Man oh man, what a pleasant difference from the other Verizon stores Ive been to in other states. Miguel hadterrific customer-service skills. He was knowledgeable, helpful and not rushed. Two thumbs up!
The customer service in this store is nonexistent, we were greeted at the front door and told that we would be waited on in a few minutes. As we waited we saw the manager Madelyn just standing there talking to one of the sales people, she was totally ignoring the customers waiting for service. Eventually she came over to see what we needed, I told her that their customer service sucks and that we had been waiting a really long time, she was obviously offended and said that she would get me an associate as soon as she could. She ended up pulling an associate from another customer to help us, thats not good service for the other customer. Why couldnt she help, doesnt she know how? We were there for quite a while and she didnt do anything, it seems like a manager would be willing to do any job in the store. If I could give less than a one star, I would.
Went there to drop off 2 phones as I was directed to by Best Buy and Verizon. I was helped by a Manager Named Vivian, extremely nasty and rude with 0 Customers service experience and knowledge of her job. I get it these days they will hire just about anybody. Verizon, screen and train your people, have some customers service training classes so you dont have people like Vivian working for you!
My wife and I both ordered new Samsung phones from this store on 7/17/2021 and they arrived at our house on 7/27/2021. This evening, 7/29/2021, we went to the store to get them set up. Devan (Mgr) was super helpful and patient while assisting us with the transfer of data from our old phones to the new ones as well as answering questions we had about our account information. Running low on inventory but that is the case everywhere at this time. Staff was very helpful and informative explaining difference between phones and plans.
Had to wait a over 30 minutes, then was told what I came in for had to be ordered. The worker did not look happy that I did not want to wait for the order. I left to consider a different purchase.
Our trade in to get an iPhone 12 was quick and painless. The worker who helped us, Frank Buck, was extremely helpful and nice.
The staff are terrific. You will wait a bit, but its worth it. They always fix all our issues & help us with everything! They are the best!

Jarbari patiently answered all of our questions, even with our screaming baby. He saved us a lot of time, and was very clear. I would definitely come back to this store in the future.
Spent an arm and a leg and was told my first bill wouldnt be for at least 30 days. It is due December 2. Service was good, but was too much of an impulse buyer. Beware of all the deals they offer, they can really add up quickly.

Disappointing. Upon arriving was told it would be 20 minutes before someone could help us. After 30 minutes was told they did not have the screen protector in stock.

These people are rude and don’t care about customer service. If this was a local company from 30 years ago, they would be run out of town. But since it’s owned by Big Tech. They don’t care about the customers. The employees figure they will still have a job tomorrow. Need a solid resolution to a phone or bluetooth issue? Look no further than Greg! I went in 9/18/2020 because my ear pods were not giving me the volume I needed (Apple to Galaxy) and he figured out there was an ongoing issue. Because of misinformation I was given, previously, Greg went above and beyond to trouble shoot, and ultimately, I walked out, satisfied. with a new pair of Buds Live with amazing sound. Cant beat Verizon reps like Greg. Thank you!
After 9 yrs, had to go. Pd bills on time, never gave them any problems, but they just never acted like they really cared to help us out if we had a problem! Tired of getting the run around! AT&T was only too happy to help!

And also after picking up a phone in store arent they required to activate it before you leave, nope, guess that wasnt explained in their training. N on top of it the sim card that came w new phone was garbage. And WILL be headed to Sebastian fl. store location to get this fixed.

I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store. This store surpasses the Rockledge and Merritt Island stores. The Manager Kevin did a fabulous job at explaining the pricing and billing. While my sales associate Jarbari did a superb job helping answer all of my questions and helping me select a plan. Additionally, I would like to give a huge thanks to Frank and Miguel who helped troubleshoot all of the technical issues :)) Overall, fantastic job boys and whenever I need help or a new phone I will no doubt be coming back to this store!
I took my phone in 9/8/2020. My phone had downloaded new software, after that text and email worked, but no phone. The reps persevered to find and fix the problem in a timely fashion. They were friendly and assured me that it wasnt something I had done to the phone that disabled it. Thank you.

