I always have a good experience at 711. The customer service is great and now that you have the app with the rewards I like it even more!
I have lived next to this 7-11 for years. The standards at this store have fallen DRAMATICALLY since new management took over. 9/10 times i go to get coffee, the vanilla creamer dispenser is out, or like this morning, there was NO coffee other than decaf made. AT 8AM!! PRIME coffee time. The sandwich section is emtpy a lot as well. These things never happened when richard was in charge…they need him back. I will be driving to Wawa from now on, as their standards are always high.
They sells good coffee and donuts in the morning 😅🌄 plus a good store for everyday nix nix
When I go to get gas and or a snack and drink, 50% of the time the bathroom is out of order. That whole store needs a makeover.
Excellent customer service, excellent prices and of course excellent coffee ☕ what more could you ask for.. ☺
Richard always has a great attitude and always has good recommendations of new products he thinks I might like.
Got that GAS and the SNACK. Only place that sells non alcoholic 100% organic water in the area!
Fraud. Said my card was declined 3 times and all three times it did charge my card and come out of my account. There were funds. Manager refused to help and told us to just call the cops if we have a problem even after being showed that it was being removed from our account. $58 lost and they refused to give us what we paid for.
Went there for tornotos and they where not cook and I paid for 5 and only got 4
No wait and the lady working there was very nice
Nice place
Definitely my favorite local 7-11 store. The staff is always helpful and friendly to me. Their fuel prices are competitive. If youre looking for a quick snack, soda, or fuel- I suggest you check them out.
Sunday night 12/20/2020 clerks nasty.
The staff is usually very helpful and curtious, however the morning manager, I think his name is Richard swore at me with the F word plus a few other harsh words for apparently no reason . I actually have his comments that he made to me saved on my smart phone . I visit this store almost every day, I purchase smokes and lottery tickets . I probably spend 2 or 3 hundred dollars a week at this 7 11. I will not return to this store as long as Richard is working. Its unfortunate because the rest of the employees are very pleasant. People like Richard who have a potty mouth then wonder why they are forced to suck on the end of a pistol.
I dont normally write bad reviews, but on those rare bad occasions that someone was truly bad I will. I walked into this particular 711 about an hour ago with $2 in hand to buy a muffin. There was a little girl in front of me, around 8 or 10, trying to buy a brownie. My guesse is she may be trying to feed herself because her cloths were a little ragged but I could be wrong, its Florida and raining so my assumption could be wrong but still. She was a little short on cash so I offered to buy the whole thing. The clerk, dont know his name (middle aged, overweight, long ponytail, glasses, you get the picture), pulls the brownie behind the counter and tells me he cant allow me to do that. Why? I ask. Well sir she comes in all the time short on cash trying to buy food. Again I go back to my assumption that shes hungry and looking for compassion. I ask then whats to stop me from just buying the brownie and giving it to her when I leave. He restates again, I cant allow that, but he will let me buy my muffin. I took my muffin, tossed it on the counter told him he lost my business, walked out the door with the little girl, I turn back to him and say why dont you have some more compassion for people you A*#$*#*. Yes I cursed but to deny a child, especially when someone offers to pay for it in full is beyond me. After I finished walking out I handed the little girl my $2 and told her to go to the other 711 around the corner, 1/4 mile down the road. She said nothing, she gently accepted the money and just looked at me with tears in her eyes before running off. I called 711 corporate and put this particular person on report. They said they are going to investigate and take action. If they do, then I will take this post down. Until then, this will remain here. I am not saying to not go to this store, because I have had good experience with other employees before. Just that if you walk in and see him, say nothing, just set your items down, walk out and go to the other 711 right around the corner.
