These guys know what theyre doing and will not choke around when it comes to servicing you as a customer.Whoever does the hiring, does a good job as these guys no their stuff left and right. Awesome experience, I wasnt in there for more than a minute before someone came over to help me find an obscure screw size. He was able to find it quickly and was very helful. The entire atmosphere was friendly and I will continue to bring my business there over the other big name hardware stores.

Man went in here with my buddy who most obviously had been enjoying his time before he got there...I went with him to get a fuse to try and fix his turn signals...I couldnt figure it out fast enough for his liking I guess because he went in and asked if dude would help..The clerk came out and a.customer im guessing a regular also came out and attempted to help...so A for effort...dude was def messed up and I thank you for handling yourselves accordingly with him

This is always my favorite place to go for any of my Hardware needs love downtown Eau Gallie Art District. This is one of the oldest Ace Hardware stores in town well worth the ride to get the awesome service they provide.

So here I am driving down US-1 and I see this elderly man leaning over holding a $10,000 camera with the lens so I pulled over and asked him if he was all right and he was telling me how he is a cancer survivor of all many different kinds of cancers and he served our country for 18 and 1/2 years through the Navy so he proceeded to tell me how he was walking to Ace Hardware which was three and a half miles away after hes already walked two miles and I couldnt very well let him walk in 92-degree weather so not only did I give him a ride to Ace Hardware but in return I drove him home and he was more than appreciative but at first he denied me for even offering and all he needed was a couple of washers

George and his guys are awesome. They are always willing to help. And they dont make you feel like youre bothering them. Like some other places do.

I love this Ace hardware store! I could spend hours in there looking for things to fix and spruce up my home and garden. Staff is very helpful and so sweet! They know most of their customers by name. Great hometown feeling inside. Mickey is the best, greets people with a smile and gives you a have a good day when you leave. A tad pricey, but worth it to get the right stuff you need for a project the first time in .

This has been my favorite store for 5 years since we moved to the mainland. I walked in today with a mask on and saw two unfamiliar employees with no mask and an unmasked customer. One masked customer was on the other side of the store.One employee took me to the area I asked about. When he approached me, I backed away. Instead of helping at a distance, he walked away. He seemed to think it was funny that I did not want to be close to him as he told other employee why he was not helping me.I left and told him why. So much for helping local stores. I will go back to big company Home Depot. All customers and employees are masked. They offer help. They do not mock. They do not walk away.

My girlfriend went here to buy outdoor light bulbs. Instead of the staff helping her and showing her where the product was she needed, they tried to give her unnecessary advice. They claim that they did not have the bulbs that she actually requested and instead try to mislead her and confuse her when she knew exactly what she wanted. Instead of being helpful, they made a sexist joke about her inability to know what she was doing. My girlfriend is a very intelligent young woman who maintains her own home and knows the difference between an indoor and outdoor light bulb. She also does things like change the oil on her lawn mower and repair her Plumbing. She is not stupid. The owner of the store needs to re-educate all of the men and boys who work here about the fact that women are perfectly capable of identifying which light bulb they need. They dont need to be given advice.

Great hardware store. ACEs may not have as much stuff as the bigger hardware stores, but they have a lot of little things that the big ones dont have or that youd have to buy 100x of. Most of the time the prices are competitive with what youd pay online with shipping, except you get it immediately.

Decent selection

Employees not wearing masks and proud of it. Hard to shop small local businesses when they dont support the health of the community. I guess big box stores will get my business, sad to say.

I was having problems with some plumbing issues and had been to Lowes 3 times already. I Googled the closest Ace because they were the only ones that had the part I needed. The owner was very helpful with correct advice and I also had to call back once to ask another question. We finally figured it out, but loved the service at this store and will be back!

Favorite Ace Hardware. If I had the time and money to drive there whenever I needed something I would. But now I only get there when I can plan it into other chores. Say hi to George for me. One warning, not just for this Ace but for all of them. If you ask if they carry a piece of hardware and the answer “no” comes too quick, don’t believe it. Sometimes people think they know more than they do about the store stock. It’s no sweat off their back if you go find it somewhere else. If George says no then it’s true. Don’t go driving around town before you double check there is a good chance George has it in stock, and if he doesn’t he can get it. Two thumbs up.

Eau Gallie Ace Hardware has a very wide selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. And more importantly the staff is always willing to devote time to the customer and assisting him or her. I would definitely recommend Eau Gallie Ace Hardware.

The two older gentlemen working the store were extremely helpful and very informative! I needed to remove a stuck UHF antenna mounted on the roof of my truck. They picked out the perfect pair of channel locks for me with just enough bite and grip on the handle to wrench the antenna free.Have shopped here for a year or so and would highly recommend over a big box hardware store. Extremely personal with a mom and pop attitude. Well done guys

We love this little store. They always seem to have everything. Even some of the silly things my husband needs to fix stuff. No matter who you talk to they always know where it is how much it is. They can tell you how to use it and when to use precautions. The prices are very reasonable also.
