to do it yourself they are price gouging like crazy !

I was in a rush to send extremely important time sensitive documents to Russia. I was informed of the price and time frame to ship them. Then they informed me that they had never sent to Russia and their system was asking if we had filed an international EEI #. I asked what it was and they tried to explain, but started taking other customers. In the end, and after wasting 45 minutes of my time I found out that they could not explain how to get this mysterious # they needed. They made me feel helpless and frustrated. I think that the staff should have helped me from A to Z, but did not. All they did Is present confusion. They acted like they did not know a solution.I told them that since they did not know how to get me this # that I was leaving. Thankfully I raced to the UPS store on Malabar Road and they took care of my package quickly and without an issue.

The service was fine. $30.00 to send an eight oz. Stuffed animal. Now I remember why I quit FedEx!BTW, I am handicapped and the only spot to park near the doors, was partially blocked by black Buick SUV. I called them on it, the EMPLOYEE told me she parked there. Might have been mgr, cause no one was called, she did not move her vehicle so I could re-enter my auto safely. :-(

Please please please fix your printer. I’d come in to the store willing to pay for the services of using your computer and printer because saving my time was more important to me. I instead ended up WASTING both my TIME and MONEY when I should have been done and doing something else far important. I’m extremely appalled and unhappy with FedEX. I used to think of FedEX as the most reliable service, this one experience has forever altered my perception of FedEX. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff tried their level best to help me but were limited by their facility restrictions of attaching downloaded docs to emails to email directly to FedEX for printing.Thank you to the staff for trying their level best, but the bottom line is I wasted my time and money for nothing.

I drop off FedEx here from time to time. I waited in line to give my package like I as asked to at the UPS store. sometimes fro a while. The nice girl at the counter told me, next time if I have a label already just to come on up and drop it off and wave and leave. no need to wait. that saves me a lot of time and I can get back to my store.

This facility is absolutely horrible and the worst FedEx Ive ever been into, filled with staff (Michelle predominantly I believe) that is completely uptight, rude and inconsiderate to businesses trying to get their shipping and receiving needs fulfilled. My colleague tried to pick up a package, that was in my companys name. They wouldnt provide, even when I tried to facetime and send a picture of my license. The other FedEx on Dow Rd road is far more flexible, amazing all around and easy going to helping business-owners get their needs fulfilled. My full team dreads going to this Fedex on New Haven, given the incompetent staff. This FedEx, on multiple occasions, has caused excess strain for no apparent reason other then ambiguous rules. I will avoid this facility wherever possible, given the absolutely rude staff. Save your time and energy and use the Dow facility wherever possible, filled with amazing staff and flexible services, to meet the demands of stressed out business owners. Ill avoid this location whenever I possibly can, and recommend all others to do the same.

I was hesitant to go here because of the 2 stars on Yelp but I had the most pleasurable experience. The store manager Lee was so nice. I was a dummy and forgot to have the address I was shipping to on hand but he was so patient and gave me his recommendations for shipping depending on what I was trying to send. I was embarrassed about the address but he was really kind about it. Definitely coming back. Even told me about all the banners and stuff they print, who knew???

If you need copies or any other service related to printing, this is definitely the place to go. It can be pretty busy at times and a line can form. It is always a good idea to place your order through their website. I think they can deliver but I always pick my stuff up. Thay can do some very creative stuff like turning a photo into a poster sized item. They make calendars and business cards too.

Most of the staff are friendly but dealing with Michelle is honestly keeping me away from this office. If I had to describe her personality in one word it would be crusty. She is so unpleasant and it seems like every time someone brings their office business under her watch she resents them simply for bringing her work. This is a person that does not belong in a customer-facing position. Find another job or Ill find a UPS store.

It’s a very nice, clean and organized business. The reason I gave them three stars is because I was there on a Friday afternoon and only one employee was there trying his best to help about a dozen customers. Had to wait a long time but that wouldn’t be a problem if they had more employees.

These folks dont accept any drop offs. They expect you to buy packing service everytime. They should be ashamed of themselves. One time they wanted to open my box to see whats inside. It was a gallon of epoxy big whoop. Then he had the nerve to say buy a box and packing service since the box is torn. Aka by them.... never go here for anything. They want every last penny from you.

