I did not rate this five stars because, as I and anyone else should expect, the price quote they give you online to lure you in was substantially higher than their first offer. They do disclose that the information used as a basis for the online offer is limited but that doesn’t justify starting off as low as they did. It took some strenuous negotiation to get them to an acceptable number. In this regard it’s really no different than most other car selling or buying experiences so don’t expect it to be.
