Compared to Lake Washington, the store does not have the merchandise it needs for the area. A lot of times, half the fountain machines are out of order, the staff can be rude and wont do anything about your problem with whatever is wrong. I live nearby and I go to either parkway or Lake Washington.

They don’t answer their phone. Who runs a business without a phone. Smh!
