Whoever is doing the hiring at this location needs to consider the fact that some personalities are NOT what you want for customer-facing positions. Also, you need to better train new employees before putting them before customers. In general, raise your standards!

Every staffs here are extremely friendly. My mom frequently visit this UPS store, and she has a LOT of boxes to deliver. Every time the staffs see her, they remember her by name, and would welcome her by giving her this nice warm welcome. Not to further mention that they would help her move the heavy boxes and everything. Cannot appreciate enough for the help of EVERY staffs who work there and their kindness. I would highly recommend this UPS store 10/10!

Avoid this location. I came in with a small rolled up rug and the young girl working refused to wrap it in plastic. She told me I’d had to do it myself prior to bringing it in! She simply did not want to do this even if I paid for it an hour prior to close. It’s a Amazon return, no need for laziness. Plus lying about not having the wrap or any materials to package it up.I had to go to suntree to handle this. Hopefully the owner knows what is going on with a worker like that

Do not trust your packages will actually get sent. I Went to the store on Friday afternoon around 5:20 and paid to send a $100,000 cashiers check in white envelope for my new car. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday afternoon it was still showing label created but not shipped. I called the store and talked to the young lady that helped me on Friday and asked her to please check the store(I asked 2x but she would not look) to see if it was still at the store and she told me 100% it was shipped and UPS missed the scan. She said there was nothing she could do until Wednesday when we could file a claim. Monday was a holiday so I went into the store Tuesday and the manager found the package still in the out box. Was suppose to be delivered on Saturday and was still sitting at the store on Tuesday. She could have saved me a lot of stress by just looking for it on Saturday instead of giving me an attitude. I took the package and was refunded my money.

You have my contact info. As I stated, I pay monthly for a medium mailbox. Also, stop making excuses. I have gone into your store multiple times just before 6pm because I knew my package was there but your staff had not received it and put it in the boxes. I have gotten multiple excuses from your staff as to why it wasnt but away. But lets get to the proof you want.... check how many times I picked up a package seconds after it being received into your system between 5-6pm. Several. Show up right now, I guarantee my package is in your store and it was delivered to you Saturday and no one received it and alerted me. I deserve a full refund and use of the box until my term ends because of how much money you have cost me. Stop making excuses and fix it. I have more google accounts then you have reviews so please keep with the passive aggressive bs comments instead of contacting me directly.

Waited in line with a printed item I hoped to be able to have packaged in a tube and shipped, but was told they dont have shipping tubes. I always thought the UPS Store was a pack-n-ship option...apparently not anymore.

I was very pleased with my service for 1-1/2 years here. The people were great. I had a problem when I moved to Michigan and my mail was not being forwarded as promised. But when I complained, I got a call from the owner of the store and he took care of the problem.

Terrible service. I pay for a medium mailbox and they never receive the mail on time and it causes me to wait extra days to get my mail. I get a notification from post office saying delivered on Saturday and cant pick up until Monday because of terrible management. Happened multiple times.

I visited store today store was very clean it seems everytime I visited this store people are always standing in the way but its usually not crowded. The lady was not very nice but she did the job. I dropped off a couple of packages and I felt rushed and no friendliness what so ever didnt even say goodbye. She asked me if I wanted stamps when I said no she seems not to like that. I dont understand if you have to deal with the public why not be nice. Thank you for taking the time to apologize that mean alot. I accept your apology.

On 05/12/20 I mailed two separate packages from this store for a total of $23.22. One package was received damaged and not accepted. The other package was lost in transit. I called this store today to get some additional information for tracking information and they would not help me. They said they couldnt and I needed to go on YELP to get additional information. They stated that this was not a company owned store and that it was privately owned We asked for the owners name and was informed they were hanging up. I will never step foot into another UPS store. USPS and FedEx will get my business.

