Nice store typical of the Home Depot layout. Friendly and responsive staff, better than some stores Ive been to in other states like Colorado... They arent standing around in this store. Quick returns, all stocked so I got everything I needed.

They mustve changed leadership the last year or so because the employees are actually super friendly and proactively helpful now. Not what I was used to seeing before the pandemic.

Why offer curbside pickup if you never bring the order out? Would rate 0 if given the option.

I patronize this Home 🏡 Depot often and enjoy the selection of gardening flowers 💐 and products.It’s convenient and employees are knowledgeable.

Needed some wood cut to the size I needed and their employee did an excellent job.

A few weeks ago I went to this Home Depot looking for a replacement door lock as the existing one was just wouldn’t turn. I had carried the non functioning lock along to ensure fit. What happened next was really quite unbelievable. I chanced upon a store employee Mr. Christofano who took the time to understand my problem and examined my non functioning lock. After playing around with it for a few minutes, he looked up and told me, you don’t need a new lock. If you have the time, I can fix it. And the rest was history! I left the store with my old lock now perfectly functioning and didn’t have to spend a dime!The integrity displayed by this man is uncommon these days. He could’ve just sold me a new lock but his conscience prevented him from doing so. Now I make it a point to take my business to this Home Depot first.

Home Depot does not have anywhere for Cyclists to lock up there bikes. They need to build a Bike area for Cargo Bikes. Updated Infrastructure is definitely needed on that part.

Paid for LP gas exchange. ..While waiting for someone to come out and unlock the cage a blue/purple haired lady came out and said we have no gas and walked off.. I guess your system doesnt know what you have..so I carried this tank back and forth thru parking lot and had to go back in to customer service.. not cool gave you a 2star because CS was nice otherwise it would be 1star

Staff is always available to help when its needed.

This is one of best hardware stores in the area. This Homedepot is always fully stocked and I can usually find exactly what I need.

Counter tops take way too long to be delivered in fact they don’t even come to measure for them for almost two weeks after cabinets are installed and on hold an addition 3 plus weeks for Countertops. And my cabinet above the fridge was measured wrong and not able to be installed on the installation day. Not easy washing dishes in bathroom sinks either for a month. And you pay in full up front not half up front and half on satisfactory completion. They are at the mercy of the contractors they use who don’t work for Home Depot though just don’t recommend using them for kitchen.

Had trouble finding product in data cables. No one to help. If I had more time I would have gone up and down aisles looking for an available employee. Halloween display looked plentiful.

Looking to start spring off some color, this gold mound is great for that added pop.

Came here and the associates were very helpful asking if we needed anything. We got what we were looking for and the I love the self check out screens. They are huge and they definitely accommodate!

Decent location, you have to corner employees to get help but then its fine. Nice selection and prices. They do need to water more in the garden department, especially the plants in direct sunlight.

I am both a campaign veteran of the US Navy and a father. When I presented my veteran ID at the garden center on Father’s Day, the associate dismissed it. My ID matched what the associate had on her sheet of ID’s accepted. I held it side by side so she could verify as well, however, she continued to refuse and dismiss my veteran status. It is not the discount that matters, but the disrespect for something I earned from my time in the service. It is sad that those who have paid their dues to preserve the freedom of ordinary people just like her are not appreciated.As a veteran, I will always support those I served with and who continue to serve, even if certain places in our community don’t. My family and I will never shop at this location or any other Home Depot in the future.

Picking up my order was quick and easy. It doesnt always happen, but the staff was very friendly and happy this time.

Went for a mold and mildew remover for the outside of my home. Louise steered me to a fantastic product its called Mold Armor. Sprayed once took off the orange mold, second spray needed for a bit of the remaining area.

I ordered windows for the entire house, the sales guy sold me the wrong sizes (in stock windows) there were 2 he had to customer order due to size. I placed that order on June 5. My contractor picked up the in stock windows to attempt to install them, and none of them fit. So 11 days later (June 16), I had to place another order of all custom windows and I was just notified yesterday that they will not be arriving until SEPTEMBER 27th !!! But the other windows I ordered on June 5th are ready for pick up ?? I was told the other windows I ordered would be available for pick up 6 weeks from June 16 ! nobody can tell me why it would take 3 and a half months to get my order. There is nothing special about these windows. I had even requested, back on June 16th that they put in a RUSH order on those windows so that they would all be in at the same time....since their employee sold me the wrong sizes to begin with. I wish they would do something to get me the windows they promised to have ready by the end of July.

Used curbside pickup, it was ready, minimal wait time and one the road in minutes! Person bringing it was also very courteous!

Last Sunday my husband and I purchased a gas grill from the Home Depot on Wickham Road in Melbourne. We signed up to have it assembled and delivered to our home, we were told it would be assembled on Tuesday and we would get a phone call on Wednesday to set up a delivery date. This is Friday, I called to follow up on the delivery and was told it wasn’t going to be delivered until next Monday because it was entered in the computer incorrectly. I was speaking with Mariah at customer service and ask her if she could get a manager to see if there’s something they could do. Within 30 mins I received a phone call from Dave the manager, verifying my address and that someone was home to take delivery of the gas grill. He and Reggie delivered the grill in the managers truck. Now that’s customer service!! Thank you to all for their assistance in this and for a job well done!!

