Kyle provided excellent customer service and had a loaner waiting for me. However, as I arrived Kyle said that it may be possible to fix my steering wheel column in less than 10 minutes and asked if I minded waiting. He showed up five minutes later with the steering wheel column fixed and no charge. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I had been looking for this exact SUV in this color combo for a while. Staff was great, from our salesman Derek, down to their finance lady, everyone was wonderful. When we arrived our new to us, SUV was parked out front, with our name in the window clean, and Ready. We took it on a pretty long text drive. Came back, and started paperwork. They were able to beat my credit unions best APR. I feel we got a great SUV at a great price, with no dealer pressure. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Five stars PLUS, appropriately reflects my experience with Melbourne Mercedes. From my initial call into service, speaking with Amy, continuing with Frank Perez, our service rep and ending with Veronica & Bob, who delivered my vehicle to me. This was my first visit to this particular dealership for a scheduled service and a repair that I was lead to believe by a different Mercedes dealership, may not be covered under my extended warranty, if the malfunction was due to workmanship of another Mercedes Service. Mr. Perez assured me the repair would be made, without additional cost to me and kept his promise. To say we were treated like Royalty is an understatement, considering we purchased our Mercedes at Fort Myers Mercedes (also a wonderful experience) & now live on the Treasure Coast. This dealership has come a long way in a couple of years. The last time I went in for service I was treated like garbage. This time, I took my car in for a recall and was so impressed with not only how I was treated but also their punctuality. My wife and I actually wound up purchasing the loaner they gave us because they were willing to really negotiate and treat us with respect. Bravo Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne! I am happy to see you have turned yourselves around Victor Mas was an awesome salesman too. No pressure selling is how to do business. Also, when I went into finance, there were no surprises and the finance gentleman didnt try to sell me anything more than what I asked for. He gave me a list to choose from and if I said no, he just moved to the next option. No pressure to purchase anything I didnt want.
Terrible out of state purchase experience. Mike will get a deal going then ghost you, giving incorrect information on when the vehicle can be picked up. Zeth takes zero ownership for his staffs error and the additional out-of-pocket transportation expense their error caused. Attempts to contact Shay the owner or Ed the Gm also go without reply despite Shays online bio stating he wants to hear from you. Oh, dont forget Jenna who also doesnt reply timely until you copy ownership on email. She also misinformed me who the financing company would be. To add insult, they delivered my vehicle purchase without a temp tag after confirming it would include one (but overnighted it once I notified them). Absolutely terrible experience, shop elsewhere, its worth paying a little more. PS, a cookie cutter response to this post may try to discount this experience, but theres no excuse for poor communication, ghosting and offering no apology. Truly a youre just a number dealership.

Scheduled recall service on sprinter on my sole work truck and only source of income for my family of 5. They were 6 weeks out. 2 days before appointment Mercedes rescheduled for an additional month. Stating back log and to try and resolve recall same day so I do not loose work, etc. So 21/2 months later. Ok, so I confirm new appointment. Come in and am told to leave truck for 2weeks.So I can’t complain and they tell me they will do there best to resolve. Waited at dealership for 6 hrs. Then told not today maybe tomorrow.Ask for a shuttle or Loaner car to get home. Denied shuttle only goes 10 miles. I am currently standing in parking lot waiting for a family member to get off work.Never buying a Mercedes product again.
Just updating my review. Gary Gates is great and an excellent salesman. Id work with him again. He has genuinely checked in with me on vehicle concerns and has tried his best to make sure everything has been taken care of. Id give him 5 stars!Everyone else that I have tried to contact in regard to my vehicle concerns has not returned any calls or emails. Reached out to Zeth and Jenna with no response. Its been 2 weeks now. Very unfortunate!Purchased a vehicle here 3 weeks ago that was supposed to be serviced, but it wasnt. Lights came on the day after purchase. Service advised that the ticket was open still AFTER my purchase and that my vehicle needed to be serviced. They turned the lights off. Then, a few days later new lights came on. I took pictures of the lights just in case. They turned off on there own, however, this is extremely concerning to me being that this was a new purchase. I have two small children and would not like to be in a vehicle with any type of safety concerns. Last straw, was light night I got in the vehicle and it would not start until a few minutes later. It said “key not detected” but I had the key the entire time. I don’t go anywhere, so I don’t understand why the vehicle is having problems already.Still no contact with anyone. I will bring it to service as soon as I can, but this has been very inconvenient! And definitely a safety concern.

