I had taken my car in to be looked at because one of my tires were bad and they were still under warranty. The representative I spoke to took a few seconds to look at it, never took it in, and just said the alignment was bad. I had just recently had my wheels aligned so that didnt make sense to me, but the man told me the wobble I was feeling would just go away after a while.Either the guy didnt want to deal with the warranty, was lazy, or just didnt know what he was saying. Either way, my tire just got worse to the point that my car was dangerous to drive. The tire is bulging and even developed a tear in the rubber.This kind of service should never be allowed as it is disrespectful, cheap, and puts people in danger on the road.

This place of business is so unprofessional. I go to get a simple flat tire changed. Within the first hour they kept calling me asking if I had the key to my tires; I told them no I gave that to you along with my keys. The proceed to tell me well we will have to Order you a new key it will be here in about four days. I said okay that’s fine. I called once a week for about three weeks for them to tell me oh we found your key. I go to pick up the key and it doesn’t even fit my car. Now I’m not able to get any work done to my brakes. I called again for them to tell me the same thing about ordering a new key. It’s just ridiculous and I just wouldn’t recommend it.

This Firestone has earned a new customer. My wife’s van had a valve stem leaking air very quickly. I called them a few hours before closing and they were able to fit me in their schedule and fix it. Thank you guys, you will see us again.

I have referred friends and family to these guys for quite some time. Their service team is top notch, as well as very reasonable on their pricing. They have done tires, alignment, AC, and other major repairs on my vehicles.

I had an oil change and flushed my radiator because I was going on a trip. The next day i noticed my truck was running very hot so I drove back to store. They checked my vehicle and said my radiator was rusty and hoses were bad. First of all why didnt they tell me that information before! Well my husband put in a new thermostat which was corroded with rusty mud. He then checked the radiator that was superbly just been flushed and found the same substance in it! Turns out they didnt flush it at all and whatever cleaner they put in my radiator loosned. Material up so it clogged my radiator. I had to buy a new radiator just before my trip. NEVER get a radiator flush from them!!

Nice people, seems to be very knowledgeable about cars, which is good, considering thats what they do.Guy was very helpful friendly and honest.This location in particular is newer I think, clean.Here for an oil change.The prices at Firestone are a little bit hi go higher than other cheapo places, but you get what you pay for.Pay a little extra for the honesty and good service.

I’m very big on punctuality and transparency.Our appointment was for 11AM for a battery replacement.We were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for the job to be done and they would give us a call if it was done early. We showed up after an hour and 45 mins to see the car still in the air, tire off. Only THEN, were we told that they were waiting for a tool to be delivered to finish the job and it would “probably be another hour”. Why didn’t you call us when you ran into this tool issue to tell us that it would make the job go longer? Why didn’t you have the tool already since our appointment was set up three days ago? You should have already been prepared. It’s super unprofessional and based off that alone, we won’t be doing business here in the future.

My 85 yr old father was about to drive from FL to NJ and noticed his front left tire was real low, slow leak (on a Sunday). So I call around a few places and no one was too enthusiastic about helping until I called here and Jay answered. He was super friendly and told my dad to come in right away and he would take care of him. When my father arrived Jay came out to meet him in the parking lot and got started diagnosing the issue. Sure enough, the tires were pretty old (5 1/2 yrs) and had some dry rot. He found my dad a great deal on some new tires (cheaper than the place he usually goes) and had him back on the road with confidence super quick. Came in 2 hours before closing and needed an alignment. Was expecting to schedule next day, but front desk guy was super nice and was able to schedule same day. Job took less than an hour and they were able to fix another issue with the car. Mechanic handling job (24?) was courteous to ask about what specs I would like because car is lowered. They handled car with care and no scratches/marks on rims. Definitely recommend!

