It was a pleasant experience. There was a line of cars when going for appointment but the service advisor wrote it up and said done by 3pm, and it was. Very good service.
Offered 17.5K for my trade in. Asked for and got 18K. Looking for a specific vehicle and although not on the lot they looked for one and found it within a half hour. Stressed that a test drive a similar vehicle just to make sure Id be happy with my purchase. Salesman, General Manager, and Finance very professional. Second vehicle Ive purchased from this dealership. So far, two for two.

Amanda was very considerate of my time and the cost of the service required for my vehicle. When it became obvious that my car would not be ready before I had to leave for work she arranged a rental vehicle for me. She explained that it was more cost effective to get all the work completed for the 120K mileage maintenance at one time to save on labor costs. And my problem with the headlights was resolved as well. I can see much better at night thanks to the hard work by the mechanic, John Dechert.

This has to be one of the best places I have ever purchased a vehicle from. There was absolutely no pressure. I inquired about a vehicle online. I received a text from a salesperson Joseph who actually waited for me to contact him back before continually calling me. Once I arrived at the dealership Joseph was busy, instead of making me wait for him he had another person Angelo assist me who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked above and beyond, provided information that not only helped me understand the process of this purchase but would help me in future purchases as well. There is no doubt that I would return there for any future purchases and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I had picked up my vehicle after 5pm so my service advisor had gone home. She kept me informed throughout the process and was very professional and polite. Crystal went above and beyond.

For the most part, Everything went great, my new service advisor Petter did an excellent job.It was time for service maintenance and to my knowledge all was done, oil change and checks. It was done in a timely manner once I dropped it off.Two areas for improvement,1. time to get an appointment, I had to wait about a week for an oil change. I have always said, I am able to drop the car off early in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. I do not need an “appointment time”. Coastal should figure out how to make this work2. I wa not aware that the curtousy car/van was not running. I walked 3 miles home and back. I told them I was walking home, no concerns. I also saw at least 4 loaner vehicles on the lot ….

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get my brakes and transmission checked and or serviced on my recently purchased used vehicle. When I checked in today. I was told the transmission specialist was not in on Saturdays and I should come back during the week. I work during the week and have a 50 mile round trip commute and need my vehicle during the week. Thats why I scheduled my appt for Saturday. Well, I got my brake fluid changed but brakes still feel the same and did not get transmission checked. Wasted morning. My remainder of the manufacturers warranty more than likely will run out before I can get back for the transmission. I had a bad experience 13 years ago when I bought my 09 Galant (GREAT CAR and still running but bad dealer experience) but figured Id give another chance. This time, not so good car, and same bad experience.
Very quick and polite, and explained everything about my car servicing in detail. They also warned me about any potential costs in advance so there was nothing to blindside me (and even then it was just worst case costs in case there were complications with my car, but they only charged for servicing since they didnt find anything). I highly recommend these people.

My husband and I have been talking about getting a New-Used vehicle and trade in our current vehicle which was a 1999 Dodge Durango 4X4. So I was looking for a private party seller and couldnt find anything we liked with low miles. I was on Facebook scrolling thru my news feed and came across a post from Coastal Hyundai showing they were having a huge sale right now. So I made an appointment for Sunday and we went in to see what they could put us in. Our sales guy Ali was awesome! He sat is down and asked us what we were interested in and got our information. Them he took us over to the used car lot and showed us a 2015 Kia Optima Ex that had only 46K miles with 1 owner. We took it for a test drive, talked numbers and we decided to buy the car! It was the very first and only car we looked at which said a lot for the sales guy to bring us to the exact vehicle that had everything we were looking for in it! We ended up having to wait until the following day to go buy the car due to it being a Sunday and it was 6:30pm so no banks were open to finance. Ali assured us that he would get us financed at the lowest rate possible for a married couple with zero credit! The next morning Ali called me with some great news. He ended up finding a bank that gave us an unheard of rate for people with zero credit and a monthly payment over $100 less than originally quoted, plus he added a warranty to it! We were very nervous going into a car payment right now especially during a pandemic, but Ali made us feel at ease and made sure to work his hardest to make sure we got a great deal! So we came in the next day and everything went smooth, signing paperwork and trading our old vehicle in. We will continue to use Coastal Hyundai in the future for our upgrades and I highly recommend if your looking for a car to go see Ali Sharief at Coastal Hyundai in Melbourne and he will not let you down!