The sales and service people at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne are without equal in my opinion. I recently had my car serviced there as well as having a few accessories installed. The work was done quickly and completely even including the latest software upgrade. When I picked up the car it was immaculate both inside and out. The service tech carefully and completely went over all the work that was done to the car. A member of the sales staff came out and helped get the car registered with Mercedes Me even though he had to communicate with Mercedes Benz Customer Service to complete the task. I really appreciate the personal attention this dealership gives to each of its customers.

I was a day early for my appointment but they made time for me and I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the staff. The only negative was in Chicago you get your car washed every time you bring it in and they apparently don’t do that in Florida.I have to admit the staff in Melbourne was much friendlier and wanting to help with my recall airbag than the staff at Westmont, Illinois.Carolyn Rogers.

I had so many vehicles to choose from and my sales agent Robby took good care of me. He was honest and polite. All the staff were very friendly, the dealership was very clean, and had good coffee. Best experience out of all the dealerships I have been to.
I bought my 2017 Chevy Silverado from here (one of the only trucks they had on the lot via trade it) and traded in my 2015 Nissan Frontier.They were fair on pricing and overall nice people to deal with.Not overly pushy, nothing of the sort.Mike was a very helpful salesman and I was happy to workout a deal with him. Unfortunately I cant remember the name of the guy in finance I worked with but he was also smooth and easy to work with. Its been about a week since getting my truck and Im very satisfied.

This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Josh was great to deal with and was extremely fast to communicate over email and text.I purchased a used vehicle and before I even showed up to the dealership we had all the numbers figured out and approved for financing. When I got to the dealership the truck was in the exact condition as described. After looking it over and taking on a test drive the paperwork took less than 30 minutes and we were out the door with no surprise charges or unexpected things in the details.I could not be any happier with this car buying experience and Josh and the team at the dealership went above and beyond what any other dealership has done in my previous experience to make it as easy as possible.
The salesman Tom was absolutely awesome. We spoke on the phone I told him what I wanted and he found it for me. We went over to the dealership,I expressed my concern about staying around for hours on end trying to close the deal. We were done in less than 90 minutes. The next day I brought in my trade in they didnt haggle about what I wanted. for it, Again I was out within 90 minutes with a beautiful car washed and tank full of gas. I was owed 3 items that have to be done by them. I have already scheduled that and will have a loaner for as long as it takes..Please do yourself a favor and call Tom for your new car purchase. We will buy an SUV as soon as the 2022 ccome out!!! So pleased with the whole experience!!!
I looked at a MB GLC there, Reid was the salesman. He was great. Knowledgeable and patient, very good salesman. He worked up a price, and left my wife and I to discuss it.When he returned with the Sales manager, I made my offer, it was only $330 LESS, I wanted a a round number. The sales manager said, ‘we don’t negotiate’, I picked up my keys and said ‘neither do I’ and walked out.I bought a MB GLE in Fort Pierce today.Great salesman but I had to give only 4 stars because of the sales manager.
The service advisor, Adam Pinson, is the best there is. He deserves more than five stars. After running into an issue, Adam explained everything to me and was able to solve my issues. He made me really satisfied with the services provided by this dealer, and I will be returning.

I took my c43 AMG in for a service and told the dealership not to wash my car because it had just had a paint correction done and been ceramic coated. When I picked up my car, it had clearly been wash through the automatic car was and the new ceramic coating and paint had been marred. However, the dealership rectified their mistake and paid for a new polish and coating to be applied to the car. Great customer service!
This was our first experience with Mercedes Benz Of Melbourne. Our service advisor was Mak who did a great job for us! We found them to be professional, proactive and very pleasant. We were continually kept informed as to the progress of the repairs.I will also add that we live in Maitland Florida and this was a bit of a drive for us but it was a great decision to go ahead and make the drive! We will definitely use them again!

Had some work done on our RV due to recall/class action per Mercedes Benz. Met with Harrison from service. They took a little longer than I expected but I wasnt in a hurry to get it back. All work was performed as to spec and everyone I encountered there were extremely kind and helpful.