Super helpful lady behind the counter. If all of their employees are this good, then any work you do there will be a breeze. They have all kind of business equipment in there. We were in a bind on 03/24 around 8:45a.m. and that lady made our printng needs painless, and was super friendly

Stopped in for information tracking a package. Staff could not help me & have me corporate phone # and said I had to call. This was after a 5 minute wait for her to log in to “track” my missing package. This was my second time at this location and both times staff was not friendly. Need some social customer service skills. BTW: I usually only write positive reviews so this should tell you something about this FedEx store )-:

I sent an older man there multiple times to have documents PRINTED- then signed-then EMAILED back to me. He does not speak very clear English, but is a very quick learner (having been a chemist and electrical engineer.) The staff took advantage of him. They charged him $40 to scan in 19 pages and then asked him to pay another $50 to FAX the documents. He has paid over $300 dollars at that location to send simple documents to me. I had NO idea that they had been doing this to him, When I called they said it was just easier because they were busy and under-staffed. I have been a Fed-Ex customer for a long time. I recommend Fed-Ex to my clients who do not have home scanners and computers or that are not internet proficient- most of them are elderly. I sell homes, the people that I recommend are on strict time frames they have to meet, they get out of work and must go to Fed-Ex after normal business hours to meet deadlines or they will not get their homes. FED-EX took advantage of this and I will never again send anyone there. They should be ashamed to have such opportunistic employees; I can only imagine what company policy directs this type of behavior.

Brandon helped me with a tricky print problem and even worked with me at the computer/self serve center. He was very nice and funny. Although the center is in remodelation this kind of customer service makes you not notice anything wrong with the place. It is so easy to complain about little things yet we rarely give props when they are due. Great job and thank you so much for your help and for going above and beyond! You should be the manager!

I was expecting a package to my place of business on Friday, but I couldnt see what time the package would be delivered to me. I called this location that Thursday to ask if I could have my package held there so I could pick it up, as I thought Id be able to obtain it sooner than waiting for the delivery men. The woman I spoke to said I could and she said theyd call my store to notify me when Id be able to pick it up. I never received a call and so I called them on Monday to ask if theyd received my package, which they had. I informed the woman I spoke to that Id called the store prior to putting a hold on my package and was told Id get a call notifying me when I could pick it up so I asked if anyone had even tried calling to which she responded that she didnt know.Im rather disappointed that my vendors have, for the most part, switched to FedEx from UPS as Ive mostly experienced bad service, and I suppose this is just another one of those times.

Dont know about all staff, but the Sunday person was not good, to put it nicely. Zero sales personality and a true cant do attitude. Acted overwhelmed when not. By the way, I almost never give a place or person bad reviews, being in customer service myself. Dont expect a WOW experience, but an OWexperience.

They have some nice people that work here - but honestly this place is always slow - they change their printing rules from week to week - they certainly make shipping and printing more challenging. I have started going to Staples instead of here just because its faster and less of a hassle - they need a major change in how they do business.

Honestly just think it makes it cost more to ship things having a store front that cant possibly make back the money put into it. Rent, electric, copiers, printers, employees, managers, assistant managers, corporate, maintenance, cleaning, servicing of the copiers and printers. There is no way they make a dime at these locations. The label I printed to send back a college book said I had to go to a FedEx location and could not use a drop box. The location had 4 people in line, someone not at the register asked if I needed a receipt, I said that I really didnt care and I put it on a pile of boxes next to the scale. Didnt have to wait in line, but then why couldnt I just use a drop box? Its stupid.

Dont waste your time here unless you dont mind to wait until next day to get your document printed. I wanted to print only two PDF files, the attendant told me to wait. He started creating labels and totally ignored me for 15min. When he was finally able to help me, he look at my PDF file and said he couldnt print them because I had copied the label of two companies, that work for BTW. He made me sign a release agreement but said he would be able to do more than 1 copy and I had to wait 4h to get my 20 copies done. It was a simple flyer for a one day promo in store. I print these kind of flyer almost EVERY SINGLE DAY and had never had a single problem with copying rights or FEDEx not being able to make 20 copies in few minutes. Dang... What waste of time.

Very bad customer service waited 10 minutes to be waited on while the woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge we were there because she was to busy laughing and joking with someone at the counter then said she was closing and asked if anyone else was in the building as she seen us standing there. She then proceeded to say she couldnt help us because she had to close up and get out of there in 10 minutes. Will never get our business again.
