Helpful staff. Cheaper to have items shipped here and more convenient if you dont want packages left unattended at your door.

If I could give zero stars I would.First they tell me that my package was coming at 5pm, then 7pm. At 5:45 I get a message saying it’s back at the shipment center. Fed ex tells me they are open until 9pm but I look on the website and it says they are open until 6:30pm. I get there at 6:31 and they refuse to help me. There were several employees there and still they wouldn’t help me after waiting for them all day.

Nice friendly staff, parking is a bit rough at peak hours but I cant hold that against them, location location location, it is close to me. I would rather have trouble parking than drive to Cocoa or somewhere else.

They dont publish their local phone number, only an 800 number that leads to multiple questions, not answers.

Great staff but the 1800 customer service number is useless they do not communicate with the locations and make you drive 1hour to find out they did not relay messages.

Order shipped Thursday afternoon for overnight delivery on Friday. I wont have it until Monday. Terrible service for the price.

I have a mailbox at a place that opens at 11am. Yesterday, the delivery driver attempted to deliver the package at 10:48am. So, no package for me. Today, the delivery driver attempted to deliver my package at 10:18am.I dont know why they thought if they went there half an hour earlier than they did yesterday, that magically the store would be open.I get that its supposed to be a morning delivery, but a tiny little bit of common sense here would go a very, VERY long way.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Its a bit difficult to get to due to construction but its the hub so its where I want drop off my packages. Once they get finished with the construction things should be normalized.Parking is free and ample. They seem to have whatever you require for your shipping needs.

FedEx shipping company is the worst, my poor granddaughters have been waiting 3 weeks now for their new swing set that we paid Target for. They promised, it would be at the house in 3 daysTarget the other company Im not happy with says, its not there problem. Although its the company they decided to use, we paid them for the swing set, its FedEx who seems to have lost it after telling us twice it was on its way. Now its, oh we have to do research to figure out where in there own shipping center, it is being stored at and lost track of. I or my family or the company Im head of will never us them again. Its pretty sad that neither company offers a solution or offer to reship another one. Target wont give back the money we paid for it even though they said it would be shipped within 3 days (we paid extra to have it shipped to us within 3 days). How do you tell 2 CHILDREN that are 2 and a half year old twin girls that were so excited, that we dont know when their swing set will come. Its shameful, that FedEx, and Target could careless about these too little girls. My son and I have shopped at Target for years. Never again!!!

The design center and print center is a scam. Takes 30 seconds to scan 1 page and costs 50 cents a minute. Plus you have to open a special program and the scanner isn’t even on automatically. What a waste. On a commercial scanner a place like this should have would take less than 1 minute but instead expect to spend at least 15 saving and scanning everything.

Good service; although you wont pass by this location on your way to somewhere else.

Exceptional customer service

I am disabled & use a wheel chair so have taken the time to notify all agencys that deliver: FedEx, UPS. USPS, that my packages have to be left on the top step at the front glass sliding door. This was the second time FedEx left the package at the back door where they had to climb a ramp!! Today the package was small so I could push it away opening the door. However, earlier this month they left a 40 pound box in front of the door so I literally couldnt get out. The gentleman I spoke with at the Dow Road location was very respectful & apologetic but the issue should have never happened. I gave it a 2 star because of him not the driver. If this happens again, I will specify to the vendors I purchase from that I dont want FedEx packages so they will have to choose an alternate shipping method or I wont buy from them period!!

I went in to mail a package. Everything went well and the lady working was very kind and knowledgeable.

My company always uses FedEx due to their overnight services and being able to accommodate our need for speedy deliveries. Friday I went in to have a package delivered for a Saturday shipment. I made sure to express how serious of a matter this was and that this shipment needed to be delivered first thing Saturday morning. I was told no problem by the person who helped me. I left Fedex under the impression everything was great, called my supervisor to let him know we were good to go, only to come into work Monday to find out the package never made it Saturday and as a matter of fact it still wasnt delivered by the time I was at work Monday morning. Not only did I look like a fool but I let my team and senior leadership down. Very disappointed in my experience, especially since I came in on my day off to ensure this unit would meet delivery expectations. Not very happy having to explain to everyone how I messed up when in all actuality I made sure the person helping me knew this was for Saturday delivery and it just never happened.