Took 3 hours with an appointment to get tires rotated and oil change. Did not update the sticker in the car with the next oil changer (old sticker from last time I was there ) greasy hand prints all over my storing wheel and door handle. Moved the mirrors in the car. Put the wrong PSI in my tires put 32 even after I told them that it needed to be 36. And just refused to wear a mask and would not stay 6 feet away. They used to be so much better then this I have 6 cars I take to them… looks like I will be taking them somewhere else …

Drove there for a specific brand of tires (Toyo Extenza) on a donut thats capacity was far exceeded. Made it clear over the phone I will not be getting Firestone or Bridgestone. Got there after arranging to come in and even though was told several times they had those tires they suddenly did not have them. But he did try to give me a great deal on Firestones lol!

BEST SERVICE!!! Firestone employees went beyond any other car service center i have used in the past. I went in thinking it was small problem and when they found out that it was bigger than I thoughtThey did everything to get it fixed and NOT break my pocket and to them they have my services for little things to major thing. Made an appointment online the day prior to get new tires. Dropping off the car and keys took a few minutes. The tires I ultimately wanted werent in stock, but they brought them in from a nearby store and the entire process was seamless. Overall they were honest and up front about product information, costs, time the work would take, and if anything they exceeded all expectations.

Had 11am appointment for an oil change. Nobody at the store answered the phone the 3 times I called in the morning to confirm. Arrived at the store, empty lobby. Man comes out eating a slice of pepperoni pizza which he leaves on the counter. Proceeds onto tell me 3-4 hours for an oil change. After I had an appointment. “The online reservation system is messed up”. No call no email beforehand. Apparently eating pizza is more important than customer service. Put the oil in the cars not your gut.

I went to get air in my tire and a gentleman named Javier walks up and points out I have a leak. He goes out of his way to help me out, fixes my valve stem, and gets me back on the road in less then 5 minutes. It’s great to see outstanding customer service like that. Careful there are nails in the parking lot, saw some last week when we came here to do an alignment. Later realized one of the tires leaking, and theres a nail in it. Came back, found another screw in the bay lane.... Just be careful cuz they are gonna have you buy a new tire at premium cost if it punchers your tire

Excellent customer service!!!Very friendly, accurate,and accommodating staff. The female receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable. Although the staff is busy they strive to meet all customer needs in a timely fashion. They are honest and open about cost and wait times. Jose the mechanic that worked on my vehicle is knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to diagnose a problem. Excelling in his line of work. Justin the manager is superb. I highly recommend using this shop. If you are on a tight schedule and need an issue resolved; they will accommodate your needs and reserve a time a lot that works best for you. Thumbs up and all work is backed by their warranty!

Had my tire choice in within 24 hours and on my vehicle. Beat everyones price for both tire and installation. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very easy in and out as they are basically in the Home Depot parking lot. Nice waiting area and clean bathroom

Thank goodness they are open on a Sunday. I was dropping my son to Patrick AFB & got a screw in my tire on the base . I had a 2 hour drive back home & never would have made it on a leaky tire or a donut. They were very busy but agreed to do it when I told them how far I had to go, if I could wait a couple hours. Its not like I had a choice. No other place was open & I couldnt go home. However they had a canceled appointment & I was out in lesss than an hour with less than $25 in bill (unlike Les Schwab who fleeced me because I was stranded in the middle of nowhere during a winterstorm & forced me to buy 4 tires instead of fixing the flat )Overall good service, clean restrooms, TV in waiting room. I would go here again if I need auto work.2 flat tires in 2 weeks . Florida roads are always under construction

Store #781579I dropped off my vehicle to have an alignment done due to aggressive shaking in the frontend. I asked them if they would look at for me. I was told they do a overview of the vehicle for $10 or $15. Perfect. I left the vehicle told it be an hour. Three hours past never got a call, so I called, was left on hold for 30 mins decided to drive over to see if it was finished, it was. Walked in guy at the front said give him a min he be right back. Waited another 20 mins asked the guys looking at me from the shop if I could pick my vehicle up. He came in said sorry didn’t see my sitting there. I asked if the found anything wrong with the shaking said no everything looks good only thing he could see was needed tires. ‘ not true tires are less than a year old’. I drove the truck down the street shaking started again.Took it Tire Kingdom they took a drive with me said leave it here, called in literally In 5 mins told me brake calibers are locking up. Gave me quote and replaced them and the shaking is completely gone.So instead of checking for the shaking and having your company do a $1,000 job. I was trying to be unsold on tires. Really upsetting. I’ll never go back to your company and hope that this message helps make a change at this store. Thank you

