Drove all the way down to look at a car, it was advertised on line, we had contact with a stephanie. Get to the location and some rude salesman named Keith wouldnt help us, said the car we were looking at was going to another location. As a cash paying customer, this place will never get my business. 1. Could have notified us before we drove 60 miles. 2. I wouldnt let keith sell me toilet paper during covid. Maybe he was from a different lot, but a customer is a customer and your wearing the company logo on your shirt. If this is how you represent your business and treat a potential customer.. then your about to get really hungry...
If you need a car, ask for Britton. They have a nice selection of used cars. If you see something you like from one of the other locations, ask if they can bring it to this location. The only problem is parking.

Was told to go here bc they can get everyone approved even if you dont have great credit they can get it done.. wasted half my day because in the end after pulling my credit they were NOT able to approve me. Not happy.. the only reason I went there and applied is the lady in sales assured me when I called that they approve anyone even people with a 430 credit score . Not a way to earn someones business. otherwise the sales people were kind and tried.. but in the end I got no where. If u dont have 600 or better score dont waste your time!
I have to say this was the best experience Ive had from buying a car at a dealership. Everyone in the office we met was friendly and made our car buying experience seamless. Britton Eddy was very transparent since our first communication by phone and in person. These individuals are a great definition of how a salesman should be with a customer. Dont judge a book by its cover. When I first drove up to the lot, I thought that I would be walking into a buy here, pay here death trap. You know the type, they buy up all the auctioned vehicles that are on their last leg, to sell to you as-is just to make a quick dollar. That was not the case here.This is one of a few (to my understanding) of Bob Steele Chevrolets overflow lots where he makes room on his main lot for new late model Chevrolet vehicles. If you take a look around the lot, youll see a lot of nice vehicles, predominately Chevrolet, but there are some other makes there as well.On my experience I was greeted promptly by Mike and eventually by everyone who worked there. I was interested in a truck that unfortunately, was also being looked at by another customer. Rather than waste my time by showing me alternative vehicles Mike and the rest of the team there took the initiative to undergo the paperwork needed for financing, allowed me to utilize their computer and phone to contact my insurance, and appraised the value of my trade-in.I thought their appraisal for my trade-in was more than fair. Eventually, the customer who was also interested in the same truck walked off of the lot and from that point on, purchasing the truck was painless and stress free. Not one time did I feel harassed or uncomfortable; and they also provided me with 3 different financing options allowing me to chose the one I wanted with a lender I have used in the past.The truck I bought was priced thousands below value. I had done my homework, I knew this was a great deal. Other trucks that I had planned on looking at that day literally had double the miles for around the same price point.I highly recommend the guys at Bob Steele and would do business with them again. I drove all the way from Sanford which is about 60 miles and do not regret the drive one bit.

They offer a tremendous offer even on used cars of lifetime oil changes and tire rotations.We found the vehicle with another dealer but it wasnt because of this dealership or the sales associate.

I really enjoyed this place its small but great sales rep I was dealing with Mike K. man he didnt try to fast talk me gave me time to think it over took his time from to A-Z telling me what kind of warranties they have on Chevrolet and the perks dealing with bob Steele so it took my about 3 weeks to pick and not one time did I feel like I was lost this guy at this location is very down to earth..so I did my deal here didnt not having any problems took my car to my mechanic he ran thought it no major problem to report he found two nails in my tires but beside that the car is in great shape...next step is seeing how helpful there service department next week when I go for my oil change..lol 12/29/15
I have bought 3 cars from this place. I have never found a better dealership than this one to buy a car. The staff are always friendly and welcoming you as soon as you pool up. First I will say that I have owned over 25 cars in the last 35 years. I am one of the few people that will ever buy a car and know that the dealership has to make a profit - so I keep my expectations reasonable. I went to their used car lot, to see a Captiva SUV, that came from a rental fleet at Enterprise. I made them an offer - their full asking price. Yes sir, I didnt even ask for a price reduction or try and low ball them - which is what most people do.Then I offered to trade in a full paid for and full loaded C.P.O. 2013 Camaro RS, in fantastic condition. I already knew what the dealer and private buyer prices were before I went there. After discussing everything with the salesman, he went to the sales manager - who tried to low ball me - make me take a huge loss. After some more haggling, he would not even budge. The sales manager just shrugged his shoulders and we walked out the door.Given the amount I was willing to pay for his vehicle, the asking price for mine, which was over $1000 below even the dealership buyout price, they would have made money off both cars - easy.Its too bad that they were so greedy and could not see a great deal in front of them. I have always believed that they need to make money and tried to bend over backwards to help them as well.Since I pay cash for all my cars - new and used, they sent a future money opportunity out the door.
Just purchased a vehicle there yesterday. Easy, seamless process from beginning to end. Rashad was my sales guy and he was very helpful, friendly, and honest. Answered all my questions, addressed the minor concerns I had, and was able to accommodate some special requests for the vehicle. There are a lot of shady places to buy a car (Ive seen many the last 2 weeks! lol) and these guys are legit. Ill definitely be back when I need my next car. Thanks guys!

We visited this dealer after hearing their commercial on the radio. We talked with Britton and decided to apply---more for information. Britton was able to explain where we were at and what we needed to make things happen with our desired payment.Even if you KNOW you will not be approved for a vehicle with your desired payment, stop and see Britton. He does not work on commission and, he did not pressure us at all! Yes, he would have loved to sell us a car but, he didnt want us with a payment that would leave us sleepless at night. He explained our credit and, the approval process.We did not get a car from Bob Steele. We did leave with more knowledge and understanding and, we were able to secure funding for a vehicle at another dealership. We owe this to Britton and, thank him for the time he spent with us and the knowledge he gave.

Liars Dont buy a car from them!!I found out my car had been in two accidents before I purchased it. I sent an email to the owner and I gave him a week to reply and heard nothing back which tells me they dont care about their customer and it starts at the top. I wouldve never bought the car had my salesperson told me so. This is the first time in my life, I have been taken advantage of and lied too, because I did ask when making my purchase. Besides the embarrassment I am furious and will never recommend your company to anyone. I wanted to give you the opportunity to make things right before I take this further. I went to over 20 used car lots n searched another 50 online the past two weeks. Im the guys that researches and even with bad Google reviews still looks for himself. Little down payment n ok credit. This was supposed to be a route stop to look n see what they have.Drive up n u think, no way this is attached to Bob steele, a new car dealer. I watch people for a living n going to used car lots I was beginning to think they were all crooks. My sales rep Steve was straight forward and... straight forward, no bs. First car Ive had payments on n right out of the gate gave me an Apr that was 5% lower than everyone. If ur honest, want unbelievable low money down n can handle a fair car payment... ur crazy not to go to Bob steele wholesale. I received bumper to bumper 5 year warranty. I went for a beater n got a 2014 with 29000 miles for the same payment. Sales with Steve was a breeze. Semi old lol, savy, no commission driven n like I said straight forward. Back of the house fiance guys that no one talks about are the hidden heroes. Years, years, years, years n years of experience. Everyone worries about the salesman, but dont realize the guys in the back hold all the cards. Ill be back in three years to give them back there car n get a new one. Rest assured Steve will be my salesman n the old men in the back will still be hustling for there customers. Melbourne should feel blessed to have an honest, experienced, long standing used/ wholesale used car institution that does it the right way. Even if u dont buy a car car from here, it should be ur starting point.