Got a recall notice for my 2021 vehicle. Called to schedule service to resolve issue. Got an appointment about a week later. Showed up on time for the work only to be told that the part did not come in- no prior notice that art not in. Told part coming next day. Made second appointment two days later to get work done. Just to be on safe side, called before going to dealership (we live about 1/2 hour away). Told that AM by service rep part still not in (we were supposed to be called prior thereto if part still not in - never got a call). Very disappointing experience!

I purchased a 2020 GLE350 over the weekend and worked with Reid, the Sales Consultant, and Zeth, the Executive Director Of Sales. I would highly recommend requesting this all-star duo when you arrive!! ! I had a horrible experience at Lexus and am glad I decided to drive over and give this dealership a chance. Although I had a great experience during the initial buying process, with a very nice and profesional sales person, I am giving 2 stars because of the bad, bad service I am receiving from the financial office. It has been two months since I bought the car and I don’t have my nee plates yet. When calling them to follow up, I did not receive a call back (after insisting several times) until I sent a complaint email. The lady that called back was desperate to get rid of me and transfer me to another area. Bottom line I still don’t have my plates although I paid for the service and don’t have an expected date either. They keep blaming each other and the Motore Adm. VERY DISAPPOINTING MERCEDES BENZ OF MELBOURNE!!!

I brought my vehicle in for a service B. Service B includes new wiper blades (front and back), oil change, oil filter, keyless remote battery, etc. I was charged over $300 for parts and labor and over $600 for labor. I think it was a bit much. It was my first time owning a Mercedes.They didn’t vacuum the hatch which was a bit disappointing, but did vacuumed the car and washed it. I had it quoted at a non Mercedes garage and would have saved between $500-$700.
Very good and knowledgeable salesmen with arrogant managers. If they owe you money, dont believe in the Accounting Department, they keep promising they will send the check for weeks but took me more than 5 calls hearing diferent excuses about the status of my check. If it hadnt been for the good deal I got, I hadnt done business with them.
I had some issues with my last service but they were all rectified to my complete satisfaction by Adam.

Brian Sattar and Michele Goff made purchasing my 2021 C coupe easy, it’s always less about the sale and more about the customer buying experience which is why I love working with them. It took some work to get this car bought and shipped to me but everyone that helped was professional and friendly and went out of their way to make it happen.Of particular note was my salesman Daniel B.who spent numerous hours texting or emailing or talking to me on the phone. Great service experience...once I called to make an appointment. I tried on a Thursday to make an appointment via their Text-Chat feature on their website. The Text-Chat ended with the text saying something like a Service rep will call or email me with appointment details/confirmation. That sucked! Come the following Tuesday anoon I NEVER heard back from MB-Mlb.I called that Tuesday anoon and very easily made an appointment for the day AND time of my choosing.All was great after that. Friendly, pleasant people to work with and service was very timely and all issues were fixed. Bottom line: DONT use the Text-Chat, EVER! Ive never been able to actually set up an appointment using it.

I bought an Audi A7 from this dealer, i live in Dallas, Tx. Due to covid situation our conversation went through phone only i requested online quote and got into contact with Adrienne Anderson, one of the sales person. She is very friendly and response is very fast. She gave all the information and best market price and we processed all paperwork mostly online. We drove all the way to Florida to the dealer and staff was very welcoming and responsive. Adrienne did all the paperwork which is a hassle free and got the car delivered within few hours. While returning to Dallas, TX, I felt there is little vibration in the wheels since its a pre-owned car. I got it checked in Dallas and found that 2 of the wheels were slightly bent. Then I contacted Adrienne Anderson and explained the issue. She did a great job speaking to her managers and they delivered new set of wheels to my home address in Dallas. You are in good and safe hands and strongly recommend this dealer.
Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I brought my 2021 GLE in for a scratched wheel rim. My advisor Kyle noticed damage to the tire, which I had not noticed, so he also replaced the tire under the Wheel & Tire warranty; no charge. Have been great cars over the years. Although the current batch have new drivetrains that arent receiving great consumer reviews. May need to keep the old car for a few more years and hope for improvements next round.
The cars are beautiful but you certainly cannot trust anybody in there. They most certainly lack integrity. He lied about the cars features and unfortunately I didnt notice this when they switched out the color of the vehicle. Oh they offered to fix it by putting me into a $30,000 more vehicle and me losing my $6,000 deposit but hey there doing me a favor right (GM offer)?. Do yourself a favor and head to a different dealership. I regret not looking at these cookie cutter responses to any customer concerns. I expect one to be posted at the end of this review. They really dont care about any concerns because I can see them being notified here about nobody wearing masks and I was there last week so this continues to be the case. I had to ask the salesman, and the finance manager to put one on. The female bathrooms are also extremely dirty. I had to tell the receptionist to send someone in there to address it. They do not attempt to keep their customers safe either. Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne does not do the right thing by their customers period.

