With such a high review score on Google for a store like a cell phone carrier, I thought the reviews were fake, but maybe this place really is that good. My experience here was very pleasant. Winnye and her team were very quick, personable, and professional. There were a lot of customers when I arrived, but they juggled everyone and their needs deftly, as quickly as could be mustered, and with personal attention. I wanted to get my phone number moved from an old ATT business account to a new personal T-Mobile prepaid account. The questions they asked demonstrated they know a lot about scenarios like mine and probably a lot of others. They didnt try to sell me on any crazy plan upgrades or unneeded accessories or anything. They just knew what I needed and did only what I asked, and it was really quick. My experience here really put my first encounter with T-Mobile off to a great start.

This store charged me $112.50, because I pre-ordered the note 20 plus and Austin made a mistake and order the wrong color. When I took the wrong color phone when it arrived in the mail back to the store to change it for the right color. The store manage did the swap, but he told me that he had to charge me the taxes for the phone again and I will be credited the taxes that I already paid the first time. Little did I know he lied to me and charged me a restocking fee for the mistake that they made. I found this out, because I am looking for my credit so I called customer service only to find out he didnt charge me tax money he charged me a restocking fee. So customer service told me to go back to the store and I could be refunded and they refused to refund me because they said all phones have a restocking fee if they are returned. I totally understand that, but I shouldnt have to paid for a mistake made by them and then for the store manager to lie to me telling me I will get my tax credit. Long story short they stole money from me. Dont shop there go to another store, because there turnover rate is bad and they cant fix there own mistakes, because they are a third party store. I suggest you to only go to the corporate store across the street.

Scratch that they are just the same as 192 making financial decisions for the customer when i added a line my bill that was 86 monthly for 2 lines went up to 351.00 because of service they added in store that I DID NOT ASK FOR WHEN I WENT BACKTO HAVE A DICUSSION ABOUT THAT THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE! SO IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS THEY WOULD GET NO STARS BUT THATTS NOT AN OPTION!