I was told that if I left anything less than five stars it would count against Crystal and she was absolutely amazing ! But to be honest I would never Recommend this Mitsubishi Over Daytona Mitsubishi to anyone . This Mitsubishi has water and popcorn while you wait they do not wash your car Although everyone there is nice And thats about it . In Daytona Mitsubishi Faith really care about you and your car They wash your car with each and every service big or small, You can hear the TV inside Its not just subtitles, They have a variety of snacks Not just vending machine . Such as Doritos muffins cookies crackers A variety of different chips And a beverage station . When you go there youre treated as family . I hope that corporate reads this they need to know how amazing Daytona Mitsubishi is

I know this really isnt the time to be out of the home looking to buy a car but you gotta do what you gotta do, right?I feel lucky to have been asked by Alfredo if he could help me when I stepped up to the group of salesmen. He was very understanding when we explained our situation and that our credit wasnt the best. But between us, Alfredo and the finance officer we kept at it until the loan was approved, which actually didnt take long at all.The only downfall of it was that the car that we were actually wanting wasnt able to get financed. But we did get a newer car with less miles on it so it was probably a blessing in disguise!We actually bought from Coastal Hyundai because I drove into the wrong side of the lot. That may have been a blessing also.All in all a pleasant car buying experience. I definitely recommend this place!

My vehicle had a schedule for oil change to Coastal Hyundai. Upon arrival, I thought there was going to be a wait line but no, the man in charge of my vehicle that day came out and checked me in. He asked if there’s other details I needed checked on my vehicle and I only mentioned car wash and vacuum. The process did not take that long for all those things I’ve asked. After an hour and a half later I was done and on my way home with clean, very good car.

Horrible experience with this dealership. I left under the impression that my vehicleWas approved under Allie Finance @ a 9% interest rate. I signed documents with Allie on the day of purchase. Several days later I am told Allie did not approve me and my new finance company was Vystar. After reviewing paperwork my interested rate went up to 14.6%! Adding 13k I’m interest alone & almost a $200 a month increase in monthly payment. After getting a credit alert I found that after leaving this dealership under the impression I was approved via Allie Financing, they in fact NEVER got an approval and continued to my credit for 6 more days trying to find a bank to take me. I feel completely bamboozled by Coy, Brad, James and Spike. All of which are in managerial positions. They all agree how things were done were wrong. However, no one will take the responsibility or right the wrong they did! Hidden fees through the contract as well. After allIs said and done I will be paying 43k for a vehicle priced @ 24kI have contacted the BBB as well to fileA complaint. They are scamming people.

This dealership is run by the same manager at Cocoa Hyundai. Coastal bought a used 2014 Hyundai Tucson that had a theft record on it then had it for sale at Cocoa Hyundai which scammed a 97 year old grandmother out of $5000 by refusing to fix the vehicle.

I called as a new client, and they got me in within the same week. They were very polite and efficient. They finished the job on time. As it was a recall item, there was no charge. My only complaint is that, when I mentioned I had a service engine light on, the attendant told me it would be $120 for them to hook up the computer to check out what it was. I decided not to do that as there are less expensive places for that. I then asked him what was likely the issue. He said it could be that it needs an oil change, or, after the last change, the button was not reset. He mentioned a couple of other possible messages for regular services (even though we always make those happen when due). I was concerned that he didnt begin by telling me that it was probably reminding me of regular services and then mentioning that, if I wanted warm fuzzies, they could do the computer thing for $120. He seemed quite willing to have me pay $120 to find out what I already knew. By the way, at another place, that price is $65, and many car parts stores apparently do it for free.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Coastal Hyundai. John Lyons was amazing. He was able to get exact vehicle we wanted for a great price. I won’t buy a vehicle anywhere else.

I took my car in for a fan motor for the air conditioning, while it was there I had them check my electrical system since I had to replace my battery after just a few months. They found nothing.When I picked the car up, waiting for the fan motor part to come in before they did it, it seemed fine, That night I had to go to the bank when coming out of it the car wouldnt start and I had to get a jump. After jumping it for a day, I took the car in to get the fan motor put in as it came in. I mentioned that I had to jump my car every time I got in it, and that I noticed the ground cable was loose and I was unable to tighten it. Alfredo Zavala said he would look into it.When I picked up my car, the fan motor is working fine and Alfredo told me they replaced the inside ring of the ground as it was missing. He wasnt sure why it was missed the first time, but it was taken care of this time. As long as I dont have any more problems with my electrical system, I am very pleased with what Alfredo did for me today. I give him 5 stars.

After having a pretty terrible experience at the local Toyota Dealer I was very apprehensive going into another large dealership- however they had the vehicle I was looking for. I went into the Mitsubishi side of the dealership and spoke to the manager - he was understanding,friendly and polite. Very calm and NOT at all pushy. He handed me over to Robert, my salesperson. He made the process simple, quick and painless. I was in and out of there, after I decided to purchase the van, in only a couple hours and was treated very kindly from start to finish - Candy in finance was wonderful too!I would def. recommend them to others. Only complaint was that they only put $15 of gas in my vehicle that was on E. After a large purchase, although it wasnt brand new, I found it funny to not get a full tank. I did call and they said I can bring it in and they would take care of it. So problem solved! Great place to buy a car/van/truck.