Very friendly staff. Efficient service. A little pricey when it comes to fees and labor but I had a good experience when they patched one of my tires. I was able to get in same day at about 5pm and they were done in a couple hours before they closed at 7pm. I would recommend.

Had an oil change about three weeks ago and was advised that I needed a brake job. I called yesterday to make an appointment for today. After I talked with Manny on the phone about price I brought vehicle in to have brake job done. When I dropped it off Manny had me sign an electronic agreement. When I picked up the vehicle and was about to pay I noticed bill wasn’t correct. After further investigation I discovered a charge for a brake inspection. When I told them I already had ab inspection when I had the oil change that was included in their $9.99 inspection that I paid for three weeks earlier. Manny told me that it was like a processing fee like when you buy a car. After further arguing with Manny and the manager they finally took off the extra $39.99 inspection fee. To my surprise Manny showed me where I signed off on it when he had me sign the docupad without disclosing his extra charge. When he had me sign all the screen had on it was a place to sign. BEWARE OF THEIR SALES TATICS AND MISLEADING WAYS OF TRYING TO CHARGE EXTRA! They have lost a 10 year plus loyal customer with there sales scams.SincerelyBrian MacAulay

Never use this place. All they do is try to overcharge and rip you off. I walked in with my son and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me later that I needed rear brakes the pads were bad. Second phone call now my rotors are no longer good. Third phone call now the calipers aren’t doing well and they need to be replaced $1100 later. I called a good friend who’s a mechanic and he told me I was being taken advantage of since I was a woman. He told me the most the job would be would be $500 including labor and parts even if everything needed to be replaced. My car had to be towed but at least it was repaired properly efficiently and I was not ripped off. Stay away from the store if you’re a woman because they they see you coming and they will try to scare you into things that do not need to be done.

Had a great experience today. Took my husbands truck to get the front brakes checked and figured we would need new brake pads. They checked and told us that we do not need them after all. Honesty! What a great asset in a mechanic shop. Josh Carter is the manager and runs a great crew!!! We will go back!!

Took my car to Firestone for a flat repair. The technician informed me they could patch most leaks, but did not carry the same tire brand if a replacement was necessary. He then recommended a competitor that did carry the brand. Thank you Firestone for your expertise, integrity, and concern for my safety. Instead of selling me a potentially substandard service, they provided an honest and candid solution. I will definitely be back for future repair needs.

My teenage son walked in to attempt to get service on his truck. There were two employees sitting at their stations and neither could acknowledge my son being there. They didn’t utter “we’ll be with you in a moment.” They completely ignored the fact that he was there. Needless to say we left and went to Tire Kingdom. As soon as he walked in he was greeted. Moral of the story is the experience at Firestone set the tone as to what kind of service he would receive there.

I did not have an appointment, they managed to get me in faster than expected. The quote was reasonable and the service writer explained everything so I understand and knew my options. I am very happy.

This store does very good work, and the price is right. The manager, Daniel, covered the expense of an employee error. Excellent business practice and customer relations. We’ll be back.

Will never go to another firestone again !!! Complete waste of time . I made a appointment to get a alignment 2 days in advance I even told them the car is low to the ground. Got the email confirming my appointment so figured everything was good to go. Got there on the day of my appointment without being there for 5 minutes was told I they couldn’t do it and the car was to low I asked why didn’t they tell me ahead of time instead of me wasting two days waiting when I could of went somewhere else. They told me they wanted to see the car to see how low it was like why didn’t you call me ahead of time I could have brought it over before the appointment and showed you . Complete waste of time drove half a hour for nothing.

