Headed to Verizon for an Apple Watch Promo. Liam was very knowledgeable and showed us many features, what we needed to do, synced our watch and phone and told us what to expect on our bill, so there were no surprises. We brought home one that day and he ordered the other that came in just two days later. Went to pick it up and he went over everything again just be sure we understood. Awesome customer service!! Was great dealing with someone that truly cares about their customers! Thanks for everything, Liam!
Super pleased and happy with my experience and new phone! Samantha was the best in helping me decide which phone I should upgrade to, I decided on the Pixel 3a XL in black (which I absolutely love btw) She also updated my unlimited plan so I could get apple music included in my new plan all while still paying the same price. I went home and later decided I wanted my phone in the Purplish color instead, so I also want to point out how quick and easy it was for me to call Samantha back and have her order the other color for me with no problem. It was really fast shipping and honestly I was just excited to see Samantha again because she was so cool and friendly. I just got my new Pixel 3a XL in purplish and getting everything transferred was done in no time. I will definitely be coming back for all my Verizon needs.
About 2 weeks ago, Mason helped me get a new phone and onto new plan. Very knowledgeable and made it easy for me. The new phone was faulty and I had to get a new one within 2 weeks.With limited options, being just a couple of days before the big storm was supposed to hit us and not having overnight deliveries as an option, the team worked their magic. Samantha wouldn’t let me leave without a new phone and did everything in her power to help me, since they didn’t have a similar phone in stock. They made me feel like I was a person, and didn’t look at me as just dollar signs. I couldn’t go through the storm without a phone, and they went above and beyond to help me with that. They were even fun to hang out with while we worked through it!!Please give Samantha and Mason the recognition that they deserve!!
I came into the store after receiving a quote from ATT and was planning to switch over to them. Keisha was awesome and helped me save money on my bill and prevented me from switching, will definitely be coming back here when Im ready for a new phone! I’m so thankful that Matt helped me last night when I came into the store! I had been using AT&T for a while and wanted to come back to Verizon because of the quality of service. I live in a dead zone where I was only getting one bar with AT&T. I was constantly having dropped calls and hardly having any streaming capabilities. Matt made the transition back so easy and he was genuinely friendly and held great conversation. I am just going back to school this semester for college and needed a new iPad and keyboard as well for classes. I came in after class, so the store was about to close but Matt stayed after to help me get set up with everything. The reason I’m giving this store a five star review is because I’ve never experienced this type of excellent customer service from any store and am beyond happy! Thank you for going above and beyond! Now I can do my assignments for class with ease.
This was the easiest phone transfer ever. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with getting my information transferred to my new iPhone Pro Max. Highly recommend coming here if you want to upgrade your phone.

Went in just to browse about switching to Verizon from T-Mobile and Liam was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Told me every promo they had from trading in my iPhone X to get the 11 Pro. Informed me what to expect on my first two bills and how to go about getting my military discount. Ended up picking up a Cellular Series 5 Apple Watch and the 11 Pro and could not be happier. Liam was super helpful throughout the whole process and even continued to monitor my old phone while my iCloud Backup finished. And he called me when it was done to verify that he could wipe my old phone. If you’re looking at getting a new phone or switching to Verizon, definitely go talk to Liam! I’ll be sure to go back when I’m looking to upgrade again.
Amazing customer service. Held the product for me and even pulled various options aside to show me before I even arrived. Installed the screen protector in the exact amount of time it took me to check out. Was in and out in less than a minute with everything i needed .You dont see service like this these days, but here you do. Purchase was made at 850pm Saturday 19 January.
Be careful when you ask them about their promotion if you would like to switch to Verizon. I was told that I will get a full high unlimited speed hotspot Internet with the promotion price but once I paid for the service fees and switch to Verizon one day later I discovered it was a lie. I was 100% Sure that he got my question about the service I am looking for. They just want to get you in . So unprofessional!!

Jessica, the manager, is awesome. This store is locally owned and they take great care of their customers. Stop in to see them, You wont have to wait in line like at the busy store down the street, and they have better specials. They even do a backpack giveaway every year.

Walked in with my family and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the black guy at the counter had his head down watching inappropriate videos on his phone. He never looked up to even acknowledge us.
Patient, helpful, and non-scammy. Great guys when I went in there just before they closed. Did not try to upsell my plan but lowered the price actually while giving me more data, and told me the ACTUAL best option for a MiFi device.

Verizon techs were unable to correct the problem with the way in which we retrieve our messages. The voice mail retrieval just changed without any specific known reason and they couldnt reverse the procedure. Not good. Going to another Verizon store.

New to the area, we went to the Verizon store in Melbourne on 192. We received less ththg acceptable quality of service, leaving us more confused, with no assistance or answers to the issues that led us there for help in the first place. Experiencing the same problems on the majority of our lines. We left very unhappy and more confused wanting to change carriers with the same phones we went in for help with . My daughter remembered that there was a Verizon store in the Melbourne Square Mall so we went there and received top notch service from their whole team. During the process of assisting and educating my daughter, since I suffer from memory loss/impairment they had actually been actively listening to what we were having issues with and provided resources that we had access to from Verizon and Samsung that would help us with more than we knew existed for FREE. They went above and beond, know we know what being part of The Verizon Family is all about and my daughter was able to experience first hand the difference between the two stores. That was a valuable learning opportunity for her, paying for a service and being able experience the difference between two very close stores, less than a mile apart showed her how actively listening is important to the customer and for up selling products that will assist us and cushion their well deserved paychecks. Having voice recognition availability, a bluetooth headset, bluetooth car communicator has made communicating with others a lot easier. With my multiple health issues, one of which is rheumatoid arthritis, makes everything I do challenging, it has limited life from not being able to use my hands to write/type and having a family member be able to recognize and suggest equipment cant be replaced. The customer service was exceptional,they worked as a team, my daughter and I got to work with three of the stores employees, Alicia (?), Vee, and the store manager, Joesph. He seems to not have to micromanage and is an excellent example of what a team leader is all about. Kudos to all three of them, the dream team. I know money is tight first hand but the difficult issue I brought into them and the way they included us throughout the process, starting with problem resolution and completion completely satisfied me and provided service recovery for the lack of customer service at the 192/New Haven store. Many thousand thanks! I will never chat online with a representative, go to another store. Im loyal, and believe there was a reason. You deserve bonuses and raìses, wish I could personally do it. You 3 should be responsible for hiring and training all new hires. Youve set the bar higher than I ever expected or experienced!
