Very poor customer service. The gentleman who mixes stains couldnt be bothered. Was acting like hes never heard of colored stain before. Wouldnt even entertain helping me out.

Last fall I was in the process of redoing my kitchen and using a unique color of quartz with an almost sea glass/ turquoise hue and creams in it. My custom cabinet builder Juha Ylonen from Finn Design Inc. suggested one section be a piece that looked like a furniture piece and he had me take my quartz piece and flooring to All Florida Paints and ask for Tim. They used a white light box to see the choices more accurately and that showed me how far off my first thoughts had been for the stain colors. What they picked was an amazing match and their customer service was wonderful. I have lived here in South Brevard since 1963 and always thought a certain brand of paint was made specifically for our area, and their stores also provided excellent service and would even come out to my home to assist me with paint and prep suggestions. I liked All Florida Paints after my kitchen experience and went back to choose colors to redo my garage and guest bath. My salesman GREG was fantastic! he was passionate about their paints and listened to what I wanted to do and had some samples suggested that I took home. I loved all of them. My next project is my whole exterior and large screened porch and so I have begun that quest for the perfect color and again went to Greg specifically! What I thought I liked was rather trendy and we discussed other options . As I was checking out with some more samples I asked Greg why I should choose Benjamin Moore Paints over Richards, Sherwin Williams etc and he was very honest in saying that he would not say anything bad about them and if you buy the higher end paints you are getting similar products, but he also went into some technical details of the materials in their paints that I do not remember. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about how our weather affects our paint, the materials we are painting and all of their products. I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL FLORIDA PAINTS in Melbourne on Laurie St.at the north end of Babcock.

Three star review, it was my first time going into a Benjamin Moore store and I had to go in there multiple times, the first time was great I found the color I wanted and got a test can of that tried it at home and it was perfect, I went back to the store to get a full can of that exact test color and it was not the same color. I had already used a quarter to a half a gallon before I realized it was not the same color as the test can. So I had to go back in there and they had to fix the paint I had left over to get it to the color we needed. I ended up not being able to finish my master bedroom because of having to paint over the mistake color with what I had left so I had to go into the store again and buy more paint. The first can of paint was 44$ and the second can of paint was 47$ I have no idea why I was charged more for the second can as all this was not my fault to begin with, thankfully I had a can of primer unopened they allowed me to return to help pay for the second can of paint. But still ended up paying a lot for two cans of paint. The entire time throughout this process Im sorry to say they were unprofessional and acted as if most of everything was my fault. I do not know much about paint but I do know if it is your job, you do everything to make sure the customer gets what they paid for without acting as if I was the problem. Im sorry to say this is the last time Ill ever go back in there. If I ever need another Benjamin Moore paint color I will be traveling to merritt island or rockledge now.
