I purchased a new phone and line today from Angela in the store. Not only was Angela the most knowledgeable technical customer service representative Ive ever encountered but her kindness made me feel welcomed. I have been with many phone providers over the years, but due to Angelas professionalism I will be a customer for life and will be bringing all of my other lines over to the Metro family.

HORRIBLE. First he tried to scam me into buying a new phone and lied and told me I couldn’t use an old phone I still had after my phone was stolen. He told me I had to get a whole new line. Only AFTER I paid over $70 did he tell me I could’ve called 611 and had it switched to my spare metro phone for $17. He lied and said he couldn’t give me a free case, ( I’ve always received a free case when purchasing a new line and when I told him this he flat out called me a liar) THEN as he set up my very unnecessary new account he used MY OWN FIRST NAME as my pets name for my security question because he’s just that incompetent, and did not use my 8 digit pin I specifically asked him to use. This made it impossible for me to access my account so I had to drive all the way to the corporate store to get the problem resolved. And for the final straw, after I was blatantly told I didn’t even need a new account I demanded he refund me and fix my problem that I originally just needed a new SIM card for he told me to get out..... I‘ve reported him to corporate who were appalled at the way I was treated and I’ve also reported him as a fraudulent dealer to the BBB. I’ve never had to do anything like that ever in my life but this guy is seriously a scam artist, he flat out lied to get our money then basically laughed at us when we figured him out. I may even make a police report to ensure that after I dispute this unwanted transaction on my credit card I receive every penny back for this account I literally have no use for and have never even made a call on. The corporate store waived my SIM fee and switched my plan for free to the replacement phone I already had with no issues at all. Oh and they gave me a free case, surprise surprise.... Go to the corporate store on Lake Washington in Melbourne, trust me please they’re cheaper, give better deals, more free perks, and they’d NEVER lie to you to scam you out of your money.

Chase was so accommodating and informative as I was very hesitant on my apple purchase. I am not from this area and I have gone to several metro pcs stores and he by far was the kindest, knowledgeable employee. Thank you Metro for hiring such a great employee.

Hadeel greeted us real good. Excellent at discounts. Very good, really enjoyed the customer service. She sells your product and makes sure you have everything you need. Moe needs to give her a raise. Rani was very helpful too!

Bought a phone for a friend here and it was a good deal, not real impressed with the management at these locations the employees are good the manager is so bad that he caused me to quit using MetroPCS for my own phone. Now I go to T-Mobile much better customer service at the 192 office.

Price changed 3 times in 20 minutes for the same plan /phone.. Not sure if this is representative of the store or just the employee. Going back tonight to pick up the phone, will do so at the company store on Lake Washington /Wickham though. Feel they may be a little more honest from the start.