Due to the denigrating response from the owner, I officially will not be returning to this store. I will drive out of my way to another UPS Store with pleasure for future business transactions. Whether the employee is not one to be rude or ignorant is a moot point bc irregardless of a bad day or other aggravating circumstance, she did indeed huff at my request, and to dispute my personal account is not only unprofessional but demeaning as well. I dont care if shes been with the company 4 years or 4 days, her customer service was in lack that day. Its stated that surveillance footage of the interaction was reviewed but there are several discrepancies with the retort.First I did not come in to drop off an Amazon package. If I was the correct customer reviewed on tape, one would see I came in with just my product in hand to be mailed, and I purchased a bubble mailer to package my item. While I waited for the customer in front of me, I placed my item inside the bubble mailer along with the return slip and waited my turn.Second, I was ignored after the previous customer exited and waited briefly to approach the counter bc the employees appeared busy. I did not seal the bubble mailer in that moment bc I have had experiences with other UPS stores, where sometimes they want to observe the contents of a package before it is sealed. Kat proceeded the transaction and before I could seal it up myself she said she would take care of it. I would have preferred to seal it myself as the video would show I handled the package on the counter for the last time when she offered to seal it herself. I then entrusted her to seal the mailer promptly before escorting it to the back. It wasnt until she picked up my open package and proceeded to the back of the store with it still open that I kindly requested she seal the mailer before I left the store since she was the one in possession of it. When I asked her, I even apologized bc again, she appeared stressed and like I was a burden to her and I told her Ive had a bad experience before with unsealed packages going missing. I was mailing a $120 swimsuit back to Venus Swimwear. I wanted to ensure its safe arrival. As the daughter of a small business owner, I would completely understand if your allegations were the case but they are completely false. The little nuances of customer service and satisfaction that necessitate courtesies absolve the notion of what constitutes as free or chargeable services. I didnt appreciate her help once she responded begrudgingly. Had I expected her to seal my package upon my entrance, I could understand my fallacy but I am not delusional to my responsibility, as it was so crudely suggested. I properly conducted my errand and the account is incorrect. After having a widely successful retail business within my family over 35+ years, I know the first rule of business is making customers feel welcome and satisfied with the interactions that transpire in my store if I want them to return and I never vilify my customers.Employee was very rude for no reason. Girl working (Kat) huffed at me for wanting to see my package wrapped up before I left the store. She proceeded to bring my package to the back without sealing it. I kindly asked her to seal it in front of me and she gave me attitude. Unnecessary and disappointing.

My dad shipped me a package in October and I STILL havent gotten it!!! UPS tracking says it was left at our door but my husband was home all day and it was never there. Now they wont help. Only giving 2 stars because the service has been fine until now. I dont know if it is this location.

Shipped my mortgage check and wanted to track it was told it was going to arrive 4 days its been over a week and still in transit. Lender is wondering where its at? Was given tracking number, not for UPS USPS, had not idea, went to UPS store to ship UPS not USPS.Update:Received a very courteous polite call from this store yesterday about the package, apologizing that they didnt explain the chances of it being so late considering the contents and recommending a better route for shipping. (I would have paid extra.)As well as offering a number to call USPS. Was about to update my review, then I see the owners rude response on here. That is not how you treat a customer. I wish I could put half a star.

I have been shipping from here for a while now but no more as of today. The lady here is incredibly rude. And now they want to charge $1 to tape close each package that you ship. So if you just leave the top open because maybe you packed the box last minute in your car be prepared with some tape or pay money to have it sealed up. Even the USPS will tape boxes for free.

I havent had a problem with this store. People complaining about purchasing tape? PLEASE!...Tape costs money, so if you can get it elsewhere cheaper then get it. No one is forcing you at this store to package it up in the lobby and making you buy tape there. Do what I do, buy your supplies at walmart and package it at home, then simply drop it off. The post office has a free scale you can use also. (Then you dont have to worry about cost of tape or other supplies. UPS is a business to make money like any other business. If they can get a couple extra bucks because of your laziness or unwillingness to get tape elsewhere then expect it. I hate it when companies get bad reviews for stupid stuff. It reflects badly on them for no reason. Now, rudeness shouldnt be tolerated...but for people to complain they didnt receive a smile or a goodbye are just plain quacks. People arent obligated, or rude, because they dont meet your every social gesture. Everybody has bad days or have a life, (family issues etc) outside of work that weigh heavily on peoples minds at work.If they perform their service well, then be mighty glad you received that! Because good service is getting more and more rare. Quit whining so damn much babies! For those of you complaining about pickup times being at a specific time, wake up, that isnt true anywhere. Its only an approximation of the latest time its picked up. If its time sensitive, then pay for overnight shipping and get it to ups at the right time. God bless and peace to you all.

THIS UPS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THEY WANT YOU TO PAY 5.99 FOR A ROLL OF TAPE IF YOU NEED TAPE FOR YOUR BOX AND EVEN IF YOU BUY A BOX FROM THEM THEY STILL WANT YOU TO PAY FOE THE TAPE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY BUSINESS. THEY SAY ON THE DOOR PROUDLY OWNED AND OPERATED BY A MEMBER OF YOUR COMMUNITY BUT THEY SURE AS HELL DONT ACT LIKE IT. BOTH PEOPLE IN STORE WERE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO ANYONE ELSE THAN DEAL WITH THIS UPS STORE AGAIN. THEY WERE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE.

The website says overnight pickup is at 5:30, however when I arrived at 5:15 the employee told me the truck is gone by 5:00 every day. Keep that in mind if you have time sensitive information going out.

I would not trust this store to ship anything until you get a quote. They charged me $200.00 for a 35 lb. I had no control as I live out of state and they had my stuff so I had no choice. I think its called highway robbery