This firestone told me I needed new rear brakes pads, new rear rotors, new front axle, numerous oil leaks. Rotors were perfectly fine axle was fine, did not check oil leaks. When management was asked about this, they told us we were lying and aren’t going to do anything about it. Said you always need to get a second opinion on car repairs. Will never return to this location. Recommend nobody go to this location.

Unless you schedule an appointment or can leave your vehicle with them all day you will not be able to get work done on your vehicle at this location. They are always too busy. I bought new tires at this location and have not been able to get my vehicle in for a tire rotation because I do not have the flexibility to leave my vehicle with them for an extended period of time.

Visited the new location off Wickham Rd in front of Home Depot and was very pleased with the service. First, all I needed was a tire rotation and they did not try to upsale me. The lobby was clean and free of the strong smell of new tires. Service Manager was super friendly, happy and such a positive person, even through he was scooting around with a boot on his foot.

Disappointed for sure. Ive always driven to Palm Bay to firestone, was happy to see new one come to Melbourne on Wickham. Always seemed honest. Last 2 times fiasco. Tire change...ended with scratched fender . Then had to go back for brakes and my lug nut is missing. Third time ...wow my lug nut is in a box of missing parts. Why did I have to ask? They wrote on my paperwork missing lugnut. Poor service. Bummer so convenient

I had a great experience here. My wife needed a new tire (slow leak). They took me in immediately, showed me where it was and go me a new tire. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the tire (of course not wear and tear) and it costs half what it would have cost me at the Mazda dealer. Also, the Mazda dealer only did 1 year warranty on my tire when I needed on before. This place seems pretty legi.

Went for the lifetime alignment and even asked if it applies due to having an old vehicle. Of course its covered so I do it. Well when I go to pay Im charged for an inspection and told sorry we could only do the 1 time alignment for a total of 180dollars... I think not! I didnt ask for either so it was free, good thing because the alignment is wrong and pulls hard to the right.

Took my car to get an oil change and they got the job done in a little less than an hour! The team was very polite, despite how incredibly busy they were. I brought in a coupon I found online and they gave me an even better coupon that I hadn’t seen! I’ll definitely be back the next time I need work done to my car.

So...I make an appointment...arrive 10 minutes early to be told sorry we forgot to order your tire! After being apologized too and offered a better tire for same price I spent an hour waiting. Keep in mind the tire I brought in was already off the rim...I just think if they made such a mistake that they would at least get me taken care of quickly!

Needed to dispose of some old tires. They took them free and easy.

Thought it was a water pump leaking had it checked out. Firestone told me 1,400 because required other things to be changed in order to change the water pump. Took it to toylex on US1 they were very honest told me it was only a hose. Wow

Service personnel were very courteous and knowledgeable. However, they charged $450 for a remanufactured starter that I could have bought brand new from the dealer for $250 and could have purchased a remanufactured one online for $150 to $200. So, they way overcharged me there. The labor charge was reasonable.UPDATE: after my car was “fixed” by them, the radiator fan stopped working the same day. I took it to a different shop (didn’t want to get overcharged again). They found that someone had disconnected the wiring harness and purposely hidden it. It was jammed into the mount behind one of the headlights. The mount had to be disassembled to get it in there, so it wasn’t an accident. I will never go back to Firestone again.

If I could give NO stars I would! I have taken my vehicle here (Firestone Auto Care in Melbourne, FL) three times now and theyve struck out with me- I will NEVER go back... not to ANY Firestone. I knew they were over-priced to begin with (researched in advance), however, the location was extremely convenient as it allowed me to WALK from home and back to drop off/pick up my vehicle. The whole experience with this FRAUD of a company has been so daunting that I will not go into all of the details. Suffice it to say that if my car should break down in their parking lot, I would pay to have it TOWED elsewhere! And the manager gave me a business card with a handwritten complementary oil change for my trouble... as if Id ever take my car there again!?!?! NOT!! It wouldnt surprise me if the mechanics purposely sabotage the vehicle to force you to bring it back and spend more money- DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
