August 18th at 6:45am,Morning shift on the deli department needs to be re train on customer service.If customer ask simple question,it should be answer with a simple answer.Lead personal also defending bad behavior and attitude from employee.Won’t be going back

Top notch stuff for a gas station convenience storr. In here several times a week grabbing coffee, snacks, or more frequently, meals. The subs are so much better than what youd expect and the quesadillas are fire. Its often busy but Ive never bad to wait an exorbitant amount of time by any means. Quality.

I love Wawas I have been coming here every day for just about a year and I have always loved my experience. The customer service has always been great and I know just about everyone at palm bay road but I did a delivery order for doordash and an employee named Jeffrey was extremely rude, telling me to cancel the order because he told me that the order isnt complete because the cooks were working on it but I told him they finished it and he said you can cancel it and then told me he is going to cancel the order just because he is upset. I have never had an experience like that at Wawas where I felt uncomfortable and so disrespected. I hope this can be taken care of quickly.

This Wawa is my neighborhood gas station. The service here is so friendly - I love seeing Terri every morning, she makes my day! - and the staff there always makes me feel so welcome. Its become a part of my daily routine to stop by for coffee and a quick good morning from everyone there. The food is always good and the facility is always clean.

They most everything you need to get going day or night. Food it as good as any of the fast food joints around. The subs have never disappointed me. I am her a feed times a week.

Unprofessional cashier laughed at a customer for a transaction failure.

They deserve 0 stars. Went here once, made a purchase inside and within an hour my card was being charged fraudulently at 2 different Wawa locations over 3 hours away. I chose not to go back for almost a year. Again, made a purchase inside and again, within an hour got a fraud alert for a charge at a Wawa 2 hours away. Corporate doesnt seem to care there is a thief working at this location. Buyer beware.

Good food to order and a friendly staff. However, i would avoid the empanadas. They are no good.

Always has been a great experience previously. Had an issue with a customer service associate so spoke with manager who apparently was unable to respond to my issues.Would love to speak with someone who could have resolved my issues as they were just related to service.

Lunch is great! The breakfast bowl with eggs and the tiny bacon really was horrible. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs. The bacon was small and thin like you find in the grocery store (pre cooked) Stay away from the breakfast food. Sandwiches are always so very good for lunch!!!!

Ordered a quinoa bowl. The quinoa is completely uncooked and rock hard, literally. Nasty.

All i can say is Nicole is amazing. We came in last week and she was traing someone. Well our food was messed up. So i called and she assured me she would make it right. So tonight we came in and she did. Gave me a family sized corn chowder for free.... For our trouble! Thank you Nicole! You made my night!

Most of the food is really good. Their coffee and milkshakes are a must. Dont recommend the breakfast but sandwhiches and lunch is great. This location is clean.

12 people in line one cashier. Wanted to buy one of their cold sandwiches, but nowhere to heat it up. Seriously? never mind. Ill go over to 7-11 where I can heat up the stuff that I buy!

I was in town to do some work in the area, as usual I get my coffee, snacks and drinks for the day, usually a random gas station. Well a few weeks later, Im going through my receipts and noticed both times I was double charged for a coffee on one day, then a coffee and bag of chips the next. I work alone so this isnt possible. Pay attention to your receipts!

Tonight I ordered a flatbread sandwich with a potato soup( which I have ordered multiple times before ) well was really looking forward to eating this, but the whole top of the sandwich(the flatbread) was literally hard as a rock and could have broken my tooth. The soup was watery, tasted like nothing, which any other time it is chunky not watery. Well, my fiance goes to take it back because I couldnt even at least eat the sandwich, and the manager that works there at night(older lady) made like he was a liar about the time he walked in to order it when the time it was ordered is right on the slip, then asked him if he had the original slip which they tell you to put in the little basket. So she goes and asks multiple people if they seen him in there recently to order as if he was lying and they said yes, so she goes through the slips and finds it and says to him Im surprised I even found this slip Again making him seem like a liar. In the end, I was made a new flatbread sandwich( correctly made this time) and couldnt have the potato soup because it was made wrong Is what came out of the womans mouth so had to order a different soup. There was no apology said, its like the manager didnt even care. Ive worked at a wawa before and other places, and you are supposed to value your customers and not make them out to be liars but obviously this woman wanted to be right about everything like it was our fault that we received a terrible order. Ridiculous, and she should be fired.

Brand new store! Very clean and staff was very friendly. Food is great too!! Highly recomnended.

I can admit I have never been inside a Wawa until today. Thank You,...Deein and Kilah for my tasty Café con Leché just like my Abuela made it...and chicken strips and cheddar cheese sauce with delicious mashed potatoes. I loved it!