I was a Sprint costumer and switched to Verizon. I am so glad I did. Miguel, at the store in New Haven, was a great support to me. It took me 4 or 5 days of dealing with Sprint over my daughter’s phone to no avail. Miguel was so patient and did everything he could to help me until we resolved the issue. I highly recommend Miguel!!!
Customer service was good. Even with an appointment and no customers in the store ahead of us, we still had to wait a few minutes but once we had a representative, we were able to do all we needed to in less than 15 minutes. Id say thats pretty good for a cell phone store, even for Verizon.

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 20 years. I need to upgrade my phones. Called customer service as I have when the need has arisen over the last 18 years, spent 30 minutes on the phone only to have them tell me the store is better equipped to help me. Fine, made an appointment at this place. 12 noon, Friday of Mother’s Day weekend. Four small children in tow. We arrived a few minutes before noon, check in and say “I have an appointment at noon” to which the gentleman looks very confused and adds me to a list and says “you’re next in line.” Ok, why on God’s green earth did I make an appointment only to be on a waiting list? Well, I am here, how long could it take? Going on 20 minutes later I still have not been helped, and my kids are getting antsy. Clearly this was a mistake. If you do not mind waiting, go here, maybe they are nice - who knows. I can tell you they had no regard for my time and did not care that I had an appointment. It was clearly first come first serve. If that is how you run your shop, that is fine, then do not make appointments you do not intend to keep. It is disrespectful of customers’ time. I respected the appointment and got there on time. Not having my time respected back was very bad customer service. AT & T, here we come. Hard to believe customer loyalty has gone out the window with Verizon. Sad day.
The one thing I dont like about the Verizon store is that they do not let it be known to people that you can call and schedule an appointment. We were waiting a long time. Other people who came in after us went ahead of us. We got angry. When we talked to them they reveal this nugget about you can schedule an appointment. It still should be handled better. There should be some notice about people with appointments come first when its their time. Also we were talking about a new third-party product that they were supposed to be able to communicate with. No one knew anything about it. Not at the store not when we called nobody. Very poor way to do business. The only good part was we found one person who could at least understand what we were trying to tell them. Unfortunately it still didnt work out all the way. But we did find someone else at the third party who could at least tell us why it didnt work out.
Made a 4pm appointment, arrived at 3:52. They said there were 2 people in front of us. I asked, if you knew I had an appointment at 4, why are you putting us behind them? He didn’t know why they are making/accepting appointments?Total lack of customer service. We left and will not come back to this store.
Great customer service! The manager Greg helped me over the phone and Astrid helped me once I got to the store. Though I was unable to get the product I wanted because it was sold out, they ordered it for me with expedited shipping. I’ve been with other phone companies before but these guys went above and beyond on making this process as smooth as possible.
We had a great Experience at the West Melbourne Verizon store today. Daniel Carey took the time to help us with switching over our iPad service. Our needs didn’t involve buying anything new at the store or adding service yet Daniel took lots of time helping us. He answered all of our questions, accomplished what we went in for and and made us feel like he cared!
Current Verizon Customers Beware - I attempted to purchase a Note 9 from them but they were back ordered, so I went over to Best Buy to pick up the phone and come back over to ask for help with it. COLD SHOULDER - not surprisingly when you need to buy something they are there to help, but Technical Support for a long time customer- NOA Rep who could provide basic tips and tricks for an old timer - NOThe rep didnt look at me or even provide eye contact - he was just staring at his tablet. Just stick to the phone reps- theyve helped me with new purchases and tech support in the past - never got a cold response to them.

Promptly greeted at door. If youre,buying new equipment youll be served quicker than if you have questions. I had a question about my phone not charging. I was quickly greeted and was shown a fast charger. It was cheaper than buying a phone. SOLD!. But not so fast, have you seen this new product??? And so it went......

Mary at the Corperate Verizon store on 192 in Melbourne, FL was wonderful! She was such a great help to my husband & I. He needed a new phone & she was so knowledgeable & prepared that we ended up getting not only a phone, but the case, screen protector & a Gear S3 watch too! Mary is a great salesperson & finds ways to save you money too!

