The ONLY Reason Ive given this worthless place one star is because google wont let me give it ZERO.TWICE these people sold me defective equipment. my phone was unable to accept charge to its battery (plus some other issues) and I need to for my job so I cant wait for a week while the repair place orders the parts, waits as others phones are finished, then installs the parts etc...so I buy a new phone here, nothing too fancy...a few months later it HAS THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. I cannot charge the battery unless I physically SIT THERE and HOLD it in place for an HOUR while I watch TV or something.Ive told everyone I know about this worthless place and why it should be avoided like the Coronavirus. I sincerely hope it goes out of business

I stopped in to start up a new service and dealt with Holland who is the store managerAnd after telling her that I am a delivery driverThey sent me off with a business account and then told me I could also use HBO Max, Which turns out is not true. You Do not get HBO Max for free and after an hour and calling &! six times to AT&T customer service for all told me they would straighten this outI was finally told I need to call up the store so I did. I was not rude nor insulting To the gentleman who answer the phone But he told me not to have an attitude with himAnd when I told him I do not have an attitude but Ive been shifted around for the past hour and I wanted to clear this up he hung up the phone. Very unprofessional staff.

If I could give no stars I would. The guy was more concerned with watching soccer than helping me. He seemed annoyed I was even there. I was ready and willing to buy a phone. Sorry to have disturbed your soccer match. Guess Ill stick with Verizon. You know who I am.

Then I asked if AT&T has a Direct TV plan for snowbirds yet. She gave me the happy answer and even took notes for me (to start when I retire). Others on the AT&T team chimed in when not busy. 1st class service. And Im getting exactly what I need. Yay AT&T (my phone partner for all my life).

My boyfriend and I came in to this location on 8/13 around 5:40 PM. We knew they were closing soon, and we were those people...:( . Angel greeted us immediately and asked if she could help. We knew we wanted new phones, just werent sure which kind. When she told us about the Samsung deal, we couldnt say no. From start to finish, Angel and Bailey her coworker were both professional and knowledgeable on the products. I didnt even realize that Angel was in training until much later on. Just wanted to say Thank you for not making us feel rushed, and doing an amazing job. Customer Service skills at this location are great!! Thank you Bailey and Angel for staying until almost 8:00 PM.

This store teaches the associates to lie to the customers and say whatever they want to hear just to make sure they get the commission on the sale. Then you get your bill and it is way more then the sales associate told you. That amazing sales associate signed you up for all types of stuff saying it was free but it wasnt. My bill was supposed to be $180, its $500. Big difference. Go to a corporate store, not this store.

Today I went into the mall with the intentions of purchasing a new iPhone 7. I had the pleasure of being helped by a Ms. Angel Scott. Extremely professional and persistent with answering my questions. Not only did I pick up the new phone but she also helped me sort out some direct tv payment issues Ive been struggling with. 5/5

I was passing by in the mall, and had a question I thought could only be answered by a corporate store. I stopped in to ask if they were a corporate store, or an authorized agent - turned out they were an agent. Didnt matter, because they helped me even though they werent a corporate store... they were friendly, and as helpful as they could be even though they knew I wasnt planning to buy anything - thats very refreshing to see in a business!Kudos to these employees for going the extra mile to help an AT&T customer.

Zach sucks accused me of stealing a 4s iPhone (that my dad gave me). He was not knowledgeable or helpful. I practically had to beg him to get off his phone and help me. Seriously, I expect better service! My family has been with AT&T since 2010!

Business account messed up from day 1. Although staff were nice, they refused to resolve our billing issue and kept deflecting to customer service. In turn, customer service deflected back to the store. Account opened in November 2016 and our bill issues are still not resolved! I will NEVER buy from AT&T again.

Very frustrated with both my local AT&T store (Melbourne Square Mall) and corporate at this time. Over two weeks ago, I was in my local store getting a new phone and was asked if I would like to save money on my DirectTV, sure who wouldnt. The store associate arranged for a new U-verse package and told me nothing about my current service would change until install date. My cable was shut off that day and there was no available technician dates for two weeks. I called the local store and asked for the issue to be resolved, no response or call back. I call again about 4 days later, same person I met in the store answers and says theyll handle it and call back, no update or phone call. Today the long awaited technician comes, and after waiting for 2 hours for him to finish, he says he cannot install today because my BAN isnt being shut off until June 1st!! So now Im still without cable when I was told I wouldnt be (who knows if Im being billed for it), wont have any internet until Friday (where I will again have to take time out of my day for another technician), and nobody will call my back!! Absolutely unacceptable!!

I walked into the AT&T in the Melbourne mall just to look at phones when Chris approached me and started to help me. Even though I told him I had verizon, Chris was very knowledgeable about the plans and was able to convince me to switch over to AT&T. I just received my IPhone 6 and I am very happy with the service. Chris made the transition very simple and easy, also helping me to save over $50 a month and get a better plan compared to when I was with verizon! I switched to the Uverse service which I love. I was so happy with my experience that I now have another family member switching to AT&T. I would recommend this store to anyone of my friends and family, the team at this store is awesome!

To complain about them go to the BBB under Prime Communications in Sugar Land, TX. I did. Someone even attempted to alter my review there. In the store, bait and switch to an unlimited small business plan which was not cheaper and had worse benefits than a personal one. They sold me the Galaxy S8+ claiming they had one in store, finished the paperwork for the phone and the new plan and then told me that the store had no S8+ in stock and would have to get one which did not come in until the next Wed. Then I found out the business plan was bad and cancelled. On another occasion they sold me an ipad with my AT&T plan which turned out to be defective. We were told in the store to remove certain applications from the ipad and if that did not work, they would replace the ipad in the store. We did this and came back and they said that they could not replace the ipad at the store. Very deceptive sales tactics at this store with out right lying. I was on the phone for hours and hours with AT&T to straighten out the mess.