I have a GLK 350 and could not be happier with the car and the maintenance professionals at Mercedes of Melbourne. On this particular visit, the car was scheduled for minor cosmetic work on the right front bumper. Adam, our service advisor from an earlier visit, set up the appointment weeks earlier and displayed incredible attention to detail when he read the service request. For whatever reasons, the services request was missing the body work he and I discussed. He personally called to see if I had changed my mind. In short, he corrected the service request and ensured the car was serviced as he and I had discussed.On the aforementioned service request, I also requested that Mbrace software be upgraded and activated. The service manager, Frank, got personally involved with. M- brace and contacted me every step of the way until the system was operational as designed. My wife and I are confident in the mechanical maintenance of the car as well as our ability to get assistance through M-brace if in the unlikely event something goes wrong with the car mechanically and or if an accident or unrelated medical emergency occurs while operating the car.Adam, Frank, the sales and finance staff, all professionals! We have been cared for on every visit. I should note that Mercedes Benz of Melbourne picked up and returned the car to my front door and provided a loaner car while my vehicle was with them. Both drivers were mature professionals whom I had no concerns about giving them the keys to my car.Mercedes of Melbourne has a great team. I would recommend them without hesitation.John Johnson Jr
This is my 3rd experience with this service department. I have experience with Mercedes dealers dating back to the mid 70s. Ive never met anybody in a Mercedes Benz service department waiting room who was happy to be there. So I questioned my fellow waiters about their experiences with this service department, and none of them expressed any praise.My service rep was very friendly. But he was very unassuring that the problem with the mechanics of my CLK550 Cabriolet could be resolved or that he even had a hint of what the problem could be. So hours of very expensive diagnostics had to be planned, after which I wold be presented the decision to proceed with repairs.Upon watching my fellow waiters undergo this rutual all morning, I demanded an estimate or my car back. I fully intended to return with it when the service department had more time to diagnose the problem, but a fellow waiter gave me a tip on another mechanic who diagnosed the problem in half hour as a leaky hydraulic piston and repaired it by replacing the piston for less than rhe cost of a Mercedes diagnosis.
This is by far the best dealership iv encountered. I went here years ago and had a BAD experience with a pushy sales Lady. Well shes not there anymore. And the sales staff was MORE than friendly. MIKE. A newby treated me like I was royalty. In fact I looked like a Bum Off the street. He didnt even treat me like one. It was like I was a real customer there. Non Pushy. Offered water every chance. And wore his mask like no other. I felt good about this place again so thanks Mike for redeeming your dealership. I will be purchasing from here next car for sure.
Took our ML350 2008 for repair, the car was misfiring. They took the car changed the intake manifold, spark plugs and coil, gaskets and called saying car was ready for pickup.When to pick the car up, they charged me$5,138. The receipt states all the above items was changed including misfiring fixed. I picked the car up drove to the exit of the dealership the car misfired again, I turned around and returned the car. They obviously misdiagnoses theissue, when they changed me this $5000, they didnt even test drive the car to make sure my original complaint was properly repaired. My service rep. admitted they made a mistake in the original diagnostic of the car. They held the car for another day called and told me they found the problem, the transmission oil pan was rusty and needed to be changed. They told me this would be an additional $700. Please keep in mind this was allegedly fixed on the original receipt. I paid, took the car, less than a week after the car developed a sound in the engine when started, it sounded like a screw fell in the engine I parked the car, I was extremely depressed about this. I could not believe I just took the car in and now another issue. I finally called the dealership and have the car towed there. They kept the car for almost a week call me and told me the air condition compressor is broken and this is the source of the noise and to fix this will be an additional $2700.0 plus tax.Please keep in mind I took the car there because the car was misfiring, they claimed to have fixed the issue when I was charged over $5000.0and again for $700.0 this car is a 2008 with little over 90,000 miles. Why are they trying to make a fool of me? I had absolutely no problems with the air conditioning system prior to taking the car in for misfiring. Why are you charging me almost $10,000 to fix a 2008 car, that was only misfiring when I took the car to the dealership?