Great store and great staff. An employee named Kyle was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in a retail environment. The man really deserves recognition. Everything is always stocked and there’s always someone around to help!

Visited store in Melbourne Fl, Wickham Road. Accidently went to Pro cashier to check out. I told her my mistake Ill go to regular cashier. She said she could help. From there I had no eye contract, no thank you, or your welcomes from her. Its like I completely ruined her morning. This is why I go to ACES when ever possible. Its worth the drive!

It never ceases to amaze me how difficult it is to get help here. The last time we were here, a clerk told us they didnt sell saw horses. I wonder what he thought they were... This visit, we couldnt get service in the appliance department.

My son accidentally broke a water pipe out back so I ran to home depot looking for help. A nice lady helped me find all the parts I needed and told me what to do. With her worded assistance, we now have a fixed pipe in the backyard.

On my last visit, I saw lots of Home Depot employees just walking around, but not one of them asked if they could help me find anything, or even greeted me. Lowes isnt much better. I miss having the Ace Hardware store close by... they know how to treat customers.

Worst experience ever. Theyre open until 10, we walked in after 9. Around 9.15. Nobody wanted to help us. Their attitude was beyond acceptable. I was looking for a firepit for my backyard. The woman who was working that night and supposably was responsible for that area (did not get her name) was too busy chatting with another employee so she found us disturbing and her behavior was not trying to hide it. She wouldnt even walk to the area with us, I guess that was just too much to ask. Anyway she just practically dismissed us. Thats why I went to Lowes and bought my firepit there.

It was a nice store that presented all thier markdowns clearly. I went in this establishment just to peek at the flooring options. I saw they had tile, vinyl, and other options. It was magnificent! They had flooring that Ive never seen before including the under part of new flooring. I think it is called padding? I really dont know the man who tried to help me. I think he was too busy on his phone. Idk either way loved the place and the prices.

This is my preferred home improvement store. Easy access. Clearly labeled, wide, clean aisles. Good inventory. Clean. Masks required for now.

They have no cash at some machines. I used. Gift card and had to struggle with moving to a machine that had cash. So it was really inconvenient

The lady in the paint department was very helpful when we were trying to pick out pants for a house. She showed us how to use the paint computer and assisted us for about 15 minutes suggestion for us.

Akela and Karen from the Appliance department were EXTREMELY NICE and wonderful human beings!! They made my night and by far have given me the best Home Depot experience ever! :)

Really useful staff. Got the shrubs and plans I needed.

I had a yard tool that had a lifetime warranty to it. It broke while using it. Took it to Home Depot (the one on N. Wickham) and was warmly welcomed at the entrance. When I explained my issue, the manager was able to replace the tool without any issues. This is such a great store to shop at. Not just because it is a Home Depot, but because of the friendly and knowledgeable workers there.

Just had the best customer service with Loretta. She is a phenomenal employee and Home Depot is extremely lucky to have her. So glad we asked for help. A great store. Easily a 5/5 rating.

A little difficult to find help in the isles,, especially on the weekends,, but better than Lowes.

Usually a good experience. But the guy today seemed to treat me like a shoplifter and was rushing me to make the purchase even though I had more to buy. Always frustrating when you spend a lot of money some place only to be treated like dirt.

Due to several preexisting conditions I needed curbside pick up. The employee that brought out my items was helpful, followed my instructions, understanding and polite. My order was correct and ready ahead of time. I appreciate the good service.

I bought a 4 appliance package in November, it was supposed to be delivered February 4th, it wasnot delivered until the end of March. The first installers couldnt install the dishwasher so I had to wait home another day for a 2nd set of installers. The 2nd installers could not do it. They said I have to order a bracket for $10 which they could not take payment for over the phone. So another trip to home depot. Now the 3rd set of installers is coming in another week or so. Hopefully they know how to put a dishwasher in. Its ridiculous the lack of communication and then the home depot employees dismissal of my complaints oh its a 3rd party that does installation well I went to home depot not a 3rd party. It should be home depots responsibility to insure communication is active between them and the 3rd party that they hires. Not mine.

Very nice and helpful unlike other hardware chains. Returns are easy and people are pleasant to deal with.

Spent 20 minutes waiting for assistance to be sure I was buying the correct product. Finally gave up and made a choice and took my purchase outside to try it out. It didnt work out for my needs so I took it back inside to customer service for a refund. The clerk was cold and rude. She asked what was the problem and I told her. She said, Oh, would you like some assistance Sir? I told her no, I was done waiting on assistance and I just wanted my money back and I will take my business elsewhere.

Went to the garden center. I found the seeds I needed and a pot for them. They had a self checkout for the garden center and that was great considering the line.

My husband and I started a big renovation on our house recently and I was told about the Bid Room (great deals on orders over $1500). Emily at the Pro Desk at the Home Depot on Wickham never ceases to impress me. She always goes above and beyond to help me find the right products at the best price. I honestly dont know what I would have done with out her.

Nice HD on Wickham Rd in Melbourne, FL. They did advertise a Citronella plant to slow mosquitos, but then didnt have any!!