I love 7-eleven, but this store is the worst! 10AM on a Saturday. I was buying a couple of sandwiches and orange juice like I do regularly at several locations. I use EBT snap card so I get the sandwiches from the cold case instead of hot case, and then use microwave to heat them up myself like always. Cashier was stocking some items on a shelf and had a couple of boxes that were about 3 inches tall each. I grabbed one, said I need to use this, and went to nuker. Great way to carry my purchases to register. I put my drinks in it and my wallet and went to take out sandwiches. This little oompa loompa came out of nowhere and began removing my items from the box. I politely told him that I was using that. He shook his head and said,No, this is our box! If you need bags we have them at the register. I informed him that I was only taking it to the register because of my cane, its easy for me to carry. He then loudly said No its OUR box! Ask a cashier for help! I said The cashier knows Im using the box. He went to her and said something. She finally came to the front range up my stuff without saying anything. I ran my card. Approved. She said I still owed for the sandwiches. I said I got them from the cooler and heated them myself. She rang them up as if they came from the hot case. Said tough, now theyre hot. And refused to correct it. Ive been in this store four other times. Never had one employee who was helpful. Either rude or too busy gossiping with each other. Store is very poorly stocked, kinda dirty, and 50% of the time the restroom is out of order. From now on Ill go to the one by FIT where the employees rock and the store is amazing and they actually like it when people come to shop there. That bitter little man needs classes in how to work with the public properly or get a different job. Maybe try Walmart.
I arrived to use the air pump for my tires. I walk in to ask for change. The guys says youll have to wait for the register to open. Im thinking maybe hes starting his shift and I had to wait a few minutes. This was code for you need to buy something. I wait a few minutes and then he says we dont even know if the pump works. Use it at your own risk. People keep asking for refunds for it and were not giving any. I left. I get that youre not paid a whole lot so I dont expect a whole lot. But Im assuming placing money into the tire pump is spending money at the store so its not like Im just asking for change for something else. So Im thinking opening the drawer to give change shouldnt be that bad right? Am I crazy? Anyways, plenty of gas stations all over. Unless youre flat out of gas, I dont recommend giving this place another glance before passing it. Its super inconvenient to try to pull into regardless. Make a right on 192 at the next light and you will see close gas stations that are worth it.
Unbelievably rude service this morning which is uncharacteristic of my usual experiences at this store with the graveyard shift employee who is friendly and helpful. I went in at about a quarter after seven this morning and saw the hot rollers were on and full of food. Usually I visit this location at about 2-4am and the machine is off and empty. This morning I looked at the options and didnt see anything breakfast related and thought it strange there would be hot dogs, egg rolls, and taquitos cooking so early, I mean who eats a hot dog at 7am? So I simply asked if she knew when the food had been started, to which I was told, I dont know, it was all on here when I came in at 6am. Perplexed by the situation I asked, so this food could be from yesterday? This is when the cashier became particularly nasty and down right hostile. I was so shocked by her response that I cant quote her, but to paraphrase, no you idiot, 711 limits the food to four hours. Why would you say yesterday? I didnt say it was cooked yesterday! It was probably started at 530am How am I to know 711s policy regarding their food time limits? Or when they start the hot food? AND if she doesnt know when the food was started, and apparently there is no timer or record she can look at to check, how can she properly limit the food to a 4hr shelf life? I think thats a health code violation worth being investigated. This is one of the closest gas stations to my home and I frequent it almost daily, BUT NOT ANYMORE! Not during the morning time anyways. I hope the owner of this location reads this and fires her because shes an awful witch of a woman thats clearly taking her own problems out on the world and I cant be the only customer she has chased off and Im sure I wont be the last. To summarize, 10pm-6am thumbs up 👍👍 6am-2pm 👎👎🚫🚫🚫 no one deserves being subjected to that kind of unnecessary unwarranted hostility.
Ripped off. Monsters are 2 for 4. Rang up 4.47, 4.76 after tax. Cashier was too lazy to fix it. Should be fired.
Like any other convenience store
This has to be the most disgusting 711 Ive ever been too. I bought a sandwich and it had a hair in it!! The food doesnt even look fresh. Never again!!