They are personally bringing us a loaner.We have been in the area just over a year, my wife is AGR Air Force and we have owned Mercedes the last 5 years.Long story short, we never get returned calls after being promised someone will call us back.Then After buying a brand new glb we had a blowout under 10k miles and had to bring it in.The advisor we spoke with was not very helpful when we called to bring the car in.For context we didn’t know the exact tire size and he said they didn’t know either“We bought it from them” then he said they would order both tire sizes just in case, because it could be a 18 or 19.That way we get the car back the next day so we’re not out a vehicle. So I show up the next day to also get my service done too.They said we told them the wrong size (the advisor said they would order both just in case for this very reason) and proceeded to blame us by saying “We told him the wrong size”So now we are stuck without a vehicle and they have no loaner.This experience isn’t from just one event, it’s from several. Even purchasing the vehicle was unpleasant because of wrong info on pricing after my wife brought a check in hand for specific pricing.When we lived in CA our local Mercedes was always on it, went above and beyond and made every experience as best as possible. And they were honest.
This dealership Is outstanding. The sales person I talked to, Josh was very friendly and very helpful. Although I did not purchase a car there this time I will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

The property and facilities are clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and quick to greet us and quite professional. One downside, however, I noticed staff members were not actively wearing a mask nor did I see any on their person nor desks. The receptionists were not wearing any either. Other than those remarks it was a pleasant visit.

Jordan Hicks is my service representative at Mercedes Benz of Melbourne. He continues to do an outstanding job handling my service needs. Last Friday, at 5:30pm, we were unable to get to the dealership to pick up my wife’s car which had been serviced and new tires put on. Jordan went out of his way to personally bring the car to our house after he got off work at 5:30. There are the little things they do that I don’t forget. Thank you Jordan!

This is the worst Mercedes Dealership I have ever worked with. I have had several Mercedes and this has been awful. I went in to buy a new 2021 Mercedes and they didn’t have the one I wanted (or any convertibles at all) so they told me there was 1 in Plano Texas. After waiting 6 days to hear something I did receive a few calls from Josh stating they weren’t getting a response from the Plano dealership. My husband called the Plano dealership and within 3 days the car was delivered to my front door. If I had waited on Melbourne I still would not have my car. On Monday we went back to the dealership because we wanted to sell them my 2014 Mercedes Zeth made us an offer and we went home to think about it. We decided to go ahead and sell it to them and my husband called today and they decided not to buy the car because we bought the car directly from Plano. I love my Mercedes but I will NEVER buy one from this dealership. Unprofessional and obviously lack integrity...I highly discourage anyone from going there .

Im so pleased with their service especially when the valet service brought me a loaner and picked up my vehicle for service. Ive had loaners provided but never had my vehicle picked up...really appreciated this.

I bought a new Mercedes Sprinter for my business. My contract says that I was supposed to make the first payment 90 days after the date of the purchase. One month after the date of the purchase I started being charged for the installment payment. Called the dealership and was told that everything was correct with my contract and I was not supposed to make any payment at that time. However, when I called Mercedes Financial Services they said that the dealership did not send all the paperwork to them and because of that, I was being charged. After receiving the second notice of default, the commercial vehicles manager asked me to go back to the dealership and sign additional paperwork to have it straightened up, which I did. At that time he apologized with me and guaranteed that everything would be fixed. Two weeks later I received another notice of default saying that my name and my business name were sent to collection and they would take the vehicle back if I did not pay the “overdue” balance immediately. Since the vehicle is essential to my business I was forced to make the payments that were not supposed to be made before 10/27/2020. Very disappointed with the dealership. I expected a much more accurate service and information when I decided to buy a Mercedes Benz.