I wanted to let you know to be more specific the manager in the store last night was wearing a name tag entitled solutions manager. We waited for over 40 minutes there were three customers being helped. there were three customers waiting to be helped including my wife and me. He just walked around inquiring whether or not we were signed in. He could have simply helped us select a product get it started and then the other guys could have finished it. However he created no solutions only problems. you all should really look into his management style or your training because it is completely off the mark
Interesting how my T-mobile phone said lost GPS signal 3 times while in Verizon store(maps Was in the middle of a trip). This had Never happened before and never after. This makes one wonder whether they block the signal on purpose somehow, possibly to make The other companies look bad. Also, They had no good incentives.

Well. Read the reviews..I chose this place because close to me and good reviews..I should have listened to the bad reviews because they were right.. I came in needing 2 phones and new contract..First spoke with Frank very harsh ..I ended up leaving only you come back as and deal with miguel he answered all my questions as well my girlfriend questions.. we had to call main office to authorize merger of plans the guysin the phone helped us get a plan that was closer to wed hat I had ..We ordered phones online as and picked up at this store. All went well till I decided to have a screen protector installed on my phone so it would be protected when I left the store.Galaxy s10 plus..Miguel soda this is a hard protector to install I need to go in the back room to install because this is difficult to install so I waited and he transferred me to a supervisor Kevin to finalize my install .. He gave me my phones as they were uploading my info ...I went home letting my phones upload. I proceeded to look at my manual and read about my new purchase and learn how to work my new phone only to find a note stating this device is packaged with a screen saver..sooo I purchased a screen saver and when I got home no extra screen saver in the box...would have been nice to mention this is equipped with a factory screen saver for you want to replace the factory one.. looking at my screen saver it is factory installed fuel you wrinkles in film and mot the heavy duty one I purchased for 38.00 dollars plus taxes...Dont want anyone to be taken advantage of or at least ask sales rep if phone is already equipped a factory protector and not be taken advantage of....Miguel said I need to go out back to install this protector...uuummm yea so he could remove the one I bought and install on someone elses phone....
For their volume of customers they should have more staff. The waiting period is about 1 hour or more, should have more employees to attend the demand... and best way for returning items, so customers for return do not overcrowd the store.One star for not have a process for crowding times.

Very very poor service from a woman named Rachel. Promised me pricing which did not match the bill I got, my bill was almost $90 more than what she told me. I was also told that I would be able to get my texts and voicemails back from my previous carrier which did not happen! She seemed to be more concerned with her phone than helping me with mine. If I had known the customer service would have been this bad I would have never switched carriers. Overall unimpressed with my experience.

Typical phone store. Good sales people and helpful in product selection. If gift recipient wants a different phone color, Verizon charges a restocking fee, even for an unused phone.
If there was a negative score, I would give it to themI had non stop problems with my brand new phone, due to a software issue, and after calling tech support 4 times, was advised that my best course of action was to go to the store so they could help me. To make a very long problem filled story short, I needed my phone to be completely reset, but the phone would not backup.my pictures or videos to the cloud, the computer, or my SD card. So I drove 30 minutes to the closest store, waited 20 minutes to be helped (I use that term loosely), and was immediately told by the TERRIBLE employee that I needed to go home and do it myself. And you can quote that. Then I asked why tech support told me to come to the store for assistance, as a last resort, she replied I dont know, I cannot read monds. By the looks of these reviews, management needs to replace their employees, or be terminated themselves. This is NOT how you treat customers! I ended up going to beat buy, where the gentleman sold me a larger SD card to store my priceless photos, and transferred all of my files for me. THAT is how you treat a customer. I will.tell anyone and everyone to stay away from this Verizon store, I managed a retail store for 5 years and my employee wouldve been terminated on the spot for speaking to a customer that way. And by the way, I ended up being sent a new phone, because mine was defective. Nothing but problems with Verizon so far, youre no better than Sprint.
Very helpful in getting me a new phone and more then happy to let me look at all the accessories. Only thing I found was they kind of have a car dealer approch to selling the phones, still very nice though
This place hes a bad sales person who lies to the customer, when go to up day a phone, tells u that a piece comes with it and at no edition cost too u, and when u get a bill a month always for 200.00. Then dont know thing so Im going again on Friday Ill give an up date with the same persons name.

Polite and knowledgeable staff, but they are in desperate need of assistance. Four people were working, but they needed at least 2 more, and all 4 were in a mad rush to get folks assisted. We had to be put on a waiting list and then had to sit and wait for nearly half an hour. Verizon, you have good staff ... how about helping them out?
